一种简易树木去皮装置，属于农业机械领域，是由紧固垫块、紧固螺栓、环形刀具、电磁阀、尾部罩壳、摩檫轮、弹簧紧固件、圆形套锁、气缸、活塞杆、刀架和以STC12C5A60S2为核心的控制系统组成的，其特征在于：环形刀具固定在刀架上，刀架通过紧固螺栓与紧固垫块螺纹啮合，气缸的两个活塞杆的触头通过紧固螺栓固定在紧固垫块上，电磁阀通过紧固螺栓固定在气缸上，气缸通过尾部罩壳固定在圆形套锁上，弹簧紧固件固定在圆形套锁上，摩檫轮也固定在圆形套锁上，以STC12C5A60S2为核心的控制系统由工作人员手动控制。该发明的有益之处是：环形刀具可根据磨损情况或树木的粗细差异进行更换，采用气缸进行切削去皮，为后续树木涂抹防治害虫药剂以及贴放驱虫膏药提供便利条件。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种简易树木去皮装置，具体地说是四个气缸，摩檫轮，环形刀具，圆形套索，紧固螺栓和控制系统等构成的一种简易树木去皮设备，属于农业机械领域。
背景技术
近年来，我国各地区爆发了很多害虫灾害，比如美国白蛾等。另外，为了更好地防治虫害，也出现了许多高效的防治措施，例如给树去一部分树皮，贴上一些膏药，可以有效的防治害虫，使果农获得更多的农产品产量，让园林工作者更好地保护林木资源。目前强烈需要一种更好、更安全、更高效的树木去皮装置，能够完成多种所需要的功能，而且目前市场上没有该类装置。
发明内容
针对上述的不足，本发明提供了一种简易树木去皮装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种简易树木去皮装置，是由紧固垫块、紧固螺栓、环形刀具、电磁阀、尾部罩壳、摩檫轮、弹簧紧固件、圆形套锁、气缸、活塞杆、刀架和以STC12C5A60S2为核心的控制系统组成的，其特征在于：环形刀具固定在刀架上，刀架通过紧固螺栓与紧固垫块螺纹啮合，气缸的两个活塞杆的触头通过紧固螺栓固定在紧固垫块上，电磁阀通过紧固螺栓固定在气缸上，气缸通过尾部罩壳固定在圆形套锁上，弹簧紧固件固定在圆形套锁上，摩檫轮也固定在圆形套锁上，以STC12C5A60S2为核心的控制系统由工作人员手动控制。
该发明的有益之处是：环形刀具安装在刀架上，其与刀架上的卡槽配合，可根据磨损情况或树木的粗细差异进行更换不同的刀具，可以有效的节约成本，提高工作效率；圆形套索主要实现夹持树木的功能，其上的弹簧紧固件可根据树干的粗细进行伸长和缩短，当树木的形状不规则时，通过弹簧紧固件的伸缩可轻易地通过树木不规则处，完成小面积的树木去皮的工作；摩擦轮通过滚动轴承安装在圆形套锁上，摩擦轮上都有矩形凸起，目的是增大摩擦，主要实现装置沿树干短距的移动，

具体实施方式
如图所示，一种简易树木去皮装置，是由紧固垫块1、紧固螺栓2、环形刀具3、电磁阀4、尾部罩壳5、摩檫轮6、弹簧紧固件7、圆形套锁8、气缸9、活塞杆10、刀架11和以STC12C5A60S2为核心的控制系统12组成的，其特征在于：环形刀具3固定在刀架11上，刀架11通过紧固螺栓2与紧固垫块1螺纹啮合，气缸9的两个活塞杆10的触头通过紧固螺栓2固定在紧固垫块1上，电磁阀4通过紧固螺栓2固定在气缸9上，气缸9通过尾部罩壳5固定在圆形套锁8上，，弹簧紧固件7固定在圆形套锁8上，摩檫轮6也固定在圆形套索8上，以STC12C5A60S2为核心的控制系统12由工作人员手动控制。
当该装置工作时，以STC12C5A60S2为核心控制系统12通过电磁阀4控制气泵的开关进而控制气缸9使活塞杆10进行往复运动最终实现环形刀具的树木去皮功能。
对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，根据本发明的教导，在不脱离本发明的原理与精神的情况下，对实施方式所进行的改变、修改、替换和变型仍落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种简易树木去皮装置，是由紧固垫块、紧固螺栓、环形刀具、电磁阀、尾部罩壳、摩檫轮、弹簧紧固件、圆形套锁、气缸、活塞杆、刀架和以STC12C5A60S2为核心的控制系统组成的，其特征在于：环形刀具固定在刀架上，刀架通过紧固螺栓与紧固垫块螺纹啮合，气缸的两个活塞杆的触头通过紧固螺栓固定在紧固垫块上，电磁阀通过紧固螺栓固定在气缸上，气缸通过尾部罩壳固定在圆形套锁上，弹簧紧固件固定在圆形套锁上，摩檫轮也固定在圆形套锁上，以STC12C5A60S2为核心的控制系统由工作人员手动控制,以STC12C5A60S2为核心控制系统通过电磁阀控制气泵的开关进而控制气缸使活塞杆进行往复运动。
