本发明涉及一种内花键锁止面深度检测方法。
背景技术
汽车同步器是机械式齿轮传动变速器的关键部件,滑动齿套与同步环是同步器的两个关键零件,而齿套和同步环的花键倒角锁止面是同步器防止换档冲击的必要结构,锁止面的角度和深度直接影响了原齿形,进而影响换档性能。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种内花键锁止面深度检测方法,它可以提高换挡时的性能。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种内花键锁止面深度检测方法,它包括以下步骤:
步骤一,测量同步环外径,其直径¢a与齿套小径间隙配合,起初定位作用; 
步骤二,测量滑动齿套的外径,其上开的若干H宽度的槽,按齿套倒角要求具体设计槽宽H和外径¢b为定值;
步骤三,待检齿套安放于检具上后,比较端面与齿套的上端面位置,判定齿套倒角锁止面深度是否合格。
本发明具有以下有益效果:采用了以上技术方案后,本发明可以有效地提高换挡时的性能。
