Abstract

本发明介绍了一种输电线路山火快速灭火剂,该灭火剂由下述组分(重量比)混合而成:氯化钠5~15份,碳酸铵8~20份,尿素4~12份,磷酸氢二钾4~15份,乙二醇0.5~5份,三聚磷酸钠1~6份,水50~70份。该灭火剂产品使用时,与水按1:20的比例稀释,所得溶液灌充到细水雾灭火器中,以细水雾状喷雾喷向火场进行灭火。与现有技术产品相比具有更强的扑灭山火的能力,而且不仅灭火能力强,灭火速度快、效率高,还可减轻灭火人员的负重,使灭火机动能力增强,十分适用于输电线路山火的快速扑灭,为输电线路的安全、稳定运行提供了保障。

输电线路山火快速灭火剂
技术领域
本发明属于消防器材技术领域,具体涉及一种输电线路山火快速灭火剂。
背景技术
近年来,输电线路附近山火频发,已严重威胁到输电线路特别是特高压输电线路的安全稳定运行。2012年清明期间,湖北、浙江、安徽等地区输电线路山火频发,引发多条500kV交流线路故障停运、±500kV江城直流因山火导致极I单极闭锁;2013年3月上旬,多个省份再次发生了较大范围山火,导致锦苏、复奉、龙政等多条直流线路发生闭锁或异常。对输电线路初发山火进行及时扑救,是避免火势扩大、防止输电线路跳闸的最有效手段。因而,研究适用于输电线路山火快速扑救的灭火剂,可提高山火扑救的效率和成功率,对保证人身安全具有重要意义。而目前常用的灭火剂主要包括泡沫灭火剂、二氧化碳灭火剂、干粉灭火剂。这些灭火剂皆基于覆盖式隔绝空气原理进行灭火,仅适用于室内常规灭火,而对于野外开阔地带山火,因燃烧面不平,喷洒覆盖效果非常差,经常导致灭火力度严重不足,甚至根本无法满足输电线路山火的灭火要求。因此,能够给输电线路山火实施快速灭火的灭火剂的需求十分迫切。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提出一种输电线路山火快速灭火剂,以期实现输电线路山火的快速扑灭,为灭火人员提供安全保障。
本发明的技术方案是,所提供的输电线路山火快速灭火剂,由下述组分(重量比)混合而成:
本发明的输电线路山火快速灭火剂产品使用时,将其与水依次按1:20的比例稀释,然后将稀释所得溶液灌充到细水雾灭火器中,以细水雾状喷雾喷向火场进行灭火。该输电线路山火快速灭火剂产品储存时,宜将该产品存放于密封、防光的容器中。
本发明的输电线路山火快速灭火剂的配伍中,由于有卤素元素能捕获自由基,能改变高聚物分解化学反应的模式,可产生含氯气体,起到物理隔绝灭火的作用,终止燃烧化学反应。由于有碳酸盐化合物在加热过程中释放二氧化碳,故可迅速阻隔火焰并吸收大量的热从而具有高效灭火的作用。而含氮化合物受热分解产生氨气,起到物理隔绝灭火的作用,并可吸收氧气和大量的热,使火势迅速减弱熄灭。含磷化合物可干扰碳的氧化反应和聚合物的气化过程,提高成炭率,阻止聚合物的分解,使含碳化合物的燃烧及时被抑制。三聚磷酸钠除作为具有灭火功能的含磷化合物外,还能对其它化合物起增溶的作用。乙二醇可增大化合物的溶解度并增强灭火溶液的抗冻性能,使其更能适应冰冻天气期间的灭火要求。根据以上原理,本发明的技术方案如上述利用含氯化合物氯化钠和含磷化合物磷酸氢二钾、三聚磷酸钠作为化学阻燃的主要成份;两种具有不同分解温度的含氮化合物—碳酸铵与尿素,通过分解产生氨气及二氧化碳,对处在不同燃烧阶段的火焰起到持续的物理隔绝灭火的作用。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术产品相比具有更强的扑灭山火的能力,而且不仅灭火能力强,灭火速度快、效率高,还可减轻灭火人员的负重,并使灭火机动能力增强,十分适用于输电线路山火的快速扑灭,为输电线路的安全、稳定运行进一步提供了保障。

上述实施例1~2所得本发明的输电线路山火快速灭火剂产品经检验合格,按上述技术方案介绍的使用比例将该灭火剂掺水稀释,然后将稀释所得溶液灌充到灭火器中喷向火场现场进行灭火试验,试验当日天气晴朗,过火燃烧时间4分钟,所获试验结果见下表:

灭火试验结果表明,本发明的输电线路山火快速灭火剂具有灭火时间短、灭火后不易复燃的特点,说明其灭火性能十分优越。
