Abstract

本发明提供一种抗垢蒸汽熨斗，包括挤压缸体、挤压活塞和熨斗蒸发室，所述挤压活塞滑动设置在所述挤压缸体内，所述挤压活塞中心设置有连接熨斗把手的连杆，所述挤压活塞与所述挤压缸体的非连杆端之间设置有半透膜，所述半透膜与所述挤压活塞之间的所述挤压缸体缸壁上设置有换水进口和换水出口，所述挤压缸体的非连杆端设置有连通所述熨斗蒸发室的进水通道，本发明中所述挤压活塞受到来自熨斗把手的压力挤压来自进水通道的含有矿物质的水，所述含有矿物质的水透过所述半透膜，在所述半透膜另一侧形成纯水，所述纯水进一步被挤压进入所述熨斗蒸发室，由于采用纯水蒸发，有效防止了水垢的产生。

一种抗垢蒸汽熨斗
所属技术领域
本发明涉及纺织整烫设备领域，特别地，是一种防止水垢产生的蒸汽熨斗。
背景技术
服装整烫为服装工艺制作一个重要环节.是使用蒸汽高温将衣服不平整的部位进行工艺处理达到外观平整和局部工艺处理后更立体更美观的工艺过程。一件衣服成品后的美观效果整烫过程非常重要，即有“三分做工，七分整烫”之说法。毛衣、针织质料这一类的衣服，如果直接用熨斗去烫会破坏组织的弹性，这时候，最好用蒸汽熨斗喷水在皱褶处。如果皱得不是很厉害，也可以挂起来直接喷水在皱褶处，待其干后就会自然顺平。另外，可挂在浴室中，利用洗澡的热蒸汽使其平顺。针织衣物易变形，不宜重重地压着熨，只要轻轻按便可。
传统用作服装整烫的熨斗一般采用蒸汽作为加热服装的介质，因此熨斗的耗水量很大，因此一般使用成本较低的自来水作为熨斗的水源，而自来水中存在大量的矿物质，因此熨斗的蒸发室内会产生大量的水垢，水垢不但影响熨斗的加热效率而且会随着蒸汽的喷出而污染服装。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种抗垢蒸汽熨斗，该抗垢蒸汽熨斗能够使熨斗避免产生水垢。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
该抗垢蒸汽熨斗包括挤压缸体、挤压活塞和熨斗蒸发室，所述挤压活塞滑动设置在所述挤压缸体内，所述挤压活塞中心设置有连接熨斗把手的连杆，所述挤压活塞与所述挤压缸体的非连杆端之间设置有半透膜，所述半透膜与所述挤压活塞之间的所述挤压缸体缸壁上设置有换水进口和换水出口，所述挤压缸体的非连杆端设置有连通所述熨斗蒸发室的进水通道。
作为优选，所述进水通道内设置有防止蒸汽进入所述挤压缸体的单向阀体。
作为优选，所述进水通道的直径小于所述挤压活塞直径的十分之一。
作为优选，所述半透膜设置排成波浪状的支杆上。
本发明的优点在于：
所述挤压活塞受到来自熨斗把手的压力挤压来自进水通道的含有矿物质的水，所述含有矿物质的水透过所述半透膜，在所述半透膜另一侧形成纯水，所述纯水进一步被挤压进入所述熨斗蒸发室，由于采用纯水蒸发，有效防止了水垢的产生。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明：
在本实施例中，参阅图1，该抗垢蒸汽熨斗包括挤压缸体100、挤压活塞200和熨斗蒸发室400，所述挤压活塞200滑动设置在所述挤压缸体100内，所述挤压活塞200中心设置有连接熨斗把手的连杆210，所述挤压活塞200与所述挤压缸体100的非连杆210端之间设置有半透膜300，所述半透膜300与所述挤压活塞200之间的所述挤压缸体100缸壁上设置有换水进口110和换水出口120，所述挤压缸体100的非连杆210端设置有连通所述熨斗蒸发室400的进水通道130，所述熨斗蒸发室400设置有蒸汽出口410。
上述抗垢蒸汽熨斗，所述进水通道130内设置有防止蒸汽进入所述挤压缸体100的单向阀体140。
上述抗垢蒸汽熨斗，所述进水通道130的直径小于所述挤压活塞200直径的十分之一，控制所述进水通道130的直径在较小的范围，可以使进水通道130进口的压强增大，因为进水通道130进口越小，所述挤压缸体100内的液体流速越小，流速越小压强越大，使透过所述半透膜300的纯水更容易被挤压进所述熨斗蒸发室400(由于熨斗蒸发室400存在一定压力的蒸汽)。
上述抗垢蒸汽熨斗，所述半透膜300设置排成波浪状的支杆310上，使所述半透膜300具有更大的透过面，减少水透过所述半透膜300的阻力。
上述抗垢蒸汽熨斗的工作方式：
使用时，所述挤压活塞200受到来自熨斗把手的压力挤压来自进水通道130的含有矿物质的水，所述含有矿物质的水透过所述半透膜300，在所述半透膜300另一侧形成纯水，所述纯水进一步被挤压进入所述熨斗蒸发室400，由于采用纯水蒸发，有效防止了水垢的产生。

1.一种抗垢蒸汽熨斗，包括熨斗蒸发室(400)，其特征在于：还包括挤压缸体(100)和挤压活塞(200)，所述挤压活塞(200)滑动设置在所述挤压缸体(100)内，所述挤压活塞(200)中心设置有连接熨斗把手的连杆(210)，所述挤压活塞(200)与所述挤压缸体(100)的非连杆(210)端之间设置有半透膜(300)，所述半透膜(300)与所述挤压活塞(200)之间的所述挤压缸体(100)缸壁上设置有换水进口(110)和换水出口(120)，所述挤压缸体(100)的非连杆(210)端设置有连通所述熨斗蒸发室(400)的进水通道(130)；
所述进水通道(130)内设置有防止蒸汽进入所述挤压缸体(100)的单向阀体(140)；
所述半透膜(300)设置排成波浪状的支杆(310)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗垢蒸汽熨斗，其特征在于：所述进水通道(130)的直径小于所述挤压活塞(200)直径的十分之一。
