[0002] 电动葫芦因其结构紧凑、制造方便、安装简易、维修简单、价格低廉W及操作灵活 等特点,已经广泛应用于起重机的起升机构。自20世纪50年代中期,我国起重葫芦行业 经过几十年的发展,无论是企业数量、规模还是就业人数都已经位居世界前列,据不完全统 计,2013年底我国有电动葫芦生产企业近400家,年产量90余万台,未来几年,我国电动葫 芦市场仍将保持超过40%的平均增速。按照目前我国使用电动葫芦的平均时间计算,使用 节能30%的变频电动葫芦,8年至少可节约2000元左右,全国都使用可节省4000亿元,而 若使用节能50%W上的直流变频电动葫芦,全国至少可节省6600亿人民币。据国内电力环 境专家核算:每节约1度电,就可W减少0. 272千克的炭粉尘、0. 997千克的二氧化碳、0. 03 千克的二氧化硫、0. 015千克的碳氧等污染物的排放,可见做好电动葫芦行业的节能工作具 有极其重要的现实意义。
[0003] 作为特种设备重要组成部分的起重机械,至今还没有一个关于能效测试、评价方 面的专用设备和详细方法,运与全国都在兴起的节能热潮的形势不相符。对于电动葫芦而 言,目前国内外尚无明确的电动葫芦能效测试方法,市场上更没有电动葫芦能效测试装置。 目前的电动葫芦型式试验和产品质量检验试验台仅能控制电动葫芦动作和对电参数的简 单采集,没有数据积分处理等功能,不能满足电动葫芦能效测试需要,对电动葫芦生产和使 用的节能监管W及节能监测都带来了困难,因此,亟需一种简单可行的电动葫芦能效测试 仪器和测试方法。

Claims (1)
1. 一种电动萌芦能效测试装置,其特征在于:包括电压电流转换模块、电压电流采样 模块、电能计量模块、微处理器模块、起升速度测量模块、通讯模块和人机交互模块; 所述电压电流转换模块,由互感器组成,互感器的一次侧接入电动萌芦主电路,互感器 的二次侧接入电压电流采样模块,将电动萌芦主电路的大电流、电压信号转换为等效的小 电流、电压信号,并实现供电回路和测量回路的隔离; 所述电压电流采样模块,由智能电表组成,通过对互感器的二次侧的电压、电流回路的 交流采样,经处理后实现对电网中三相电压、三相电流、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数、频 率和四象限电能的高精度测量; 所述电能计量模块,用于将电压电流采样模块采样后的电压、电流转换成随功率变换 的脉冲信号; 所述微处理器模块,接收到电能计量模块的随功率变换的脉冲信号后,计算电压、电 流、功率参数,并根据设置的参数控制电能计量模块的工作方式,同时显示测量值,并通过 RS485总线和上位计算机进行通信; 所述起升速度测量模块,由起重机速度位移测量仪组成,用于感测电动萌芦起升和下 降速度,兼有距离测量的功能,完成起升高度、吊钩限位高度的检测,起升速度的测量结果 输入人机交互模块; 所述通讯模块,用于微处理器模块与人机交互模块之间的数据交换和控制; 所述人机交互模块,用于参数输入、测试控制、数据处理、数据显示和系统设置; 三相电压直接接入测试装置智能电表;对于三相三线制,三根火线分别直接接入测试 装置机箱后盖Ua、Un、Uc三接线端;对于三相四线制,三根火线分别直接接入测试装置机箱 后盖Ua、Ub、Uc三接线端,中性线接Un端;三相电流通过各自的电流互感器接入测试装置智 能电表;接线时每根相线均从电流互感器的P1端穿入,P2端穿出;对于三相三线制,将两个 电流互感器的S1端分别接测试装置机箱后盖的la*和Ic*接线端,S2端分别接测试装置机 箱后盖的la和Ic接线端,同时S2端需接地;对于三相四线制,将三个电流互感器的S1端 分别接测试装置机箱后盖的Ia*、lb*和Ic*接线端,S2端分别接测试装置机箱后盖的Ia、 lb和Ic接线端,同时S2端需接地;通过测试装置机箱前面板的RS485通讯接口与上位计 算机连接;测试装置接220V交流电。
