Abstract

本发明涉及一种脑脊液引流限压装置:在临床上,脊柱外科手术常常需要人为切开硬脊膜,有的患者或因硬脊膜与周围组织相粘连而导致手术误将硬脊膜撕裂,这些患者均需要留置引流,一方面减少伤口渗出液进入颅内,降低颅内感染风险。但脑脊液丢失过多会导致颅内压降低进出现头痛,影响患者康复,严重的还会导致小脑下垂,即脑疝,甚至危及病人生命。所以放置引流管引流时必须保持一定压力,通常维持在80-180毫米水柱之间。当脊液压力超出或不足时,本装置可自动开启或关闭限压器流出开关,完成自动放流的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种脊柱术后脑脊液引流,控制留存压力值器具。
背景技术
在临床上,脊柱外科手术常常需要人为切开硬脊膜,有的患者或因硬脊膜与周围组织相粘连而导致手术误将硬脊膜撕裂,这些患者均需要留置引流,一方面减少伤口渗出液进入颅内,降低颅内感染风险。但脑脊液丢失过多会导致颅内压降低进出现头痛,影响患者康复,严重的还会导致小脑下垂,即脑疝,甚至危及病人生命,所以放置引流管引流时必须保持一定压力,通常维持在80-180毫米水柱之间。
发明内容
脑脊液引流限压器是根据临床设计的产品。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
脑脊液引流限压器包括限压调节钮(1)、限压器上盖(2)、回位簧(3)、感压推板(4)、阀膜上片(5)、阀膜下片(6)、限压器壳体(7)、流出开关轴(8)、流出开关压板(9)、感压推板轴(10)、开关回位簧(11)、小O型圈固定套(12)、小O型圈(13)、流出阀芯(14)、流出阀体(15)、测压O型圈(16)、密封O型圈(17)、测压开关接口(18),在限压器上盖(2)为管型接弧形设计,中部设置一管其管内中又接螺纹管A,在限压器上盖的一侧开口C,其流出阀体(15)为三通管,管外侧设有环圈凸起A用于固定弹簧用套,在其一侧有两个突起支撑架G并在两个突起支撑架设有固定孔B,在三通管上端略大直径倒R角,用于放置小O型圈,三通管另一端设计凸起环E形成阀口,限压器壳体(7)为弧形圆盘外接圆边,弧形圆盘中部设置一管B其中带有三条塑料筋对顶端设计一球珠D,其管内螺纹管F,在限压器壳体(7)弧形圆盘外接圆边设有一管E下接管型三通C,其一管内设有一凹槽两个突起支撑架,并在两个突起支撑架设有固定孔A,两个突起支撑架与固定孔A,在感压推板(4)为园勺型如B所示,其中部为凸起圆圈C,在感压推板一端连接长方片其中部有一圆孔A,在感压推板(4)的长方片另一端设有R弧凸起E,流出开关压板(9)上一端有一凸出圆柱A,流出开关压板(9)另一端为U型开口C,其中部有一圆孔B,流出阀芯(14)其中流出阀芯为圆柱一端圆锥型V,在圆柱另一端开有一环槽S,阀膜下片(6)与阀膜上片(5)采用软塑通过高频热合粘接环圈粘接点A所示,粘接后形成中空层D所示,其进液管口B,在阀膜下片(6)中部设计一管口C,它与限压器壳体(7)粘合,限压调节钮(1)其管外设计有螺纹,在密封一端设计有三角柱,用于专有工具旋转调压,螺纹管另一端接直径略大的管,测压开关接口(18)为圆管中部设计有螺纹,紧接螺纹接一直径略大圆盘,其圆盘边缘为齿牙造型。
本发明具有如下优点:在无人监管的情况下,能保持脑脊液压力在80-180毫米水柱(8-18mm 汞柱)之间,脑脊液引流限压器通过限压器阀膜感压,通过阀膜膨胀或收缩,带动感压推板(4)推动限压器流出开关,开启或关闭,完成自动放引流的功能。

图6脑脊液引流限压器截面S—S图1:图中所示,在限压调节钮(1)上有外螺纹与限压器上盖(2)上螺纹配合使用,在限压调节钮(1)圆管内套有回位簧(3),回位簧(3)的另一端套在感压推板(4)中部圆管上,感压推板(4)上有一圆孔通过感压推板轴(10)固定在限压器壳体(7)上,阀膜上片(5)与阀膜下片(6)为软塑材质通过粘合形成碗型气囊,并利用阀膜下片(6)上的圆管连接在限压器壳体(7)管路上,限压器壳体(7)的中部设置一管中带有三条塑料筋对顶端设计一球珠,其管内螺纹管和测压开关接口(18)上的螺纹和管口配合成开关,在测压接口(18)直管外利用测压O型圈(16)和密封O型圈(17)密封,在流出阀体(15)上采用小O型圈(13)和小O型圈固定套(12)将流出阀芯(14)密封,流出阀芯(14)被流出开关压板(9)利用流出开关轴(8)另一侧的开关回位簧(11)将在流出阀体(15)上的圆管关闭,感压推板轴(10)用于固定感压推板(4)。

1.脊液引流限压器其特征在于:包括限压调节钮(1)、限压器上盖(2)、回位簧(3)、感压推板(4)、阀膜上片(5)、阀膜下片(6)、限压器壳体(7)、流出开关轴(8)、流出开关压板(9)、感压推板轴(10)、开关回位簧(11)、小O型圈固定套(12)、小O型圈(13)、流出阀芯(14)、流出阀体(15)、测压O型圈(16)、密封O型圈(17)、测压开关接口(18)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脊液引流限压器其特征在于:在限压器上盖(2)为管型接弧形设计,中部设置一管其管内中又接螺纹管A,在限压器上盖的一侧开口C。
3.根据权利要求1所述的脊液引流限压器其特征在于:其流出阀体(15)为三通管,管外侧设有环圈凸起A用于固定弹簧用套,在其一侧有两个突起支撑架G并在两个突起支撑架设有固定孔B,在三通管上端略大直径倒R角,用于放置小O型圈,三通管另一端设计凸起环E形成阀口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的脊液引流限压器其特征在于:限压器壳体(7)为弧形圆盘外接圆边,弧形圆盘中部设置一管B其中带有三条塑料筋对顶端设计一球珠D,其管内螺纹管F,在限压器壳体(7)弧形圆盘外接圆边设有一管E下接管型三通C,其一管内设有一凹槽两个突起支撑架,并在两个突起支撑架设有固定孔A,两个突起支撑架与固定孔A。
5.根据权利要求1所述的脊液引流限压器其特征在于:在感压推板(4)为园勺型如B所示,其中部为凸起圆圈C,在感压推板一端连接长方片其中部有一圆孔A,在感压推板(4)的长方片另一端设有R弧凸起E。
6.根据权利要求1所述的脊液引流限压器其特征在于:流出开关压板(9)上一端有一凸出圆柱A,流出开关压板(9)另一端为U型开口C,其中部有一圆孔B。
7.根据权利要求1所述的脊液引流限压器其特征在于:流出阀芯(14)其中流出阀芯为圆柱一端圆锥型V,在圆柱另一端开有一环槽S。
8.根据权利要求1所述的脊液引流限压器其特征在于:阀膜下片(6)与阀膜上片(5)采用软塑通过高频热合粘接环圈粘接点A所示,粘接后形成中空层D所示,其进液管口B,在阀膜下片(6)中部设计一管口C,它与限压器壳体(7)粘合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的脊液引流限压器其特征在于:限压调节钮(1)其管外设计有螺纹,在密封一端设计有三角柱,用于专有工具旋转调压,螺纹管另一端接直径略大的管。
