Abstract

本发明提供一种压敏电阻避雷器,所述避雷器在外壳内封装有多块叠加放置的圆柱体压敏电阻块,多块圆柱体压敏电阻块是一种半圆凸起顶和吻合对应的半圆内凹底结构,多块圆柱体压敏电阻块通过半圆凸起顶和吻合对应的半圆内凹底叠加组合构成整体。通过这样一种结构,可让内装的多块压敏电阻块相互之间的接触面积扩大,有利减少接触电阻和优化避雷器的性能质量,同时可使相互组合的整体更加稳定可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种避雷器,具体的说是一种压敏电阻避雷器。
背景技术
现在避雷器所使用压敏电阻器,都是在封闭的外壳内封装多块圆柱体电阻块,而每块电阻块都是上下为平面的结构,这种结构的电阻块组合后,其相互之间是一种平面接触,既容易相互错开滑动缺乏稳定性能,又让相互之间的接触面积局限于平面接触上,无法达到减少电阻的真正效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种压敏电阻避雷器,具有既稳定又可扩大相互之间的接触面积,达到减少电阻和优化性能质量的特点。
本发明包括避雷器的外壳和圆柱体压敏电阻块,所采用的技术方案在于:将避雷器外壳内封装的多块叠加放置的圆柱体压敏电阻块设置为一种半圆凸起顶和吻合对应的半圆内凹底的结构,由此结构可让多块圆柱体压敏电阻块能通过半圆凸起顶和吻合对应的半圆内凹底叠加后能构成一个稳固的整体。
为了让外壳内的多块圆柱体压电阻块更加稳固,本技术方案还提出:将外壳内封装的多块圆柱体压敏电阻块其中底部的圆柱体压敏电阻块设置为一个平底结构。
同时,将外壳内封装的多块圆柱体压敏电阻块其顶部的圆柱体压敏电阻块设置为平顶的结构。
本发明通过上述技术方案,由于多块圆柱体压敏电阻块上下为一个吻合对应的凸起顶和内凹底,叠加放置时,能相互嵌合构成稳固的整体,同时,凸起和内凹的结构还增加了相互之间的接触面积,使相互之间的电阻减少从而达到了优化避雷器质量性能和效果,与现有技术相比,有效解决了现有产品中存在的叠加放置容易滑动错位和相互之间接触面积有限,无法降低电阻的问题,具有结构设置非常科学和有利优化产品质量性能的显著特点。

图1所示:避雷器在外壳6内封装有多块叠加放置的圆柱体压敏电阻块1,多块圆柱体压敏电阻块1是一种半圆凸起顶2和吻合对应的半圆内凹底3结构,多块圆柱体压敏电阻块1通过半圆凸起顶2和吻合对应的半圆内凹底3叠加组合构成整体。外壳6内封装的多块圆柱体压敏电阻块1其底部的圆柱体压敏电阻块1是一个平底4结构。外壳6内封装的多块圆柱体压敏电阻块1其顶部的圆柱体压敏电阻块1是一个平顶5结构。

1.一种压敏电阻避雷器,包括避雷器的外壳(6)和圆柱体压敏电阻块(1),其特征在于:所述避雷器在外壳(6)内封装有多块叠加放置的圆柱体压敏电阻块(1),多块圆柱体压敏电阻块(1)是一种半圆凸起顶(2)和吻合对应的半圆内凹底(3)结构,多块圆柱体压敏电阻块(1)通过半圆凸起顶(2)和吻合对应的半圆内凹底(3)叠加组合构成整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压敏电阻避雷器,其特征在于:外壳(6)内封装的多块圆柱体压敏电阻块(1)其底部的圆柱体压敏电阻块(1)是一个平底(4)结构。
