Abstract

本发明公开了一种变压器,包括:缠绕线圈的线圈架,置于线圈架中心通孔内的磁芯,置于磁芯和线圈架之间的可更换的绝缘垫组件;绝缘垫组件组成有:两个相对设置的绝缘垫。本发明提供一种方便更换绝缘垫的变压器,从而减少成本,提高使用寿命。

背景技术
根据现有技术的变压器主要具有这样的形式:初级线圈和次级线圈顺序地缠绕在单个线圈架上,芯通过线圈架的通孔结合到线圈架。为了避免漏电或是其他事故,通常会在磁芯和线圈架之间设置绝缘垫,但是磁芯在工作中会发热,促使绝缘垫的老化,降低变压器的使用寿命,现有技术还未解决这样的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种方便更换绝缘垫的变压器,从而减少成本,提高使用寿命。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
变压器,包括:缠绕线圈的线圈架,置于线圈架中心通孔内的磁芯,置于磁芯和线圈架之间的可更换的绝缘垫组件;绝缘垫组件组成有:两个相对设置的绝缘垫。
前述的变压器,绝缘垫组成有:隔离磁芯和线圈架之间的绝缘垫本体,置于绝缘垫本体上并卡接线圈架的限位部,延伸于绝缘垫本体的把手。
前述的变压器,把手设有放置人手的凹槽。
前述的变压器,限位部为卡接线圈架边缘的卡接凸起。
前述的变压器,线圈架上设有容纳线圈的放置槽。
前述的变压器,绝缘垫为橡胶垫。
本发明的有益之处在于:提供一种方便更换绝缘垫的变压器,从而减少成本,提高使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
变压器,包括:缠绕线圈的线圈架1,置于线圈架1中心通孔内的磁芯2,置于磁芯2和线圈架1之间的可更换的绝缘垫组件;绝缘垫组件组成有:两个相对设置的绝缘垫3。
绝缘垫3组成有:隔离磁芯2和线圈架1之间的绝缘垫本体301,置于绝缘垫本体301上并卡接线圈架1的限位部,延伸于绝缘垫本体301的把手302。为了方便操作人员将绝缘垫3抽出,把手302设有放置人手的凹槽4。作为一种优选,限制绝缘垫3运动的极限位置,限位部为卡接线圈架1边缘的卡接凸起303。
防止线圈缠绕,线圈架1上设有容纳线圈的放置槽;作为一种优选,绝缘垫3选用成本低,且具有一定形变能力的橡胶垫。
这样的设计不仅方便抽出,和装入绝缘垫3,而且不需要重新更换变压器本身,只需要将老化的绝缘垫3更换就可继续使用,从而减少成本,提高使用寿命。

1.变压器,其特征在于,包括:缠绕线圈的线圈架,置于上述线圈架中心通孔内的磁芯,置于上述磁芯和线圈架之间的可更换的绝缘垫组件;上述绝缘垫组件组成有:两个相对设置的绝缘垫,上述绝缘垫组成有:隔离上述磁芯和线圈架之间的绝缘垫本体,置于上述绝缘垫本体上并卡接上述线圈架的限位部,延伸于上述绝缘垫本体的把手,上述线圈架上设有容纳线圈的放置槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变压器,其特征在于,上述把手设有放置人手的凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的变压器,其特征在于,上述限位部为卡接上述线圈架边缘的卡接凸起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的变压器,其特征在于,上述绝缘垫为橡胶垫。
