本发明提供一种键盘除尘盖,包括用于遮蔽键盘表面的壳体,所述壳体内侧设有可嵌入键盘按键间隙的凸筋,所述凸筋外周部覆盖有毛毡层,所述凸筋下端设有刷毛,本发明结构简单,成本低廉,通过插入按键缝隙的凸筋实现防尘功能的同时利用表面上覆盖的毛毡层及刷毛即可实现灰尘及杂物的吸附起到清洁键盘的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种键盘除尘盖。
背景技术
键盘使用时间长后,表面会附着灰尘、油渍等污物,影响使用,特别是按键缝隙内的毛发、皮屑等杂物,一般的工具无法直接清洁,需要把键帽逐个脱下,才能进行清洁,工作量大,不易操作,而现有的普通毛刷也仅仅能起到表面除尘的效果。
发明内容
本发明对上述问题进行了改进,即本发明要解决的技术问题是现有键盘长时间使用后易附着灰尘、油渍等污物不易清洗。
本发明的具体实施方案是:一种键盘除尘盖,包括用于遮蔽键盘表面的壳体,所述壳体内侧设有可嵌入键盘按键间隙的凸筋,所述凸筋外周部覆盖有毛毡层,所述凸筋下端设有刷毛。
进一步的,所述壳体由两部分面板组成,所述凸筋设置于面板下方,所述其中一个面板一侧延伸有凸轴,另一个面板一侧设有可套入凸轴的轴套。
进一步的,所述壳体两侧向下延伸有挡板。
进一步的,所述壳体为中空壳体,壳体三面封闭,所述凸筋下端还设有与壳体中部相连通的气孔,壳体内设有一隔板,所述隔板一侧设有伸出壳体外部的拉杆,推拉拉杆即可实现对气孔的吸吹气。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明结构简单,成本低廉,通过插入按键缝隙的凸筋实现防尘功能的同时利用表面上覆盖的毛毡层及刷毛即可实现灰尘及杂物的吸附起到清洁键盘的功能。同时,本发明盖体在使用前可将两个面板相互摩擦使毛刷带静电,增加吸附能力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
如图1~4所示,一种键盘除尘盖,包括两部分面板组成的壳体10,壳体10内侧设有可嵌入键盘按键间隙的凸筋20,所述凸筋20外周部覆盖有毛毡层210,所述凸筋20下端设有刷毛220。
凸筋20设置于面板下方,其中一个面板一侧延伸有凸轴110,另一个面板一侧设有可套入凸轴的轴套120,所述壳体两侧向下延伸有挡板130。
如图3使用时,可先将两部分拆卸后毛刷相对进行摩擦,以使刷毛220及毛毡层产生静电,提高对灰尘的吸附能力。
如图4所述,壳体10为中空壳体,壳体10三面封闭,凸筋20下端还设有与壳体中部相连通的气孔230,壳体10内设有一隔板30,所述隔板30一侧设有伸出壳体外部的拉杆310,推拉拉杆310即可实现对气孔230的吸吹气。利用气孔230的吸气作用,可以在凸筋20插入缝隙后可实现周围灰尘向刷毛220快速聚拢,并吸附在刷毛220上,取出防尘盖后利用气孔230吹气作用即可实现清除毛刷上的灰尘。

1.一种键盘除尘盖,其特征在于,包括用于遮蔽键盘表面的壳体,所述壳体内侧设有可嵌入键盘按键间隙的凸筋,所述凸筋外周部覆盖有毛毡层,所述凸筋下端设有刷毛,所述壳体由两部分面板组成,所述凸筋设置于面板下方,所述其中一个面板一侧延伸有凸轴,另一个面板一侧设有可套入凸轴的轴套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种键盘除尘盖,所述壳体两侧向下延伸有挡板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种键盘除尘盖,所述壳体为中空壳体,壳体三面封闭,所述凸筋下端还设有与壳体中部相连通的气孔,壳体内设有一隔板,所述隔板一侧设有伸出壳体外部的拉杆,推拉拉杆即可实现对气孔的吸吹气。
