背景技术
太阳能电池板是太阳能发电系统中的核心部分,也是太阳能发电系统中价值最高的部分。其作用是将太阳能转化为电能,或送往蓄电池中存储起来,或推动负载工作。太阳能电池板的质量和成本将直接决定整个系统的质量和成本。太阳能电池板是由若干个太阳能电池组件按一定方式组装在一块班上的组装件,太阳能电池板的外围则由太阳能电池板边框构成。而对于太阳能电池板底部需要人工检查器缺陷,但由于其本身体积较大,人工搬运比较费劲,其效率低、而且工时长,自动化程度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述提出的问题,提供结构简单、使用方便,便于人工检查的一种提升式人工检查架。
本发明的目的是以如下方式实现的:一种提升式人工检查架,具有框型结构的机架,所述机架顶部分布有提升太阳能电池板的拉升组件,位于机架中部设有托起组件。
上述提升式人工检查架,所述机架四周设有导向杆,所述导向杆上具有直线轴承。
上述提升式人工检查架,所述拉升组件包括直线滑轨,所述伺服电机通过联轴器与滚珠丝杆所述滚珠丝杆与直线滑轨传动连接,所述滚珠丝杆连接与齿轮齿条组件。
上述提升式人工检查架,所述齿轮齿条组件上设有链条,所述链条与位于机架中部的钢化玻璃支撑板连接。
上述提升式人工检查架,所述托起组件包括人字型结构支架,所述人字型结构支架位于所述钢化玻璃支撑板底部。
