技术领域
本发明涉及一种微型压缩机底脚。
背景技术
通常压缩机底脚基本为三个支撑脚采用压焊的形式固定于压缩机下壳盖上,三个支撑脚在下壳盖底面呈三角形布置构成压缩机的支撑面。但是针对微型压缩机,其下壳盖底面面积有限,采用三个支撑脚很难布置,且压焊不便,降低了压缩机底脚安装的效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种微型压缩机底脚,本底脚可有效支撑微型压缩机,底脚安装简单,提高了底脚安装的效率,同时极大方便了微型压缩机的安装。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明微型压缩机底脚包括微型压缩机下壳盖和螺母,所述螺母居中设于所述下壳盖底面。
进一步,上述螺母采用压焊设于所述下壳盖底面。    
由于本发明微型压缩机底脚采用了上述技术方案,即本底脚包括微型压缩机下壳盖和螺母,所述螺母居中设于所述下壳盖底面。本底脚可有效支撑微型压缩机,底脚安装简单,提高了底脚安装的效率,同时极大方便了微型压缩机的安装。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明微型压缩机底脚包括微型压缩机下壳盖1和螺母2,所述螺母2居中设于所述下壳盖1底面。
进一步,上述螺母2可采用压焊形式设于所述下壳盖1底面。
本底脚中螺母可采用与下壳盖底面面积匹配的大外径螺母,可保证压缩机平置于安装平面上。如图3所示,微型压缩机4安装时,仅需在安装平面5上开设通孔,采用螺栓3穿入安装平面5的通孔后拧于下壳盖底面的螺母2上,即可完成微型压缩机4的安装。

1.一种微型压缩机底脚,包括微型压缩机下壳盖,其特征在于:还包括螺母,所述螺母居中设于所述下壳盖底面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型压缩机底脚,其特征在于:所述螺母采用压焊设于所述下壳盖底面。
