Abstract
本发明公开了一种教学演示用植物胚胎座及其制作方法,每一个教学演示用植物胚胎座包括以下组分:丝瓜络或玉米苞叶50-100g,路路通或苍耳子2-30个,制作方法,包括以下步骤:将原料消毒后将丝瓜络或玉米苞叶压平,裁制得到心皮,将路路通或苍耳子按照胚珠着生的位置插在或粘在心皮的边缘,并将边缘腹缝线缝接,制得教学演示用植物胎座。也可以在近中部有胚珠处一剪为二,观察胎座的横切面。被剪开的两部分合并后仍可演示、观察各类胎座的整体结构。本发明弥补了现有专利中无植物胎座的教具,并且本发明的制作材料为耐磨的生物材质,制作工艺简单,制作成本低廉,符合低碳、环保、健康理念,值得推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及教学模型技术领域,具体涉及一种教学演示用植物胚胎座及其制备方法。
背景技术
教学用具简称教具,是能使学生形象直观地理解教学内容所使用的各类器具及教师授课时所使用用具的总称,在帮助理解科学概念、提高学生学习兴趣、丰富感性认识,提升观察能力和思维能力等方面具有独到之处。
植物形态解剖学是植物学教学的重难点之一,其中的“胎座”内容又是重点中的难点。心皮是雌蕊构成单位,是具有生殖作用的变态叶,胚珠就着生在心皮的腹缝线上,子房中胚珠着生的部位称胎座。心皮会因连结情况的不同而出现各种类型的胎座,如边缘胎座、侧膜胎座、特里中央胎座等。这些抽象、复杂的教学内容仅靠老师口授学生很难轻松理解与记忆,而结合胎座教具来直观展现胎座整体外观和内部构造,可使这部分枯燥、复杂的专业知识变得易学、易记、充满乐趣,最终实现良好的教学效果。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种教学演示用植物胚胎座,由生物材质制作,既方便教师授课、学生理解,又在教具完成使命废弃时不会对环境造成污染伤害。
本发明还提供了一种教学演示用植物胚胎座的制作方法。
本发明提供的一种教学演示用植物胚胎座,每一个教学演示用植物胚胎座包括以下组分:
丝瓜络或玉米苞叶50-100g;
路路通或苍耳子2-30个。
其中2-30个路路通或苍耳子的总重量为2-60g。
所述丝瓜络为葫芦科植物丝瓜干燥成熟果实的维管束;所述玉米苞叶为禾本科植物玉蜀黍的苞叶;所述路路通为金缕梅科植物枫香树的干燥成熟果实;所述苍耳子为菊科植物苍耳的干燥成熟果实。
本发明提供的一种教学演示用植物胚胎座的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将丝瓜络或玉米苞叶、路路通或苍耳子用0.1-350ml质量浓度为5%的84消毒液消毒;
(2)、将消毒后的丝瓜络或玉米苞叶压平;
(3)、将压平后的丝瓜络或玉米苞叶裁制得到心皮;
(4)、将消毒后的路路通或苍耳子按照胚珠着生的位置插在或粘在心皮的边缘,并将边缘腹缝线缝接,制得教学演示用植物胎座。
根据需要可以将制得的教学演示用植物胚胎座在近中部有胚珠处一剪为二,观察胎座的横切面。被剪开的两部分合并后仍可演示、观察各类胎座的整体结构。
本发明弥补了现有专利中无植物胎座的教具,并且本发明的制作材料为耐磨的生物材质,制作工艺简单,制作成本低廉,符合低碳、环保、健康理念,值得推广。

具体实施方式
实施例1
1、将100克丝瓜络、10个路路通用5毫升5%的84消毒液消毒;
2、将消毒后的丝瓜络或玉米苞叶压平;
3、将压平后的丝瓜络裁制得到心皮1片;
4、将消毒后的路路通按照胚珠着生的位置插在心皮的边缘如附图1A所示,将边缘腹缝线缝接如附图1B、1C所示,制得教学演示用植物胚胎座。
为进一步观察横切面构造,将制作好的边缘胎座用剪刀在近中部有胚珠处一剪为二观察边缘胎座的横切面观,如附图2。被剪开的两部分合并后仍可演示边缘胎座的整体结构。
实施例2
除将实施例1中的丝瓜络替换成玉米苞叶之外,其余步骤同实施例1,完成边缘胎座的制备。
实施例3
除将实施例1中的苍耳子替换路路通之外,其余步骤同实施例1,完成边缘胎座的制备。
实施例4
除将实施例2中的路路通替换成苍耳子之外,其余步骤同实施例2,完成边缘胎座的制备。
实施例5
除步骤3中裁制得到3片心皮、步骤5中将3片心皮的边缘腹缝线缝接,其余同实施例1,完成侧膜胎座的制备。得到的胎座横切面如图4所示。
实施例6
除步骤3中裁制得到3片心皮、步骤5中将3片心皮的边缘腹缝线缝接,其余同实施例2,完成侧膜胎座的制备。
实施例7
除步骤3中裁制得到3片心皮、步骤5中将3片心皮的边缘腹缝线缝接,其余同实施例3,完成侧膜胎座的制备。
实施例8
除步骤3中裁制得到3片心皮、步骤5中将3片心皮的边缘腹缝线缝接,其余同实施例4,完成侧膜胎座的制备。
实施例9
步骤1中用270毫升5%的84消毒液消毒,其他同实施例1。

1.一种教学演示用植物胚胎座,其特征在于,每一个教学演示用植物胚胎座包括以下组分:
丝瓜络或玉米苞叶50-100g;
路路通或苍耳子2-30个;
所述的教学演示用植物胚胎座的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将丝瓜络或玉米苞叶、路路通或苍耳子用0.1-350ml质量浓度为5%的84消毒液消毒;
(2)、将消毒后的丝瓜络或玉米苞叶压平;
(3)、将压平后的丝瓜络或玉米苞叶裁制得到心皮;
(4)、将消毒后的路路通或苍耳子按照胚珠着生的位置插在或粘在心皮的边缘,并将边缘腹缝线缝接,制得教学演示用植物胚胎座;
步骤(4)制得的胚胎座在有胚珠处一剪为二,观察胎座的横切面。
