Abstract

本发明公开了油气钻井领域内的一种用于MDT测试用封闭液的生产方法,先将水与钠膨润土混合,搅拌后置于常温下养护;再加入钻井液用包被剂、降滤失剂、白沥青、聚合醇和抗高温极压润滑剂,最后加入复合有机盐,调节混合体达到设计所需的密度;以NaOH调节混合体系的pH值至8~9,最后形成MDT测试用封闭液,本发明工艺简单、合理,方便生产,以本发明方法生产的MDT测试用封闭液具有强抑制防塌性、低不溶固相、超低失水和优越的润滑防粘卡性能,可有效降低MDT测试电缆粘卡的风险,可用于油气井钻井中。

Description

一种MDT测试用封闭液及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种封闭液,特别涉及一种MDT测试用封闭液,属于油气井钻井技术领域。
背景技术
MDT全称为模块式地层动态测试器,可测量地层压力,采集PVT地层流体样品,快速验证储层的含油气性,提高测井解释评价油气层的精度,加快油气勘探开发进程。近年来,MDT在探井中应用逐渐推广,但由于MDT测试需要用电缆将取样筒下到井内,且静止取样时间较长,导致电缆粘卡问题突出,往往需要穿心打捞,复杂时甚至会导致填井侧钻,即增加了探井风险,又增加了探井成本。由于国内主要使用水基钻井液体系,这些体系具有抑制性强、悬浮携砂性能高、流变性能易调节等优点,但完井时固相含量较高,润滑性差,导致MDT测试电缆粘卡风险加大。因此,寻找一种具有抗高温、低不溶固相、超低滤失量、优越润滑性和强抑制防塌性能的MDT测试用封闭液可有效降低MDT测试电缆粘卡的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有抗高温、低不溶固相、超低滤失量、优越润滑性和强抑制防塌性能的MDT测试用封闭液及其生产方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种MDT测试用封闭液及其生产方法,所述封闭液,包括以重量份计的以下各成分:
钠基膨润土                                   2-4份;
钻井液用包被剂IND10                    0.05-0.5份;
钻井液用降滤失剂Redul                  1.5~5份;
钻井液用白沥青NFA-25                   2~6份;
钻井液用聚合醇 PGCS-1                   2~6份;
钻井液用极压润滑剂JYRH-1               3~8份;
钻井液用复合有机盐Weigh2               10~100份;
水                                                100份。
所述封闭液的生产方法包括以下步骤:
1)先将100重量份的水与2~4重量份的钠基膨润土混合,于1000~4000rpm的搅拌速度下搅拌30~60分钟后,再于6000~10000rpm的搅拌速度下搅拌30~40分钟,置于常温下养护至少24小时;
2)将养护后的混合体在6000~10000rpm的搅拌速度下,先加入0.05~0.5重量份的钻井液用包被剂和1.5~5重量份的钻井液用降滤失剂,然后再加入2~6重量份的钻井液用白沥青、2~6重量份的钻井液用聚合醇和3~8重量份的钻井液用抗高温极压润滑剂;
3)使用烧碱调节步骤2)形成的混合体的pH值至8~9;
4)向步骤3)形成的混合体中加入10~100重量份的钻井液用复合有机盐,搅拌均匀,即制得MDT测试用封闭液,所述封闭液的密度为1.10~1.50g/cm3
本发明以复合有机盐作为加重剂,使以上混合体达到设计所需的密度,最后形成MDT测试用封闭液。本发明工艺简单、方便生产,以本发明方法生产的封闭液在完井MDT测试时,能有效抑制泥页岩分散,维持井壁稳定,滤失量低,形成的泥饼薄,有利于MDT测试的顺利进行。与现有技术相比,本发明MDT测试用封闭液具有以下有益效果:(1)不溶固相含量低(小于5%);(2)超低滤失量(API≤3ml,HTHP≤6ml),泥饼薄;(3)密度可调(1.10~1.50g/cm3);(4)抗高温达200℃;(5)润滑性能好;(6)抑制防塌性强。本发明可用于油气井钻井中。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步描述:
实施例1#、将钠基膨润土 2Kg、水100Kg、包被剂IND10 0.1Kg、降滤失剂Redul 2Kg、白沥青NFA-25 2Kg、聚合醇PGCS-1 2Kg、复合有机盐Weigh2 35Kg混合得到本发明的封闭液。
实施例2#、将钠基膨润土 2Kg、水100Kg、包被剂IND10 0.2Kg、降滤失剂Redul 2Kg、白沥青NFA-25 3Kg、聚合醇PGCS-1 3Kg、抗高温极压润滑剂JYRH-1 3Kg、复合有机盐Weigh2 45Kg混合得到本发明的封闭液。
实施例3#、将钠基膨润土 2Kg、水100Kg、包被剂IND10 0.2Kg、降滤失剂Redul 2Kg、白沥青NFA-25 3Kg、聚合醇PGCS-1 3Kg、抗高温极压润滑剂JYRH-1 3Kg、复合有机盐Weigh2 70Kg混合得到本发明的封闭液。
对上述3个实施例所得到的封闭液在室温和140℃条件下分别滚动老化16小时后测量其性能,实验结果如表1。

其中API滤失量和HTHP滤失量均满足GBT 16783.1-2006的标准,同时采用极压润滑仪评价上述实施例1#、2#、3#封闭液的润滑性,3个样品均经过16小时的140℃老化,冷却至室温,采用EP型极压润滑仪对其极压润滑系数进行测量,试验结果如表2所示,极压润滑系数均小于0.1。

对实施例2 #得到的MDT封闭液对徐闻6-1井进行现场施工,封闭液密度为1.23 g/cm3,API滤失量为1.9ml,HTHP滤失量为5.8ml,不溶物固相含量小于5%,MDT施工期间,未出现粘卡现象,适于推广应用。
综上表明:本发明形成的MDT测试用封闭液在高温下具有良好的流变性和失水造壁性、抑制性强,润滑性优良,热稳定性好,能有效降低MDT测试电缆粘卡的风险。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,将复合有机盐Weigh2换成复合有机盐Weigh3也是可以的,在本发明公开的技术方案的基础上,本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容,不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形,这些替换和变形均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (2)

1.一种MDT测试用封闭液,其特征在于,所述封闭液包括以重量份计的以下各成分:
钠基膨润土                                   2-4份;
钻井液用包被剂IND10                    0.05-0.5份;
钻井液用降滤失剂Redul                  1.5~5份;
钻井液用白沥青NFA-25                   2~6份;
钻井液用聚合醇PGCS-1                   2~6份;
钻井液用极压润滑剂JYRH-1            3~8份;
钻井液用复合有机盐Weigh2             10~100份;
水                              100份。
2.一种权利要求1所述的MDT测试用封闭液的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)先将100重量份的水与2~4重量份的钠基膨润土混合,于1000~4000rpm的搅拌速度下搅拌30~60分钟后,再于6000~10000rpm的搅拌速度下搅拌30~40分钟,置于常温下养护至少24小时;
2)将养护后的混合体在6000~10000rpm的搅拌速度下,先加入0.05~0.5重量份的钻井液用包被剂和1.5~5重量份的钻井液用降滤失剂,然后再加入2~6重量份的钻井液用白沥青、2~6重量份的钻井液用聚合醇和3~8重量份的钻井液用极压润滑剂;
3)使用烧碱调节步骤2)形成的混合体的pH值至8~9;
4)向步骤3)形成的混合体中加入10~100重量份的钻井液用复合有机盐,搅拌均匀,即制得MDT测试用封闭液,所述封闭液的密度为1.10~1.50g/cm3
