Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种脱毛组合物,其包含具有巯基的脱毛化合物、包含马来酸酐的交联聚合物和精氨酸,还涉及使用这样的组合物脱毛的方法。特别地,本发明涉及刺激显著降低的脱毛凝胶。
包含降解毛发角蛋白的化合物的用于除去身体多余毛发的组合物是已知的。在施用所述组合物之后,使其保留在皮肤上以降解毛发,并且随后与降解的毛发一同除去。
这种类型的脱毛组合物典型地包含具有巯基的脱毛化合物例如巯基乙酸钾,其还典型地含有氢氧化钠以提供高的pH值。然而,使用这些化合物有一个显著的缺点,即,这些化合物会由于高的pH值(通常在12以上)而刺激并且甚至损伤皮肤。
WO 9844898公开了难闻气味减少的脱毛组合物,其中将极低水平的精氨酸与聚乙烯亚胺组合使用来实现对组合物的缓冲。
令人惊讶地发现,加入超过且高于用于缓冲的水平的精氨酸极大地减少了皮肤刺激。
根据本申请的第一方面,描述了一种脱毛组合物,其包含:
·具有巯基的脱毛化合物;和
·占所述组合物的总重量为至少0.1重量%的精氨酸。
优选地,如上所述的脱毛组合物包含占所述组合物的总重量为0.5重量%至5重量%的精氨酸。
更优选地,如上所述的脱毛组合物包含占所述组合物的总重量为2.0重量%至4.0重量%的精氨酸。
在本发明的一个方面,脱毛产品可以为凝胶的形式。
当根据本发明的脱毛组合物为凝胶形式时,其优选地包含含有马来酸酐的交联共聚物。
优选地,所述交联组合物的存在量为所述组合物的总重量的1.5重量%至5重量%;更优选地,为所述组合物的总重量的2重量%至3重量%。
在如上所述的优选脱毛组合物中,所述交联共聚物还包含甲基乙烯基醚。
更优选地,如上描述的脱毛组合物所包含的交联聚合物为与1,9癸二烯交联的聚(甲基乙烯基醚/马来酸酐)共聚物。
在本发明的另一方面,脱毛产品可以为霜的形式。
脱毛化合物的量存在优选地为所述组合物的总重量的2重量%至10重量%,更优选地为3重量%至7重量%。
脱毛组合物还包含选自下述盐的盐:二价盐和三价盐,例如氯化镁、氯化钙、氯化铵、硫酸镁、硫酸钙、硫酸铝、碳酸镁、硫酸钙、碳酸钙。优选的盐是氯化镁。在替代性实施方式中,所述组合物可以包含盐提取物,例如死海盐。
所述具有巯基的脱毛化合物可以为能够降解角蛋白的任何化合物。这类化合物的实例为巯基乙酸钾、二硫赤藓糖醇、硫代甘油、硫甘醇(thioglycol)、硫代黄嘌呤、硫代水杨酸、N-乙酰基-L-半胱氨酸、硫辛酸、二氢硫辛酸钠6,8-二硫代辛酸酯(sodiumdihydrolipoate6,8-dithioocatanoate)、6,8-二硫代辛酸钠、硫化氢盐(hydrogen sulphidesalt)、巯基乙酸、2-巯基丙酸、3-巯基丙酸、巯基苹果酸、巯基乙酸铵、单巯基乙酸甘油酯、巯基乙酸单乙醇胺酯(monoethanolamine thioglycolate)、单乙醇胺巯基乙酸(monoethanolamine thioglycolic acid)、二硫代二乙醇酸二铵(diammoniumdithiodiglycolate)、硫代乳酸铵、硫代乳酸单乙醇胺酯、巯基乙酰胺(thioglycolamide)、高半胱氨酸、半胱氨酸、谷胱甘肽、二硫苏糖醇、二氢硫辛酸、1,3-二巯基丙醇、巯基乙酰胺(thioglycolamide)、单巯基乙酸甘油酯、硫甘醇肼(thioglycolhydrazine)、角蛋白酶、巯基乙酸胍、巯基乙酸钙和/或半胱胺。可以使用单独的化合物或者两种或多种化合物的混合物。
优选地,脱毛化合物是巯基乙酸钾。
如果需要,脱毛组合物可以包含其他的组分。
脱毛组合物可以例如包含促进角蛋白降解反应的组分,例如脲、硫脲、二硫赤藓糖醇、二甲基异山梨醇(DMI)、乙氧基二甘醇(Transcutol)或甲基丙基二醇(MT diol)。所述组合物理想地包含占所述组合物的总重量为至多15重量%的促进剂,优选地0.2重量%至15重量%,以及更优选地0.5重量%至10重量%。
所述组合物可以包含碱度源。其可以包含氢氧化物,例如碱金属和碱土金属的氢氧化物。适合的氢氧化物包含氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钙和氢氧化镁。优选地,使用氢氧化钾,其可选地与氢氧化钙一起使用。所述碱度源(例如氢氧化钙)的存在量可以为脱毛霜组合物的0.1重量%至10重量%,优选地1重量%至6重量%,例如2重量%至5重量%。
脱毛组合物优选地具有大于7的pH值,例如9至12.7的pH值。
优选地,碱金属氢氧化物的存在量为至少0.001mol/100g组合物,优选地以至少0.0lmol/100g组合物。
本发明的所述脱毛组合物可以包含水,水的适合量为所述组合物总重量的至少40重量%或50重量%,更优选地至少60重量%。
脱毛组合物还可以包含湿润剂。适合的湿润剂包含多元醇,例如甘油、丙二醇和丁二醇。甘油是优选的。湿润剂的存在量可以为至多10重量%,优选地0.5重量%至5重量%。
脱毛组合物还可以包含润肤剂,例如油或蜡。优选的油质润肤剂为矿物油。优选的蜡质润肤剂为鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20(ceteareth-20)。所述脱毛霜组合物可以包含油和蜡的混合物作为组合润肤剂。
可以加入到组合物中的其它适合的组分包含缓冲剂,例如硅酸钠或硅酸镁,芳香剂例如莲子乳(lotus milk),以及螯合剂例如葡萄糖酸钠。
在本发明的一个特别优选的方面,提供一种凝胶形式的脱毛组合物,其包含:
(a)1重量%至5重量%的与1,9癸二烯交联的聚(甲基乙烯基醚/马来酸酐)共聚物;
(b)0.5重量%至5%重量的精氨酸;
(c)0.01重量%至1重量%的无机盐;
(d)0至10重量%的甘油;
(e)5重量%至10重量%的脲;
(f)0.01重量%至1重量%的葡萄糖酸钠;
(g)0.01重量%至1重量%的化妆用提取物(cosmetic extract);
(h)2重量%至15重量%的巯基乙酸钾水溶液;
(i)0至5重量%的硅酸钠溶液;
(j)1重量%至5重量%的氢氧化钾;和
(k)水,加至100%。
特别地,所述脱毛组合物包含:
(a)2.2重量%的与1,9癸二烯交联的聚(甲基乙烯基醚/马来酸酐)共聚物;
(b)3.0%重量的精氨酸;
(c)0.1重量%的氯化镁;
(d)3重量%的甘油;
(e)1重量%的脲;
(f)0.1重量%的葡萄糖酸钠;
(g)0.1重量%的化妆用提取物;
(h)5重量%的巯基乙酸钾;
(i)2.5重量%的硅酸钠溶液;
(j)8重量%的氢氧化钾50%溶液;和
(k)水,加至100%。
特别优选基本上由组分(a)至(k)组成的脱毛组合物。

Stabilize QM是一种交联的甲基乙烯基醚/马来酸酐共聚物。
根据所述实施例的组合物与不含有精氨酸的凝胶比较,证实当接触人的皮肤时本发明的组合物减少刺激的能力。测试的组合物显示在下表1中,而结果显示在表2中。
使用体外方法,其中用不同实施例产品处理细胞测试。
该测试在每种情形中测定细胞减少50%所需的时间(ET-50)。这是抗刺激的关键5度量,因为当细胞被组合物的高pH所破坏时,其为对细胞存活的直接度量。
在此给出的结果是基于不同暴露时间的多次测量。

Claims (21)
1.一种脱毛组合物,所述脱毛组合物包含:
·具有巯基的脱毛化合物;和
·占所述组合物的总重量为至少0.1重量%的精氨酸。
2.如权利要求1所述的脱毛组合物,所述脱毛组合物为凝胶剂的形式,并且还包含含有马来酸酐的交联共聚物。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的脱毛组合物,所述脱毛组合物包含占所述组合物的总重量为0.5重量%至5重量%的精氨酸。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的脱毛组合物,所述脱毛组合物包含占所述组合物的总重量为2.0重量%至4.0重量%的精氨酸。
5.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述交联聚合物在所述组合物中的存在量为所述组合物总重量的1.5重量%至5重量%。
6.如权利要求5所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述交联聚合物在所述组合物中的存在量为所述组合物总重量的2重量%至3重量%。
7.如权利要求2至6中任一项所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述交联聚合物还包含甲基乙烯基醚。
8.如权利要求2至7中任一项所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述交联聚合物为与1,9癸二烯交联的聚(甲基乙烯基醚/马来酸酐)共聚物。
9.如权利要求1所述的脱毛组合物,所述脱毛组合物为霜剂的形式。
10.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述组合物还包含选自下述盐的盐:二价或三价盐,例如氯化镁、氯化钙、氯化铵、硫酸镁、硫酸钙、硫酸铝、碳酸镁、硫酸钙、碳酸钙。
11.如权利要求10所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述盐是氯化镁。
12.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述具有巯基的脱毛化合物是能够降解角蛋白的任何化合物。
13.如权利要求10所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述脱毛化合物选自巯基乙酸钾、二硫赤藓糖醇、硫代甘油、硫甘醇、硫代黄嘌呤、硫代水杨酸、N-乙酰基-L-半胱氨酸、硫辛酸、二氢硫辛酸钠6,8-二硫代辛酸酯、6,8-二硫代辛酸钠、硫化氢盐、巯基乙酸、2-巯基丙酸、3-巯基丙酸、巯基苹果酸、巯基乙酸铵、单巯基乙酸甘油酯、巯基乙酸单乙醇胺酯、单乙醇胺巯基乙酸、二硫代二乙醇酸二铵、硫代乳酸铵、硫代乳酸单乙醇胺、巯基乙酰胺、高半胱氨酸、半胱氨酸、谷胱甘肽、二硫苏糖醇、二氢硫辛酸、1,3-二巯基丙醇、巯基乙酰胺、单巯基乙酸甘油酯、硫甘醇肼、角蛋白酶、巯基乙酸胍、巯基乙酸钙和/或半胱胺。
14.如权利要求13所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述脱毛化合物为巯基乙酸钾。
15.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述脱毛化合物在所述组合物中的存在量为所述组合物总重量的2重量%至10重量%。
16.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述脱毛化合物在所述组合物中的存在量为3重量%至7重量%。
17.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述组合物包含促进角蛋白降解反应的组分,例如脲、硫脲、二硫赤藓糖醇、异山梨醇二甲醚(DMI)、乙氧基二甘醇(Transcutol)或甲基丙基二醇(MT diol)。
18.如权利要求17所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述组合物包含占所述组合物的总重量为至多15重量%的促进剂。
19.如权利要求2至8和10至18中任一项所述的脱毛组合物,所述脱毛组合物包含:
(a)1重量%至5重量%的与1,9癸二烯交联的聚(甲基乙烯基醚/马来酸酐)共聚物;
(b)0.5重量%至5重量%的精氨酸;
(c)0.01重量%至1重量%的无机盐;
(d)0至10重量%的甘油;
(e)0至10重量%的脲;
(f)0.01重量%至1重量%的葡萄糖酸钠;
(g)0.01重量%至1重量%的化妆用提取物;
(h)2重量%至10重量%的巯基乙酸钾;
(i)0重量%至5重量%的硅酸钠溶液;
(j)1重量%至5重量%的氢氧化钾;和
(k)水,加至100%。
20.如权利要求19所述的脱毛组合物,其中,所述组合物包含:
(a)2.2重量%的与1,9癸二烯交联的聚(甲基乙烯基醚/马来酸酐)共聚物;
(b)3.0%重量的精氨酸;
(c)0.1重量%的氯化镁;
(d)3重量%的甘油;
(e)1重量%的脲;
