背景技术
由于铸铁具有良好的铸造性能，良好的加工性，而且成本低， 国内外普遍采用铸铁做模具的材料。
但是现有的模具钢在使用过程中，耐磨性和强度不高，通常会加入玻璃纤维、碳纤维等的工程塑料材料，单纯使用这种材料，不能改善模具的使用寿命，调节它的韧性，不能满足企业的需求。
因此，为解决上述问题，特提供一种新的技术方案。
