高可靠对射式直读液封水表
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种水表,特别涉及一种高可靠对射式直读液封水表。
(二)背景技术
目前技术下,燃气、水、电表等都具有直读远传的功能,不再需要抄表员挨家挨户人工抄表,只需安装在表上的传感器即可远传输入计算机。通常用于计量气、液、电等流量的计量表,其工作原理是通过气、液、电介质通过仪表内的检测流量装置,检测流量装置带动传动装置,再由传动装置带动读数圆盘转动,当读数盘上设置字码时,通过读数圆盘上的转动量由字码反映出来。但是,这种方式一般都是通过一个档位来确定此字轮的数值,因为一个圆盘有360°,单纯从一个档位无法准确判定其进位状态时数值,导致读数不准确,日积月累可能会导致更大的错误。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、便于制造、可分区读表、可两级检错的高可靠对射式直读液封水表。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种高可靠对射式直读液封水表,包括若干字轮,字轮从内到外依次设有第一圆环和第二圆环,其特征是:所述第一圆环上一半区域为空白区,另一半区域为阴影区,与第一圆环的空白区相对应的第二圆环上均匀间隔设有三个空白区和两个阴影区,与第一圆环的阴影区相对应的第二圆环上均匀间隔设有两个空白区和三个阴影区。
所述第一圆环的阴影区侧面均匀设有五个第一传感器,与第一圆环的阴影区相对应的第二圆环的中间一个阴影区侧面中间位置设有一个第二传感器,在第二传感器的顺时针方向54°圆心角处设有第三传感器,第三传感器与第二传感器在以第二圆环的圆心为圆心的同一圆周上。
所述字轮中心处分别设有通孔。
所述通孔与第一圆环之间设置环形盘,环形盘上设有阴影区。
本发明的有益效果是:可分区读表,可两级检错,读数准确率高,结构简单,便于制造和安装,为水流量的计量做出了巨大的贡献。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括若干字轮1,字轮1从内到外依次设有第一圆环2和第二圆环3,第一圆环2上一半区域为空白区4,另一半区域为阴影区5,与第一圆环2的空白区4相对应的第二圆环3上均匀间隔设有三个空白区4和两个阴影区5,与第一圆环2的阴影区5相对应的第二圆环3上均匀间隔设有两个空白区4和三个阴影区5。第一圆环2的阴影区5侧面均匀设有五个第一传感器6,与第一圆环2的阴影区5相对应的第二圆环3的中间一个阴影区5侧面中间位置设有一个第二传感器7,在第二传感器7的顺时针方向54°圆心角处设有第三传感器8,第三传感器8与第二传感器7在以第二圆环3的圆心为圆心的同一圆周上。字轮1中心处分别设有通孔9。通孔9与第一圆环2之间设置环形盘10,环形盘10上设有阴影区5。
采用本发明的高可靠对射式直读液封水表,字轮1分别通过通孔9安装于转轴上,水的流动带动转轴旋转,从而带动字轮1转动,以记录流量。有水流动时,第一圆环2和第二圆环3也是转动的,但是第一传感器6、第二传感器7和第三传感器8是静止的,当转动后,第一传感器6通过对第一圆环2上的阴影区5和空白区4的扫描,以扫描到空白区4为0,扫描到阴影区5为1,便会得出一组以0和1组成的代码,同时第二传感器7和第三传感器8通过对第二圆环3上阴影区5和空白区4的扫描,同样以扫描到空白区4为0,扫描到阴影区5为1,这样,第一传感器6扫描得出的代码组和第二传感器7及第三传感器8扫描得出的0或1比对,得出最终数字结论,这样经过两级检错,分区进行读表数,检错纠错能力更高,读出的数字也更加准确。
