Description

Anti-freezing inspection well
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tunnel engineering, in particular to an anti-freezing inspection well.
Background
In the tunnel, drainage facilities such as heat-insulating side ditches, central deep-buried ditches, and drainage tunnels are usually installed. In order to facilitate inspection, dredging and maintenance of the drainage facility of the tunnel, a plurality of inspection shafts are usually opened in a direction extending along the drainage facility.
A cross-sectional view of a prior art manhole, as shown in fig. 1, includes: well wall 101 and well lid 102.
A pit with an L-shaped cross section is formed in the well mouth of the well wall 101 around the inner wall of the well wall 101 in a circle; the upper surface of the bottom of the pit is parallel to the horizontal plane. The well wall 101 is made of reinforced concrete.
The well lid 102 includes: an upper cover plate 111, a lower cover plate 112, and a thermal insulation material filled between the upper cover plate 111 and the lower cover plate 112. The lower surface of the lower cover plate 112 is parallel to the horizontal plane and pressed against the upper surface of the pit bottom at the well mouth of the well wall 101. The upper cover plate 111 is made of concrete, and the lower cover plate 112 is made of oiled wood.
The inventor of the present invention found that in the conventional inspection well, the contact between the lower surface of the lower cover plate 112 of the well lid 102 and the upper surface of the pit bottom at the well opening of the well wall 101 is not tight. Therefore, cold air outside the manhole can enter the manhole, easily causing water in the drainage facility of the tunnel communicating with the manhole to freeze; therefore, the problems that drainage facilities of the tunnel are easy to lose efficacy, water which is not drained in the tunnel is frozen to cause lining spalling and the like are easily caused, and the safety of the tunnel is influenced.
The inventor of the invention also finds that there is an inspection well, wherein a rubber gasket is arranged at the joint of the well cover and the well wall of the inspection well (namely the contact part between the lower cover plate in the well cover and the bottom of a pit at the well mouth of the well wall) so as to increase the sealing performance of the inspection well; however, the cross section of the rubber gasket is usually oval, rectangular or C-shaped, the sealing effect is poor, and cold air outside the inspection well can still enter the inspection well; moreover, the rubber gasket is easy to slide in the horizontal direction, which may cause a part of the rubber gasket to slide out of the range of the well wall and hang above the well head, and the rubber gasket loses the sealing function completely.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide an inspection shaft of an anti-freezing type to enhance the sealing property of the inspection shaft and prevent the rubber gasket for sealing in the inspection shaft from being displaced, thereby preventing water in a drainage facility communicating with the inspection shaft in a tunnel from being frozen.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of examples of preferred embodiments. It should be noted, however, that the numerous details set forth in the description are merely for the purpose of providing the reader with a thorough understanding of one or more aspects of the present invention, which may be practiced without these specific details.
The inventor of the present invention has noted that, in the conventional inspection well, the upper surface of the bottom of the well at the well wall and the lower surface of the well lid, and the rubber packing as the sealing member are all parallel to the horizontal plane. For the existing sealing component, only the upper surface of the sealing component, which is contacted with the lower surface of the well lid, and the lower surface of the sealing component, which is contacted with the upper surface of the bottom of the pit, play a role in sealing. If the side surface of the sealing component can also play a role in sealing, the sealing property between the well cover and the well wall can be greatly enhanced, so that cold air is more difficult to enter the inspection well; therefore, water in a drainage facility communicated with the inspection well in the tunnel can be prevented from freezing when meeting cold air.
Moreover, a structure for limiting the sealing component can be added, so that the sealing component is prevented from displacing, and the sealing performance between the well lid and the well wall is ensured.
Further, the lower surface that can also connect the well lid sets up the heat preservation part of hanging in the well to add seal assembly between the wall of a well and heat preservation part, with the leakproofness between reinforcing well lid and the wall of a well, further prevent that cold air from getting into the inspection shaft.
The technical scheme of the invention is specifically described below by combining the attached drawings.
The cross-sectional schematic diagram of the antifreeze manhole provided by the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2a, includes: a well wall 201 and a well lid 202 perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
A pit is arranged at the wellhead of the well wall 201 around the inner wall of the well wall 201 in a circle, and the cross section of the pit is L-shaped. The well wall 201 and the well lid 202 are made of reinforced concrete.
The inspection shaft of antifreeze type still includes: the first sealing component 203 is pressed between the bottom of the pit and the edge of the well cover 202 at the well head of the well wall 201.
The upper surface of the pit bottom at the wellhead of the well wall 201 is wholly parallel to the horizontal plane and is provided with a positioning groove with an inverted trapezoidal cross section. The length of the lower bottom edge of the cross section of the positioning groove can be 2-3 cm.
The cross section of the first sealing part 203 is in an inverted trapezoid shape; the length of the lower edge of the cross section of the first sealing part 203 may be 2-3 cm, and the length of the upper edge thereof may be 6-8 cm.
As shown in fig. 3, the first sealing member 203 is embedded in a positioning groove of the well seat 202; specifically, the lower surface of the edge of the well lid 202 covers and presses the upper surface of the first sealing member 203; the lower surface and the side surface of the first sealing component 203 respectively cover and press the bottom surface and the side surface of the positioning groove at the bottom of the pit at the wellhead of the well wall 201.
The material of the first sealing member 203 may be rubber. The thickness of the first sealing component 203 (namely the thickness after being pressed by the well cover 202) is larger than or equal to the depth of the positioning groove at the bottom of the pit at the well mouth of the well wall 201.
In fact, the shape of the first sealing member 203 parallel to the horizontal plane matches the shape of the well lid 202 parallel to the horizontal plane from a top view. For example, if the shape of the well lid 202 parallel to the horizontal plane is a rectangular plane, the shape of the first sealing member 203 parallel to the horizontal plane is a rectangular frame; if the shape of the well lid 202 parallel to the horizontal plane is a circular surface, the shape of the first sealing member 203 parallel to the horizontal plane is a circular ring.
In the anti-freezing inspection well of the embodiment of the invention, the sealing principle between the well cover 202 and the pit bottom at the well mouth of the well wall 201 is as follows: embedding a first sealing component 203 into a positioning groove at the bottom of a pit at the wellhead of the well wall 201; specifically, the lower surface and the side surface of the first sealing member 203 are respectively covered and pressed on the bottom surface and the side surface of the positioning groove; the first sealing member 203 is pressed so that the lower surface and the side surface of the first sealing member 203 are respectively closely attached to the bottom surface and the side surface of the positioning groove. The well lid 202 is covered so that the lower surface of the edge of the well lid 202 covers and presses the upper surface of the first sealing member 203, and at this time, the lower surface of the well lid 202 is closely attached to the upper surface of the first sealing member 203.
Obviously, besides the upper and lower surfaces, the side surfaces of the first sealing member 203 also play a role in sealing, which greatly enhances the sealing between the well lid 202 and the well wall 201. Therefore, cold air can be prevented from entering the inspection well from the space between the well cover 202 and the well wall 201, and water in a drainage facility communicated with the inspection well in the tunnel is prevented from being frozen when meeting the cold air.
Moreover, the first sealing component 203 is embedded in the positioning groove at the bottom of the pit at the well head of the well wall 201, and even if the external force applied to the first sealing component 203 is greater than the friction force between the lower surface of the first sealing component and the bottom surface of the positioning groove, the side surface of the positioning groove can prevent the first sealing component 203 from generating displacement; that is, the inspection well according to the embodiment of the present invention can fix the position of the first sealing member 203 without using other equipment; thereby ensuring the tightness between the well lid 202 and the well wall 201. Further, the mounting, dismounting, and replacement of the first sealing member 203 are facilitated.
Preferably, the length of the lower bottom edge of the cross section of the first sealing part 203 is equal to the length of the lower bottom edge of the cross section of the positioning groove of the well seat 202; the angle between the side of the cross section of the first sealing member 203 and the bottom of the cross section of the first sealing member 203 is equal to the angle between the side of the cross section of the positioning groove of the well seat 202 and the bottom of the cross section of the positioning groove.
Preferably, the thickness of the first sealing member 203 is 1-2 cm greater than the depth of the positioning groove at the bottom of the pit at the wellhead of the well wall 201. For example, the thickness of the first sealing member 203 is 2 cm, and the depth of the positioning groove at the bottom of the pit at the well head of the well wall 201 is 1 cm.
Preferably, the first sealing component 203 may be a butyl rubber self-adhesive rubber strip; the first sealing part 203 has better air tightness and better sealing effect; the sealing material also has good self-adhesion and deformability, and can be directly bonded with newly poured concrete (well seat) without using an adhesive under the design condition so as to avoid the surrounding leakage problem caused by the weak bonding of the interface between the first sealing part 203 and the concrete (the bottom of a pit at the well opening of the well wall 201); the first sealing component 203 also has good water resistance, acid and alkali resistance and aging resistance, so that the service life can be prolonged, and the cost can be reduced; the first sealing part 203 is non-toxic and pollution-free, and is beneficial to protecting the natural environment of the area where the inspection well is located.
In order to enhance the heat insulation and the sealing performance of the antifreeze manhole according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2a, the antifreeze manhole further includes: the well lid comprises an insulating part 204 which is connected with the lower surface of the well lid and is suspended in the well, an angle bracket 205 which is erected on the inner wall of the well wall 201 below the insulating part 204, and a second sealing component 206 which is pressed between the lower insulating part 204 and the angle bracket 205.
The heat insulating portion 204 is filled with a heat insulating material (for example, a polyurethane material).
The cross section of the angle bracket 205 is the same as that of the angle. One edge of the angle bracket 205 is tightly attached and fixed (for example, fixed by using an expansion bolt) to the inner wall of the well wall 201; the other edge of the angle bracket 205 is suspended in the well and is parallel to the horizontal plane. Preferably, the cross section of the angle bracket 205 is the same as that of an equilateral angle, the side length of the side of the angle bracket 205 may be 50 mm, and the thickness of the side may be 5 mm.
The second sealing member 206 may have a rectangular cross-section.
The lower surface of the heat retaining portion 204 is parallel to the horizontal plane and covers and presses the upper surface of the second sealing member 206.
As shown in fig. 4, the lower surface of the second seal member 206 covers and presses the upper surface of the side portion of the angle bracket 205 parallel to the horizontal plane. One side of the second sealing member 206 is in close contact with the inner wall of the well wall 201. Preferably, the length of the bottom side of the cross section of the second sealing member 206 is equal to the length of the side portion of the angle bracket 205 parallel to the horizontal plane.
The material of the second sealing member 206 may be rubber; preferably, the second sealing member 206 may be a butyl rubber self-adhesive tape. The thickness of the second sealing member 206 in a relaxed state is 0 to 2 mm greater than the distance between the lower surface of the heat retaining portion 204 and the upper surface of the side portion of the angle bracket 205 parallel to the horizontal plane; i.e., 0-2 mm compression of the second sealing member 206 after being compressed by the insulating layer 204.
Preferably, the second sealing member 206 and the edge portion of the angle bracket 205 covered and pressed by the second sealing member are parallel to the horizontal plane, and both are further provided with bolt holes perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the bolt holes of the second sealing member and the bolt holes of the angle bracket are opposite; the second seal member 206 is fixed to an edge portion of the angle bracket 205 parallel to the horizontal plane by a bolt and a mating nut.
In fact, the shape of the insulating part 204, the angle bracket 205 and the second sealing member 206 parallel to the horizontal plane matches the shape of the inner wall of the well wall 201 parallel to the horizontal plane in a top view. For example, if the shape of the inner wall of the well wall 201 parallel to the horizontal plane is rectangular, the shape of the heat-insulating portion 204 parallel to the horizontal plane is a rectangular plane, and the shape of the angle bracket 205 parallel to the horizontal plane and the shape of the second sealing member 206 parallel to the horizontal plane are rectangular frames; if the inner wall of the well wall 201 is circular in shape parallel to the horizontal plane, the thermal insulation portion 204 is circular in shape parallel to the horizontal plane, the angle bracket 205 is circular in shape parallel to the horizontal plane, and the second sealing member 206 is circular in shape parallel to the horizontal plane. The angle bracket 205, which is parallel to the horizontal plane and has a rectangular frame shape, may be formed by connecting a plurality of angle steels.
In fact, the distance between the lower surface of the heat insulating portion 204 and the upper surface of the side portion of the angle bracket 205 parallel to the horizontal plane, the distance between the lower surface of the well lid 202 and the lower surface of the heat insulating portion 204, the thickness of the first sealing member 203 pressed by the well lid 202, and the depth of the bottom surface of the positioning groove at the bottom of the pit at the well opening of the well wall 201 may be predetermined. From these predetermined distances, thicknesses, and depths, the installation location of the angle bracket 205 in the well and the depth of the installation location may be predetermined prior to installation of the angle bracket 205.
In the anti-freezing inspection well of the embodiment of the invention, the sealing principle between the heat preservation part 204 and the well wall 201 is as follows: according to the depth of the installation position of the angle iron bracket 205 in the well, which is determined in advance, one edge of the angle iron bracket 205 is tightly attached and fixed on the inner wall of the well wall 201, so that the outer surface of the edge is tightly attached to the inner wall of the well wall 201; after the second sealing component 206 clings to the inner wall of the well wall 201 and covers and presses the other edge part of the angle steel support 205 parallel to the horizontal plane, the second sealing component 206 and the angle steel support 205 are fixed by bolts, so that the lower surface of the second sealing component 206 is tightly attached to the upper surface of the edge part of the angle steel support 205 parallel to the horizontal plane, and one side surface of the second sealing component 206 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the well wall 201; a well lid 202 which is covered and pressed on the upper surface of the first sealing member 203, and which covers and presses the lower surface of the heat retaining portion 204 connected to the lower surface of the well lid 202 on the upper surface of the second sealing member 206; at this time, the lower surface of the heat retaining portion 204 is in close contact with the upper surface of the second sealing member 206. Thereby the leakproofness between heat preservation portion 204 and the wall of a well 201 has been strengthened greatly, can further prevent that cold air from getting into the inspection shaft, avoids water in the drainage facility with inspection shaft intercommunication in the tunnel to meet cold air and freeze.
In fact, in the antifreeze type inspection well according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first sealing member 203 and the second sealing member 206 perform a sealing function by the weight of the well lid 202 and the heat insulating portion 204. By appropriately adjusting the weight of the manhole cover 202 (for example, by increasing the weight of the upper cover 211 of the manhole cover 203) or the weight of the heat insulating section 204 (for example, by adding a weight member to the heat insulating section 204), it is more advantageous to improve the sealing performance of the freeze-proof inspection well.
In order to further enhance the sealing performance of the freeze protection type manhole according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2b, the freeze protection type manhole further includes: and a lower cover plate 207 connected to the lower surface of the heat retaining part 204.
The material of the lower cover plate 207 may be oil-impregnated wood. The lower surface of the lower cover plate 207 is parallel to the horizontal plane and covers and presses the upper surface of the second sealing member 206.
According to the technical scheme, the first sealing component is pressed between the well cover and the bottom of the pit at the well opening of the well wall, and the upper surface, the lower surface and the side surface of the first sealing component both have a sealing effect; the sealing performance between the well cover and the well wall is greatly enhanced; therefore, the sealing performance of the anti-freezing inspection well is enhanced, cold air is more difficult to enter the inspection well, and water in a drainage facility communicated with the inspection well in the tunnel can be prevented from freezing when encountering the cold air.
Moreover, the first sealing component is embedded into the positioning groove at the bottom of the pit at the well wall and the well mouth, so that the first sealing component can be prevented from displacing, and the sealing performance between the well cover and the well wall can be ensured.
Furthermore, the heat preservation part connected to the lower surface of the well lid enhances the heat preservation effect of the anti-freezing inspection well; the second sealing component is pressed between the heat preservation part and the angle iron bracket and is tightly attached to the well wall, so that the sealing property between the heat preservation part and the well wall is enhanced; thereby further enhancing the sealability of the freeze-protected manhole.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these improvements and modifications should also be construed as the protection scope of the present invention.
