一种简易辅助升压电路
技术领域
本发明涉及一种简易辅助传统升压电路提高升压电压的电路。任何升压电路接入这种辅助升压电路以后,它的地端的电压会首先升到比较高的电压,然后再把输入电压进行升压。由于地端电压已经处于一个比较高的电位,升压后的输出电压将比单纯的升压电路的输出电压更高。
背景技术
采用传统的升压电路时,如果要求比较高的升压值,往往需要匝比比较大,磁芯比较大的变压器,或磁芯比较大的电感线圈。对于采用电池供电的设备来说,这种电路存在着体积大,功耗高,发热量大等缺点
发明内容
为了克服现有升压电路在获得较高输出电压时存在的体积大,功耗高,发热量大等缺点,本发明提供一种辅助升压电路,该电路通过提升传统升压电路的地端的电压来提高升压电路的输出电压值。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案:N型场效应管T1的栅极连接控制端,漏极连接电阻R2,源极连接电阻R1;电阻R2的另一端连接电阻R3、稳压管D1的阳极、二极管D2的阳极、和P型场效应管T2的栅极;电阻R3的另一端连接输入端、稳压管D1的阴极、二极管D3的阳极、和升压电路的输入端IN;P型场效应管T2的源极连接二极管D2的阴极和升压电路的地端GND,漏极连接电阻R4;电阻R1和R4的另一端接地;二极管D3的阴极连接升压电路的输出端OUT和输出端。N型场效应管T1可用NPN型三极管代替。P型场效应管T2可用PNP型三极管代替。
本发明的有益效果是显著减小传统升压电路的体积和功耗,同时显著提升了输出电压。

图1中,T1是N型场效应管。T2是P型场效应管。R1、R2、R3、和R4是电阻。D1是稳压管。D2和D3是二极管。IN、OUT、和GND分别是升压电路的输入端、输出端、和地端。
具体实施方式
在图1中,N型场效应管T1的栅极连接控制端,漏极连接电阻R2,源极连接电阻R1;电阻R2的另一端连接电阻R3、稳压管D1的阳极、二极管D2的阳极、和P型场效应管T2的栅极;电阻R3的另一端连接输入端、稳压管D1的阴极、二极管D3的阳极、和升压电路的输入端IN;P型场效应管T2的源极连接二极管D2的阴极和升压电路的地端GND,漏极连接电阻R4;电阻R1和R4的另一端接地;二极管D3的阴极连接升压电路的输出端OUT和输出端。
当输出端输入逻辑“0”时,N型场效应管T1关断。因此,稳压管D1两端的电压为0,升压电路的输入端IN和地端GND之间电压为0,升压电路不工作。输出端电压近似等于输入端电压。
当输出端输入逻辑“1”时,N型场效应管T1导通。输入端电压通过电阻R1、R2和稳压管D1的分压,在稳压管D1两端产生一个恒定的电压,并使P型场效应管T2导通。由于稳压管D1的稳压电压远大于P型场效应管T2的开启电压,升压电路的输入端IN和地端GND之间电压可以达到并超过升压电路的最小输入电压。因此,升压电路开始工作。由于升压电路工作时,升压电路的输出端OUT和地端GND之间电压比输入端IN和地端GND之间电压高,输出端电压将超过输入端电压,实现升压功能。二极管D2起保护P型场效应管T2的作用。二极管D3保证输出电压不会低于输入电压。电阻R1和R4起限流作用,用来保护电路。

Claims (3)

1.一种简易辅助升压电路,其特征是:N型场效应管T1的栅极连接辅助升压电路的控制端,漏极连接电阻R2的一端,源极连接电阻R1的一端;电阻R2的另一端连接电阻R3的一端、稳压管D1的阳极、二极管D2的阳极和P型场效应管T2的栅极;电阻R3的另一端连接辅助升压电路的输入端、稳压管D1的阴极、二极管D3的阳极和升压电路的输入端IN;P型场效应管T2的源极连接二极管D2的阴极和升压电路的地端GND,漏极连接电阻R4的一端;电阻R1和R4的另一端接地;二极管D3的阴极连接升压电路的输出端OUT和辅助升压电路的输出端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的简易辅助升压电路,其特征是:N型场效应管T1可用NPN型三极管代替。
3.根据权利要求1所述的简易辅助升压电路,其特征是:P型场效应管T2可用PNP型三极管代替。
