本发明立式风能取力器是把风能多向击力转变为定向旋转的一种机械设施。把现有风能发电机的星形叶片改为瓦形叶片,星形叶轮改为滚筒叶轮。减少星形叶轮需架高的安装难度,降低造价,维修方便,提高风能效率。是再生环保之源提高利用。填补一项国际空白。

立式风能取力器是把风能多向击力转变为定向旋转的一项机械设施。
技术背景
现有的风力发机多数为星行叶片,旋转直径大需向高空固定,叶片少、吸收风能效率低下,造价高、维修难,多有不便。
发明技术
本发明是把现有星行叶片,改为瓦型叶片、星行叶轮改为滚筒叶轮,减少安装难度,提高风能效率,降低造价维修方便。提高再生之源环保立用。填补一项国际空白。

具体实施方式:
首先用轴管合轴头焊接连在轴管两头,保证可需的同心度,焊接一体,在一端固定上③叶片连接圆型当盘。④瓦形叶片在轴管上要均匀分布,保证同心度。连成一体,形成滚筒叶轮。先焊接后精加工为准。精车后对滚筒风叶效平衡。按照图再组装为一体,用连接固定地矛。用连接发电机固定架。图中没画,按照发电机型号制作固定架和连接器。说明书附图是本发明的整体结构示意图。
