本发明公开了一种转子，包括转轴、转子体和永磁体，所述的转轴与转子体固定连接，转子体上设有多个永磁体放置槽，转子体两侧位置的转轴上设有固定盘，固定盘设有多个永磁体固定卡槽，所述的永磁体为长条形，两端具有向外延伸的固定部分，长形部分嵌入在转子体放置槽内，固定部分设置于固定盘卡槽中。本发明克服了现有技术的不足，设计结构紧凑，永磁体固定牢固，不易出现偏移，使用寿命长。

本发明涉及电机部件技术领域，具体属于一种转子。
背景技术
电机是用来实现电能与机械能和机械能与电能的转换装置，电机转子是电机中的旋转部件，属于易损耗件。现有的电机转子在运行过程中，永磁体容易移位或者脱离转子体，缩短了转动的使用寿命，同时电机难以长时间工作，降低电机的耐用性能。现有专号为CN203278437U的专利虽然采用了一些技术手段加固了永磁体在转子体中的固定，但都是采用的一些常规加固方式，并且多是采用一些连接件来加固连接，这样造成，安装繁琐，容易长容易出现松动，整体使用时效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种转子，克服了现有技术的不足，设计结构紧凑，永磁体固定牢固，不易出现偏移，使用寿命长。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种转子，包括转轴、转子体和永磁体，所述的转轴与转子体固定连接，转子体上设有多个永磁体放置槽，转子体两侧位置的转轴上设有固定盘，固定盘设有多个永磁体固定卡槽，所述的永磁体为长条形，两端具有向外延伸的固定部分，长形部分嵌入在转子体放置槽内，固定部分设置于固定盘卡槽中。
所述的转轴两端均固装有散热风扇。
所述的转子体两端部上均设有固定环。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明永磁体固定牢固，不易出现偏移，使用寿命长，永磁体为长条形，两端具有向外延伸的固定部分，长形部分嵌入在转子体放置槽内，固定部分设置于固定盘卡槽中，这样结构形状就相当于与把永磁体和转子体牢固固定在一体，对永磁体进行横向和纵向的定位，转子体两端部上均设有固定环，进一步加固了永磁体固定于转子体上，设计结构紧凑。

具体实施方式
参见附图，一种转子，包括转轴1、转子体2和永磁体3，转轴1与转子体2固定连接，转子体2上设有多个永磁体放置槽201，转子体2两侧位置的转轴上设有固定盘3，固定盘设有多个永磁体固定卡槽301，所述的永磁体3为长条形，两端具有向外延伸的固定部分，长形部分嵌入在转子体放置槽内，固定部分设置于固定盘卡槽中，这样结构形状就相当于与把永磁体和转子体牢固固定在一体，对永磁体进行横向和纵向的定位，转子体两端部上均设有固定环202，进一步加固了永磁体固定于转子体上，设计结构紧凑，所述的转轴两端均固装有散热风扇4，提高其散热效果。

1.一种转子，包括转轴、转子体和永磁体，其特征在于：所述的转轴与转子体固定连接，转子体上设有多个永磁体放置槽，转子体两侧位置的转轴上设有固定盘，固定盘设有多个永磁体固定卡槽，所述的永磁体为长条形，两端具有向外延伸的固定部分，长形部分嵌入在转子体放置槽内，固定部分设置于固定盘卡槽中；所述的转轴两端均固装有散热风扇；所述的转子体两端部上均设有固定环。
