本发明涉及工程机械设备制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于工程机械上的电瓶组缓冲均热装置。
背景技术
电瓶组是电动叉车、混合动力工程机械中常用的蓄能部件,以往电瓶组的重量都是集中压在电瓶箱的底部,在工程机械进行施工时,不可避免的产生震动,这就使得电瓶箱的底部在受到震动冲击的情况下容易变形脱落,使工程机械的拥有者不得不经常更换电瓶箱。另一方面,由于使用工况条件的问题,通常电瓶组在震动冲击下,极板的活性物质容易产生脱落,有的甚至塑料外壳开裂,导致电瓶容量下降直至失效;同时因为电瓶组每个单体的内阻有差异,使得每个电瓶在工作时的温升不同,致使温度较高的电瓶放电能力下降,从而导致整组电瓶容量下降,温度较高的电瓶寿命加速减少,最终导致整组电瓶不能工作,不得不更换电瓶,这就使得使用成本增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电瓶组缓冲均热装置,它可以解决电动叉车、混合动力工程机械中电瓶组震动脱落和温度升高造成失效而导致使用成本大的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种电瓶组缓冲均热装置,包括电瓶箱和由多个电瓶构成的电瓶组,在所述电瓶箱与所述电瓶组之间以及所述电瓶与电瓶之间设有液体。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案还可以是:所述液体是密度比水大且导热系数比空气大的溶液。
更进一步的:在所述电瓶箱的内侧壁设置有温度传感器和测力传感器,所述温度传感器和测力传感器均与控制器连接。
进一步的:所述控制器是微电脑控制器。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比,具有的有益效果是:
由于往电瓶组的存放容器中灌注的是具有比水的密度大且导热系数比空气大的溶液,所以,根据浮力原理,可以减少电瓶底部的压力,改善电瓶组的存放容器的底部受力情况,同时溶液可以均衡各个电瓶单体的温度,使电瓶组的温度均衡,延长电池的寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图1所示的电瓶组缓冲均热装置,包括电瓶箱1和由四个电瓶构成的电瓶组2,在电瓶箱1的内侧壁设置有温度传感器4和测力传感器5,温度传感器4和测力传感器5均与微电脑控制器6连接;将密度比水大且导热系数比空气大的溶液3灌注到电瓶箱1的内侧壁与电瓶组2的外侧壁以及电瓶与电瓶之间,在此过程中,测力传感器5不断地将溶液3的浮力值传送到微电脑控制器6,微电脑控制器6将此浮力值与所存储的电瓶组2的重量相比较,当浮力值与电瓶组2重量相等时,微电脑控制器6发出信号,可以停止灌注溶液3。
温度传感器4可以监测电瓶组的温升情况,如果电瓶组的温度过高,微电脑控制器6发出信号,提醒使用者注意电瓶组2的情况。
由于往电瓶组2的存放容器中灌注的是具有比水的密度大且导热系数比空气大的溶液3,所以,根据浮力原理,可以减少电瓶底部的压力,改善电瓶组2的存放容器的底部受力情况,同时溶液3可以均衡各个电瓶单体的温度,使电瓶组2的温度均衡,延长电瓶的寿命。

1.一种电瓶组缓冲均热装置,包括电瓶箱(1)和由多个电瓶构成的电瓶组(2),其特征在于:在所述电瓶箱(1)与所述电瓶组(2)之间以及所述电瓶与电瓶之间设有液体(3);在所述电瓶箱(1)的内侧壁设置有温度传感器(4)和测力传感器(5),所述温度传感器(4)和测力传感器(5)均与控制器(6)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电瓶组缓冲均热装置,其特征在于:所述液体(3)是密度比水大且导热系数比空气大的溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电瓶组缓冲均热装置,其特征在于:所述控制器(6)是微电脑控制器。
