本发明提供一种磁力夹钳装置,它包括成对铰接的钳柄、钳头;两个所述钳头均为圆饼形状,钳头外侧圆面的垂直轴向上固定有螺纹头,所述螺纹头上均装配有可以旋转进退的磁力头,所述磁力头为圆盘形状;所述磁力头内均布有成圈排列的磁块,所述磁块的磁力面与钳头的夹钳平面平行,两块对应磁力头内装配磁块的异性磁力面相对。该装置主要用来对片类物件进行夹钳操作;该装置在夹紧时,通过磁力作用,夹紧力恒定;同时通过调节来两个磁力头的距离,可以方便调节夹紧力的大小,不易夹伤物块。

本发明涉及五金工具技术领域,具体涉及一种磁力夹钳装置。
背景技术
钳子是一种我们日常使用也是经常在工业上使用的生活生产工具,钳子主要用来夹钳物品或者零件将其搬运存放,或者完成一些用手不方便的动作。人们在使用钳子夹钳物品的过程中需要双手或者单手在钳子两个把手用力钳头压紧,而在这种夹钳的过程中人们需要用手一直对钳把施加压力,这样如果长时间操作,人手一旦产生疲劳夹紧力降低,极有可能造成夹钳零件的掉落造成意外或者事故,尤其在工业生产中人们常常用钳子夹钳一些较重的片类原料或者零件,长时间的夹紧操作会存在更大的风险性。而且人们在夹钳物品时力度大小不好精确控制,容易夹坏物品。
在工业生产中,薄板类原料是人们经常使用到的原料,工人在生产时经常要对这些原料进行搬运,其中金属薄板原料的边缘常常会有一些金属毛刺,容易伤人手,同时较大的薄板类原料也不方便拿取搬运。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供一种可以靠磁力自动夹紧片类零件,同时可以精确控制夹紧力的磁力夹钳装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该磁力夹钳装置包括交错位置连为一体、成对铰接的钳柄、钳头,且钳柄、钳头的连接位置为铰接点;两个所述钳头均为圆饼形状,两个对应的内圆面为夹钳面,钳头外侧圆面的垂直轴向上固定有螺纹头,所述螺纹头上均装配有可以旋转进退的磁力头,所述磁力头为圆盘形状;所述磁力头内均布有成圈排列的磁块,所述磁块的磁力面与钳头的夹钳平面平行,两块对应磁力头内装配磁块的异性磁力面相对。
作为优选,两个钳柄中的一个侧面铰接有提拉柄,所述提拉柄上设计有圆弧凹槽,另一个所述钳柄上设计有提拉块。
作为优选,所述钳头的外侧面上设计有对应所述磁力头的圆柱凹槽。
作为优选,所述钳头的夹钳面上装配有可拆卸的橡胶头。
本发明的有益效果在于:本磁力夹钳装置与传统的夹钳结构相似,易于生产制造,主要用来对片类物件进行夹钳操作;该装置通过钳柄控制钳头将物价夹住,然后通过分别旋转两个所述螺纹头上的磁力头,使两个磁力头相互靠近,这样磁力头内的磁块产生异性相吸的磁力,该磁性吸力通过磁力头、螺纹头、钳头最终作用在需要夹持的物块上,将物块夹紧。该装置在夹紧时,通过磁力作用,夹紧力恒定;同时通过调节来两个磁力头的距离,可以方便调节夹紧力的大小,不易夹伤物块。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:
如图1和图2中实施例所示,本磁力夹钳装置,它包括交错位置连为一体、成对铰接的钳柄1、钳头2,且钳柄1、钳头2的连接位置为铰接点;两个所述钳头2均为圆饼形状,两个对应的内圆面为夹钳面,钳头2外侧圆面的垂直轴向上固定有螺纹头3,所述螺纹头3上均装配有可以旋转进退的磁力头4,所述磁力头4为圆盘形状;所述磁力头4内均布有成圈排列的磁块5,所述磁块5的磁力面与钳头2的夹钳平面平行,两块对应磁力头4内装配磁块5的异性磁力面相对。
本磁力夹钳装置与传统的夹钳结构相似,易于生产制造,主要使用在工厂中,用来对片类物件或者零件进行夹钳操作;该装置通过钳柄1控制钳头2将物价夹住,然后通过分别旋转两个所述螺纹头3上的磁力头4,使两个磁力头4相互靠近,这样磁力头4内的磁块5产生异性相吸的磁力越来越大,该磁性吸力通过磁力头4、螺纹头3、钳头2最终作用在需要夹持的物块上,将物块逐渐夹紧。该装置在夹紧时,通过磁力作用,夹紧力恒定;同时通过调节来两个磁力头4的距离,可以方便调节夹紧力的大小,不易夹伤物块。当需要松开该装置夹取的物块上,只需要将所述磁力头4反向旋转就可以使两个磁力头4相互远离,逐渐减小两个钳头2之间的夹取力,最后通过所述钳柄1控制钳头2将加紧的物体松开。而且如图1和图2所示,所述磁力头4中间为贯穿的螺纹孔,该磁力头4可以很容易的拆掉更换,这样人们也可以通过更换磁力头4,来该对改变所述两个钳头2最大的夹紧力。该装置在使用时不需要用手握控夹紧,更加的省力,可以有效降低劳动时的强度,同时夹紧力恒定,被夹紧物块不易掉落,更加安全。
如图1和图2所示,两个钳柄1中的一个侧面铰接有提拉柄6,所述提拉柄6上设计有圆弧凹槽61,另一个所述钳柄1上设计有提拉块7。旋转所述提拉柄6可以将所述圆弧凹槽61正好旋转到所述提拉块7上,所述提拉块7为阶梯圆柱形状,其外端圆柱直径较大,这样可以正好将所述圆弧凹槽61卡住。这样当人们需要使用该磁力夹钳装置运送板类物体或者零件以及原料时,人们可以将待运送板件通过钳头2磁力夹紧,然后通过所述提拉柄6进行提拉。同时如图2所示,所述圆弧凹槽61在使用提拉柄6提拉物体应当对所述提拉块7施加向内的力,将板件钳压的更紧。
如图1所示,所述钳头2的外侧面上设计有对应所述磁力头4的圆柱凹槽21。这样可以在保证所述钳头2强度的前提下,保证两个所述磁力头4相互靠近的最近距离最短。
如图1和图2所示,所述钳头2的夹钳面上装配有可拆卸的橡胶头8。这样可以有效防止该装置在夹钳物体时将物体夹坏。

1.一种磁力夹钳装置,它包括交错位置连为一体、成对铰接的钳柄(1)、钳头(2),且钳柄(1)、钳头(2)的连接位置为铰接点;两个所述钳头(2)均为圆饼形状,两个对应的内圆面为夹钳面,钳头(2)外侧圆面的垂直轴向上固定有螺纹头(3),所述螺纹头(3)上均装配有可以旋转进退的磁力头(4),所述磁力头(4)为圆盘形状;所述磁力头(4)内均布有成圈排列的磁块(5),所述磁块(5)的磁力面与钳头(2)的夹钳平面平行,两块对应磁力头(4)内装配磁块(5)的异性磁力面相对;其特征在于:两个钳柄(1)中的一个侧面铰接有提拉柄(6),所述提拉柄(6)上设计有圆弧凹槽(61),另一个所述钳柄(1)上设计有提拉块(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁力夹钳装置,其特征在于:所述钳头(2)的外侧面上设计有对应所述磁力头(4)的圆柱凹槽(21)。
