Abstract
本发明公开了一种船舱发动机保护罩，包括由金属材料制成的罩板，所述罩板的中间位置设有开孔，罩板的对内朝向面一侧设有保护板，保护板呈倾斜状，保护板的底部连接有引流板，引流板呈倾斜状，罩板的底部连接有支撑块，支撑块设有滑槽，支撑块设有若干固定孔，固定孔布置在滑槽的两边，保护板的底部设有插槽，引流板的顶部设有插块，插块的根部两侧设有凹槽，插块插接在插槽中，罩板的对内朝向面设有隔板，隔板设置在支撑块上。本发明可以罩住船舱发动机的头部，从而保护该船舱发动机，可以起到挡雨的作用，具有引流作用，可以有效保护船舱发动机。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护罩，特别涉及一种船舱发动机保护罩。
背景技术
现有技术中，有一些发动机保护罩,其外型因喷气发动机进气口形状不同,有流线型锥体、三棱柱体等形式，但现有的发动机保护罩多用于汽车上，用途单一，而且不具有引流作用，不能很好地保护发动机。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种可以罩住船舱发动机的头部，从而保护该船舱发动机，可以起到挡雨的作用，具有引流作用，可以有效保护船舱发动机的船舱发动机保护罩。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种船舱发动机保护罩，包括由金属材料制成的罩板，所述罩板的中间位置设有开孔，罩板的对内朝向面一侧设有保护板，保护板呈倾斜状，保护板的底部连接有引流板，引流板呈倾斜状，罩板的底部连接有支撑块，支撑块设有滑槽，支撑块设有若干固定孔，固定孔布置在滑槽的两边，保护板的底部设有插槽，引流板的顶部设有插块，插块的根部两侧设有凹槽，插块插接在插槽中，罩板的对内朝向面设有隔板，隔板设置在支撑块上。
进一步地，所述保护板设有通风槽。
进一步地，所述罩板、引流板、保护板以及支撑块为一体结构。
进一步地，所述罩板设有若干安装孔，安装孔布置在开孔的周围。
进一步地，所述罩板与支撑块的连接位置对内朝向面设有圆面。
采用上述技术方案的船舱发动机保护罩，由于所述罩板的中间位置设有开孔，罩板的对内朝向面一侧设有保护板，保护板呈倾斜状，保护板的底部连接有引流板，引流板呈倾斜状，罩板的底部连接有支撑块，支撑块设有滑槽，支撑块设有若干固定孔，固定孔布置在滑槽的两边，保护板的底部设有插槽，引流板的顶部设有插块，插块的根部两侧设有凹槽，插块插接在插槽中，罩板的对内朝向面设有隔板，隔板设置在支撑块上，；所以通过该保护罩可以罩住船舱发动机的头部，从而保护该船舱发动机，通过保护板可以起到挡雨的作用，通过引流板引流水流，可以有效保护船舱发动机；通过隔板可以卡紧船舱发动机，使船舱发动机安装更加牢固；通过开孔可以连接驱动轴。

下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述，以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解，从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1至图2所示，一种船舱发动机保护罩，包括由金属材料制成的罩板1，罩板1的中间位置设有开孔2，罩板1的对内朝向面一侧设有保护板4，保护板4呈倾斜状，保护板4的底部连接有引流板3，引流板3呈倾斜状，罩板1的底部连接有支撑块7，支撑块7设有滑槽8，支撑块7设有若干固定孔9，固定孔9布置在滑槽8的两边，保护板4的底部设有插槽13，引流板3的顶部设有插块12，插块12的根部两侧设有凹槽14，插块12插接在插槽13中，罩板1的对内朝向面设有隔板6，隔板6设置在支撑块7上；保护板4设有通风槽5，罩板1、引流板3、保护板4以及支撑块7为一体结构，罩板1设有若干安装孔10，安装孔10布置在开孔2的周围，罩板1与支撑块7的连接位置对内朝向面设有圆面11，通风槽5布置有通风网。
本发明船舱发动机保护罩，由于罩板1的中间位置设有开孔2，罩板1的对内朝向面一侧设有保护板4，保护板4呈倾斜状，保护板4的底部连接有引流板3，引流板3呈倾斜状，罩板1的底部连接有支撑块7，支撑块7设有滑槽8，支撑块7设有若干固定孔9，固定孔9布置在滑槽8的两边，保护板4的底部设有插槽13，引流板3的顶部设有插块12，插块12的根部两侧设有凹槽14，插块12插接在插槽13中，罩板1的对内朝向面设有隔板6，隔板6设置在支撑块7上；所以通过该保护罩可以罩住船舱发动机的头部，从而保护该船舱发动机，通过保护板4可以起到挡雨的作用，通过引流板3引流水流，可以有效保护船舱发动机；通过隔板6可以卡紧船舱发动机，使船舱发动机安装更加牢固；通过开孔2可以连接驱动轴。由于保护板4设有通风槽5，通过通风槽5可以起到散热的作用。由于罩板1、引流板3、保护板4以及支撑块7为一体结构，所以牢固度大大增强。由于罩板1设有若干安装孔10，安装孔10布置在开孔2的周围，所以方便安装。由于罩板1与支撑块7的连接位置对内朝向面设有圆面11，所以防死角。由于通风槽5布置有通风网，所以具有防尘作用。

1.一种船舱发动机保护罩，包括由金属材料制成的罩板，其特征在于：所述罩板的中间位置设有开孔，罩板的对内朝向面一侧设有保护板，保护板呈倾斜状，保护板的底部连接有引流板，引流板呈倾斜状，罩板的底部连接有支撑块，支撑块设有滑槽，支撑块设有若干固定孔，固定孔布置在滑槽的两边，保护板的底部设有插槽，引流板的顶部设有插块，插块的根部两侧设有凹槽，插块插接在插槽中，罩板的对内朝向面设有隔板，隔板设置在支撑块上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船舱发动机保护罩，其特征在于：所述保护板设有通风槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的船舱发动机保护罩，其特征在于：所述罩板、引流板、保护板以及支撑块为一体结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的船舱发动机保护罩，其特征在于：所述罩板设有若干安装孔，安装孔布置在开孔的周围。
5.根据权利要求1所述的船舱发动机保护罩，其特征在于：所述罩板与支撑块的连接位置对内朝向面设有圆面。
