Abstract

本发明公开了一种螺旋分级机的溢流固定装置，所述的螺旋分级机的溢流固定装置包含一长条状的固定基条，所述的固定基条上设有由固定支架组成的固定支架阵列。本发明的螺旋分级机的溢流固定装置利用尼龙制成的固定支架阵列，使用者可以将整个固定装置安装到井管内，并将多根溢流管组成的溢流管束固定在调节弧板上，大大提高了溢流管的抗震能力，有效提高了溢流管的使用寿命，大幅度降低了螺旋分级机的使用成本。另外，由于调节弧板上设有调节弧槽，方便使用者自由改变溢流管的位置，方便下游的加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种矿山机械设备，更确切地说，是一种螺旋分级机的溢流固定装置。
背景技术
螺旋分级机是一种常见的矿用机械，借助于固体粒大小不同，比重不同，因而在液体中的沉降速度不同的原理，细矿粒浮游在水中成溢流出，粗矿粒沉于槽底。螺旋分级机能把磨机内磨出的料粉级于过滤，然后把粗料利用螺旋片旋片旋入磨机进料口，把过滤出的细料从溢流管排出。现有的溢流管直接散落在井管内，振动较大，溢流管极容易发生脱落，影响细料的排出。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种螺旋分级机的溢流固定装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种螺旋分级机的溢流固定装置，所述的螺旋分级机的溢流固定装置包含一长条状的固定基条，所述的固定基条上设有由固定支架组成的固定支架阵列，所述的固定基条的两端分别设有一固定通孔，所述的固定基条上设有由支架通孔组成的支架通孔阵列，所述的固定支架包含一方块状的支架基块和一弧形的调节弧板，所述的支架基块上设有一对基块通孔，所述的调节弧板上设有一弧形的贯穿的调节弧槽，所述的基块通孔与所述的支架通孔通过螺钉相连接。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的固定基条和固定支架均为尼龙制成。
本发明的螺旋分级机的溢流固定装置利用尼龙制成的固定支架阵列，使用者可以将整个固定装置安装到井管内，并将多根溢流管组成的溢流管束固定在调节弧板上，大大提高了溢流管的抗震能力，有效提高了溢流管的使用寿命，大幅度降低了螺旋分级机的使用成本。另外，由于调节弧板上设有调节弧槽，方便使用者自由改变溢流管的位置，方便下游的加工。该螺旋分级机的溢流固定装置结构简单，使用方便，实用性强。

如图1至图5所示，本发明的螺旋分级机的溢流固定装置1包含一长条状的固定基条2，该固定基条2上设有由固定支架3组成的固定支架阵列，该固定基条2的两端分别设有一固定通孔21，该固定基条2上设有由支架通孔22组成的支架通孔阵列，该固定支架3包含一方块状的支架基块31和一弧形的调节弧板32，支架基块31上设有一对基块通孔311，调节弧板32上设有一弧形的贯穿的调节弧槽321，基块通孔311与支架通孔22通过螺钉相连接。
该固定基条2和固定支架3均为尼龙制成。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种螺旋分级机的溢流固定装置，其特征在于，所述的螺旋分级机的溢流固定装置（1）包含一长条状的固定基条（2），所述的固定基条（2）上设有由固定支架（3）组成的固定支架阵列，所述的固定基条（2）的两端分别设有一固定通孔（21），所述的固定基条（2）上设有由支架通孔（22）组成的支架通孔阵列，所述的固定支架（3）包含一方块状的支架基块（31）和一弧形的调节弧板（32），所述的支架基块（31）上设有一对基块通孔（311），所述的调节弧板（32）上设有一弧形的贯穿的调节弧槽（321），所述的基块通孔（311）与所述的支架通孔（22）通过螺钉相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋分级机的溢流固定装置，其特征在于，所述的固定基条（2）和固定支架（3）均为尼龙制成。
