Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀快关式截止阀,它包括截止阀、动力缸和手动应急机构;动力缸包括活塞、活塞杆、与截止阀连接的缸盖和卸荷通道;截止阀包括阀杆、阀盖、阀瓣、阀座和手轮;阀瓣、阀座密封面上设有耐腐蚀复合层;伸出阀盖的阀杆侧面设有径向销轴;阀盖与阀杆配合处设有向上凸出的凸台,凸台上设有向上的开口槽,与销轴配合构成轴向定位机构,并与手轮一起构成手动应急机构;开口槽的深度大于截止阀应急开启时阀杆需上升的高度;在活塞和缸盖之间套装压缩弹簧,构成弹性复位机构。本发明阀瓣、阀座密封面具有较强的耐腐蚀性,密封性好,使用寿命长;在截止阀出现异常情况时,手动应急操作方便、快捷,工作可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种截止阀,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种快关截止阀。
背景技术
快关截止阀因具有操作方便、快捷等特点,被广泛应用于工矿企业的管网中。在输送腐蚀性介质的管网中时,截止阀的阀瓣、阀座密封面会受到腐蚀性介质腐蚀而快速磨损,不仅影响密封效果,而且使用寿命短;另一方面,现有的快关截止阀包括截止阀、动力缸,由动力缸驱动实现截止阀的打开或关闭。但现有快关截止阀在失去动力源时,无法正常地实现截止阀的打开或关闭,这时,一般需将动力缸与截止阀拆开后,手工移动截止阀阀杆来打开或关闭截止阀,这一过程不但费事,而且耗时较长,情况紧急时可能会造成较大损失。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种阀瓣、阀座密封面耐腐蚀性好,在截止阀出现异常情况时,手动应急操作方便、快捷,工作可靠的耐腐蚀快关式截止阀。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐腐蚀快关式截止阀,它包括截止阀、动力缸;所述动力缸包括活塞、活塞杆和与截止阀连接的缸盖;所述动力缸两端设有卸荷通道;所述截止阀包括阀杆、阀盖、阀瓣、阀座和手轮,所述阀杆向上贯穿阀盖,与手轮连接;其改进之处在于:所述阀瓣密封面上设有耐腐蚀复合层,阀座密封面上设有耐腐蚀复合层;所述耐腐蚀快关式截止阀还包括手动应急机构;伸出所述阀盖的阀杆侧面设有径向销轴;所述阀盖与阀杆配合处设有向上凸出的凸台,凸台上设有向上的开口槽,与销轴配合构成轴向定位机构,并与手轮一起构成所述手动应急机构;所述开口槽的深度大于截止阀应急开启时阀杆需上升的高度;在所述活塞和缸盖之间套装压缩弹簧,构成弹性复位机构。
作为上述方案的优选方案,所述耐腐蚀复合层为聚四氟乙烯复合层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1.阀座、阀瓣密封面上设有耐腐蚀复合层,使得阀座、阀瓣密封面具有较好的耐腐蚀性,而且提高了密封性和使用寿命。
2.可实现手动应急操作,操作方便、快捷。
3.手动平移机构设置在阀盖上,无需改变动力缸结构,结构简单,密封可靠。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的耐腐蚀快关式截止阀,它包括截止阀7、动力缸9和手动应急机构;动力缸9包括活塞9.2、活塞杆9.5和与截止阀7连接的缸盖9.4;动力缸9两端设有卸荷通道9.1;截止阀7包括阀杆2、阀盖5、阀瓣11、阀座12和手轮1,阀杆2向上贯穿阀盖5,与手轮1连接;为了使得阀座11、阀瓣12密封面具有较好的耐腐蚀性,本发明在阀瓣11密封面上设有耐腐蚀复合层14,阀座12密封面上设有耐腐蚀复合层13,本实施例中,耐腐蚀复合层13和14为聚四氟乙烯复合层。
伸出阀盖5的阀杆2侧面设有径向销轴3;阀盖5与阀杆2配合处设有向上凸出的凸台4,凸台4上设有向上的开口槽8,与销轴3配合构成轴向定位机构,并与手轮1一起构成手动应急机构;开口槽8的深度大于截止阀7应急开启时阀杆2需上升的高度;在活塞9.2和缸盖9.4之间套装压缩弹簧9.3,构成弹性复位机构。
发生意外情况需要立即调整截止阀7的工作状态时,先打开动力缸9两端的卸荷通道9.1,活塞杆9.5在压缩弹簧9.3的作用下,向左移动,活塞杆9.5缩回缸盖9.4内,需手工打开截止阀7时,手工提起手轮1,使阀杆2连同销轴3向上移动,当销轴3到达凸台4上端面时,将手轮1转动40°~90°,松开手轮1,销轴3在阀杆2下端压缩弹簧10的作用下,确保销轴3与凸台4上端面的配合具有锁紧力;当需手工闭合截止阀7时,手工转动手轮1,使销轴3重新落入开口槽8中,在阀杆2下端压缩弹簧10的作用下下移,实现截止阀7的闭合。

1.一种耐腐蚀快关式截止阀,它包括截止阀(7)、动力缸(9);所述动力缸(9)包括活塞(9.2)、活塞杆(9.5)和与截止阀(7)连接的缸盖(9.4);所述动力缸(9)两端设有卸荷通道(9.1);所述截止阀(7)包括阀杆(2)、阀盖(5)、阀瓣(11)、阀座(12)和手轮(1),所述阀杆(2)向上贯穿阀盖(5),与手轮(1)连接;其特征在于:所述阀瓣(11)密封面上设有耐腐蚀复合层(14),阀座(12)密封面上设有耐腐蚀复合层(13);所述耐腐蚀快关式截止阀还包括手动应急机构;伸出所述阀盖(5)的阀杆(2)侧面设有径向销轴(3);所述阀盖(5)与阀杆(2)配合处设有向上凸出的凸台(4),凸台(4)上设有向上的开口槽(8),与销轴(3)配合构成轴向定位机构,并与手轮(1)一起构成所述手动应急机构;所述开口槽(8)的深度大于截止阀(7)应急开启时阀杆(2)需上升的高度;在所述活塞(9.2)和缸盖(9.4)之间套装压缩弹簧(9.3),构成弹性复位机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀快关式截止阀,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀复合层(13)和(14)为聚四氟乙烯复合层。
