背景技术
现有燃烧后的废气直接排向大气,会污染环境和空气。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种超高温燃烧废气分解材料,其将燃烧的废气再利用转化为助燃烧的有用助燃物及碳素,使封闭式循环燃烧成为可能。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题的:一种超高温燃烧废气分解材料,其特征在于,其由NdO3、Y2O3、V2O5、海盐卤、SiO2、镧系稀土、酚醛树脂粘结剂组成,各原料的重量百分比为:
NdO3           3-8%
Y2O          10-15%
V2O5             10-15%
海盐卤          10-15%
SiO2             15-20%
镧系稀土族       15-20%
酚醛树脂粘结剂   20-30%。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:本发明超高温燃烧废气分解材料将燃烧的废气再利用转化为助燃烧的有用助燃物及碳素,使封闭式循环燃烧成为可能。 
具体实施方式
本发明超高温燃烧废气分解材料由NdO3、Y2O3、V2O5、海盐卤、SiO2、镧系稀土、酚醛树脂粘结剂组成,各原料的重量百分比为:
NdO3           3-8%
Y2O          10-15%
V2O5             10-15%
海盐卤          10-15%
SiO2             15-20%
镧系稀土族       15-20%
酚醛树脂粘结剂   20-30%。
本发明超高温燃烧废气分解材料的制备方法如下:将上述原料在球磨机中混合1-2小时后,直接喷涂在量子燃烧炉的废气一次处理室、二次处理室、三次处理器的内接触表面上,自然固化即可使用。本发明超高温燃烧废气分解材料将燃烧的废气再利用转化为助燃烧的有用助燃物及碳素,无任何废气物排放,使封闭式循环燃烧成为可能。

酚醛树脂粘结剂   20-30%。
