本发明涉及一种日用器具，尤其是一种固定座嵌插型扫帚
背景技术：
江南地方人使用一种如人类腿脚的扫帚，用多杈子的竹梢类材料扎成，既美观轻巧，又能凭着其尖削的帚头将深藏在缝隙或角落中的垃圾扫净。这种扫帚须由专业人员扎制，且无任何机械辅助，故产出率低，售价相对较高，对一些保洁部门是一笔不菲的开支。许多部门虽有很多竹梢类材料，但因无扎制扫帚的技能，只能将之丢弃。
发明内容：
为了让扫帚的制作工艺相对简化，本发明提供一种固定座嵌插型扫帚，其特征在于包括了一块可以从其上侧面纵长向中线处垂切为两部分的带有扫帚柄固定座的中心插置块，和两块倒“T”字形外侧夹板；中心插置块是一块近似于长方体的构件，其上侧面竖有一个扫帚柄固定座，沿着其上表面纵长向中线设有若干个往下穿透的插置筒腔，各个筒腔的中轴线跟插置块上侧面的纵长线夹角各不相同，每两个筒腔之间的两外侧沿没有嵌镶槽，插置块上侧面竖有一个扫帚柄固定座；插置块或可因生产工艺需要从其上侧面纵向中线处垂切为两半，插置块正侧面上没有水平排布的穿透背面的组合孔；两块外侧夹板均为倒“T”字形板构，其下部为条子形板块，板块正侧面顺板面纵长向设置有跟中心插置块上的组合孔相应的组合孔，条子形板块的上侧竖置一块跟条子形板块在同一平面上的方形板块，板块正侧面上没有扫帚柄锁定孔；两块外侧夹板用螺栓通过相关的组合孔串合夹持在中心插置块两侧并由外侧夹板上侧的方形板块夹持住扫帚柄固定座；扫帚柄的下端插置于扫帚柄固定座内用螺栓通过相关的洞孔锁定；竹梢类材料分束插置于中心插置板上的插置筒腔和嵌镶槽中。
本发明用如下方法实施：1用橡塑材料制作中心插置块，板块长50cm，宽6cm，高10cm，在其上侧面左右两头长度比为3∶2的区段设置一个高15cm，外径5cm的扫帚柄固定座，固定座内部为一个直达插置块底部的筒腔，筒腔内径3cm，筒腔跟着插置块纵长向两侧在同一平面的筒壁中垂线上各设置三个垂直排布的扫帚柄锁定孔；沿着插置块上表面纵长向中线从左到右设置5个上口小下口大的喇叭形插置筒腔，各个筒腔中轴线与插置块上表面纵长线的前夹角分别为40度，60度，80度，100度，120度，每两个筒腔之间的两外侧各设置一个上窄下宽的嵌镶槽：插置块正侧面上打出三个水平排布的穿透型组合孔：2用厚0.2cm的铝合金板制作外侧夹板，外侧夹板一式两块，俱为倒“T”字形，长40cm，下部条子形板体高10cm，板体正侧面顺其纵长向没有三个相应于插置块上的穿透型组合孔的组合孔；板体上侧在距其纵长向两头的距离比为3∶2的区段，竖置一块高15cm，宽5cm的方形板，板体正侧面的中垂线上垂直设置二个跟扫帚柄固定座上的扫帚柄锁定孔相应的洞孔。两块外侧夹板用螺栓通过相关的组合孔串合并夹持在中心插置块两侧，扫帚柄的下端插在扫帚柄固定座的筒腔中用螺栓跟外侧夹板上的方形板锁定；竹梢类材料分束插置于中心插置块的插置筒腔中和嵌置于其镶嵌槽中。本发明的技术优势是简化了扫帚制作工艺，且可半机械化生产，让制成的扫帚更具应用魅力。

具体实施方式：
先如图4所示，用螺栓9将图3所示的外侧夹板通过相关的组合孔串合夹持在图1所示的中心插置块两侧，并用螺栓通过外侧夹板上的方形板之扫帚柄锁定孔8和扫帚柄固定座之扫帚柄锁定孔5将扫帚柄10锁牢；竹梢11分束插置于插置筒腔1和嵌镶槽3中。
