本发明公开了一种胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置，所述的胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置包含一长条状的固定支架，所述的固定支架上设有由固定通孔组成的固定通孔阵列，所述的固定通孔内设有一横向设置的引导枢轴，所述的引导枢轴上设有一可拆卸的一引导凸轮，所述的引导枢轴的尾部设有一驱动凸轮。本发明的胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置利用固定支架上的由固定通孔组成的固定通孔阵列，使用者可以自由改变引导凸轮的位置，简单方便，另外，由于引导枢轴的尾部设有驱动凸轮，能利用外置的电机进行带动，大大提高了引导凸轮的转速的稳定性和可靠性。该胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置结构简单，使用方便，实用性强。

本发明涉及一种挤出装置，更确切地说，是一种胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置。
背景技术
胶条挤出机是一种专门用于ABS等塑料圆条的挤出设备，加工精度高，圆度好，速度快。现有的胶条挤出机的胶条挤出后经过牵引，进行卷绕和包装。现有的牵引器多为一个简单的凸轮，位置无法改变，另外，现有的牵引器多为被动式牵引，自身没有动力源，牵引的速度不够稳定。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置，所述的胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置包含一长条状的固定支架，所述的固定支架上设有由固定通孔组成的固定通孔阵列，所述的固定通孔内设有一横向设置的引导枢轴，所述的引导枢轴上设有一可拆卸的一引导凸轮，所述的引导枢轴的尾部设有一驱动凸轮。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的固定支架为不锈钢制成。
本发明的胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置，在使用时安装简便，可以通过本技术领域人员公知的常见连接手段和方式，将本发明与胶条挤出机的胶条出口相连接。使用时，本发明的胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置利用固定支架上的由固定通孔组成的固定通孔阵列，使用者可以自由改变引导凸轮的位置，简单方便，另外，由于引导枢轴的尾部设有驱动凸轮，能利用外置的电机进行带动，大大提高了引导凸轮的转速的稳定性和可靠性。该胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置结构简单，使用方便，实用性强。在本申请中，由于胶条出口、电机等结构为本领域内技术人员所公知，本申请并未对其进行创新，且不属于本发明技术方案中所要求保护的内容，所以未对其作出详细的图示，但是本领域技术人员完全可以根据本申请的发明内容，使用方法等记载内容，清晰明了的得到一个完整的技术方案，并加以实现。

如图1至图3所示，本发明的胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置1包含一长条状的固定支架2，该固定支架2上设有由固定通孔21组成的固定通孔阵列，该固定通孔21内设有一横向设置的引导枢轴3，该引导枢轴3上设有一可拆卸的一引导凸轮5，该引导枢轴3的尾部设有一驱动凸轮4。
该固定支架2为不锈钢制成。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置，其特征在于，所述的胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置（1）包含一长条状的固定支架（2），所述的固定支架（2）上设有由固定通孔（21）组成的固定通孔阵列，所述的固定通孔（21）内设有一横向设置的引导枢轴（3），所述的引导枢轴（3）上设有一可拆卸的一引导凸轮（5），所述的引导枢轴（3）的尾部设有一驱动凸轮（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶条挤出机的胶条引导装置，其特征在于，所述的固定支架（2）为不锈钢制成。
