Abstract
本发明公开了一种三层共挤PE双面离型膜的制造方法,所述PE双面离型膜采用三层共挤流延工艺加工,所述PE双面离型膜包括上表面层、中间层和下表面层,所述上表面层、所述中间层与所述下表面层的厚度比为3∶4∶3,所述中间层的材料为PE,所述上表面层和所述下表面层的材料均包括有PE、增硅油、增塑剂、偶联剂。通过在PE材料的表面层中加入硅油使得PE薄膜的表面粘性下降,表面具有一定的离型效果,使得该种薄膜不需要后续的在涂布机上继续涂上活性有机硅,减少了生产工序,使得生产效率提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及离型薄膜技术领域,具体是一种三层共挤PE双面离型膜的制造方法。
背景技术
双面离型薄膜主要使用领域是双面黏胶的泡棉胶带中间的隔离膜。现有的生产双面离型薄膜的生产工艺主要是把填充色母料和PE树脂充分混合后通过流延或者吹塑成型生产成没有离型效果的普通PE薄膜,再把生产好的薄膜拿去在涂布机上分两次给薄膜的两个表面涂布不同量的有机硅并在高温下固化,生产出双面具有不同离型效果的离型薄膜。采用这种加工方式的离型膜生产工序多,生产效率较低。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供一种三层共挤PE双面离型膜的制造方法,通过这种制造方法能够减少双面离型膜的生产工序,使得双面离型膜的生产效率提高。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种三层共挤PE双面离型膜的制造方法,所述PE双面离型膜采用三层共挤流延工艺加工,所述PE双面离型膜包括上表面层、中间层和下表面层,所述上表面层、所述中间层与所述下表面层的厚度比为3:4:3,所述中间层的材料为PE,所述上表面层和所述下表面层的材料均包括有PE、增硅油、增塑剂、偶联剂。通过在PE材料的表面层中加入硅油使得PE薄膜的表面粘性下降,表面具有一定的离型效果,使得该种薄膜不需要后续的在涂布机上继续涂上活性有机硅,减少了生产工序使得生产效率提高。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述上表面层的材料按质量份数为PE6份、硅油2.5份、增塑剂1.5-2份、偶联剂1-2份,所述下表面层的材料按质量份数为PE8份、硅油2.5份、增塑剂1.5-2份、偶联剂1-2份。采用这种配比使得该离型膜的上下表面之间的离型效果不同,对于离型膜两侧所需要的不离型效果来进行配比的更改,使得该离型膜能够达到更好的效果。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果: 本发明通过在PE材料的表面层中加入硅油使得PE薄膜的表面粘性下降,表面具有一定的离型效果,使得该种薄膜不需要后续的在涂布机上继续涂上活性有机硅,减少了生产工序使得生产效率提高。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:一种三层共挤PE双面离型膜的制造方法,所述PE双面离型膜采用三层共挤流延工艺加工,所述PE双面离型膜包括上表面层、中间层和下表面层,所述上表面层、所述中间层与所述下表面层的厚度比为3:4:3,所述中间层的材料为PE,所述上表面层和所述下表面层的材料均包括有PE、增硅油、增塑剂、偶联剂。通过在PE材料的表面层中加入硅油使得PE薄膜的表面粘性下降,表面具有一定的离型效果,使得该种薄膜不需要后续的在涂布机上继续涂上活性有机硅,减少了生产工序使得生产效率提高。
所述上表面层的材料按质量份数为PE6份、硅油2.5份、增塑剂1份、偶联剂1份,所述下表面层的材料按质量份数为PE8份、硅油2.5份、增塑剂1份、偶联剂1份。采用这种配比使得该离型膜的上下表面之间的离型效果不同,对于离型膜两侧所需要的不离型效果来进行配比的更改,使得该离型膜能够达到更好的效果。

1.一种三层共挤PE双面离型膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述PE双面离型膜采用三层共挤流延工艺加工,所述PE双面离型膜包括上表面层、中间层和下表面层,所述上表面层、所述中间层与所述下表面层的厚度比为3:4:3,所述中间层的材料为PE,所述上表面层和所述下表面层的材料均包括有PE、增硅油、增塑剂、偶联剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种三层共挤PE双面离型膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述上表面层的材料按质量份数为PE6份、硅油2.5份、增塑剂1份、偶联剂1份,所述下表面层的材料按质量份数为PE8份、硅油2.5份、增塑剂1份、偶联剂1份。
