本发明涉及一种加强型神经阻滞药物组合物,由以下体积分数的组分组成:0.75%罗哌卡因8份,特耐2份,0.9%生理盐水15份。本发明的优势是:配方中加入非甾体抗炎药(特耐),利用其抗炎作用减少神经水肿,并利用其镇痛作用加强神经阻滞效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及医用药物组合物,特别涉及一种加强型神经阻滞药物组合物。
背景技术
在神经干、丛、节的周围注射局麻药,阻滞其冲动传导,使所支配的区域产生麻醉作用,称神经阻滞。神经阻滞只需注射一处,即可获得较大的麻醉区域。但有引起严重并发症的可能,故操作时必须熟悉局部解剖,了解穿刺针所要经过的组织,以及附近的血管、脏器和体腔等。常用神经阻滞有助间、眶下、坐骨、指(趾)神经干阻滞,颈丛、臂神经丛阻滞,以及诊疗用的星状神经节和腰交感神经节阻滞等。
神经阻滞麻醉是临床麻醉尤其是基层医院最常用的麻醉方式,其药物配方大多使用单纯局麻药,如利多卡因,布比卡因,罗哌卡因等,临床使用最广泛的配方是0.75%罗哌卡因10ml,0.9%生理盐水15ml,高浓度局麻药有引起中毒反应风险。

针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种加强型神经阻滞药物组合物。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种加强型神经阻滞药物组合物,由以下体积分数的组分组成:
0.75%罗哌卡因8份,特耐2份,0.9%生理盐水15份。
本发明的优势是:配方中加入非甾体抗炎药(特耐),利用其抗炎作用减少神经水肿,并利用其镇痛作用加强神经阻滞效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种加强型神经阻滞药物组合物,由以下体积分数的组分组成:
0.75%罗哌卡因8ml,特耐2ml,0.9%生理盐水15ml。
实验例
中年男性45岁,体重75kg,既往体健,体格检查:bp139/80mmhg,P70次/分,SPO2100%,R18次/分,各项辅助检查均在正常范围之内。因左尺桡骨骨折,拟在臂丛神经阻滞麻醉下行左尺桡骨骨折切开复位内固定术。采用本发明实施例1制备的药物,行左臂丛神经阻滞,麻醉阻滞效果优,可以满足手术要求。
单纯使用罗哌卡因进行神经阻滞的病人术后肢体疼痛可以持续至术后7-10天,而加用特耐阻滞的病人术后肢体疼痛可以减少至3-5天。
