本发明公开了一种水龙头节水调节阀，属水龙头技术领域。包括能与水龙头出水口连接的静止套筒和转动套筒；所述静止套筒包括直径依次递减的上筒、中筒和下筒且依次密封连接，在下筒外周壁上设有第一密封圈，在下筒的底部设有内底盘，在第一密封圈和内底盘之间的下筒周壁上设有排水孔；所述转动套筒的底部设有外底盘，在外底盘上端面设有立筒，在转动套筒与立筒之间的外底盘上设有边缘排水孔，在立筒以内的外底盘上设有喷雾孔；所述转动套筒的上部通过螺纹与静止套筒连接并使第一密封圈与立筒内壁配合密封，在中筒和转动套筒之间设有第二密封圈。该调节阀可使水龙头喷出水雾，将用水量控制在最少，其结构简单，节水效果显著，适合普及推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及水龙头技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中的水龙头，大多有一个阀芯和阀体，阀芯位于阀体内，开关手柄下端与阀芯连接，阀体下端连接出水孔。用水时拧开阀芯，出水量通过左右旋转阀芯进行调整。此时的最小出水量可以调整为间断流出的水滴，虽然流量小了，但是这种水滴洗手很不方便，阀芯稍稍开启大一点，流水量就会增加，此时有70%的水是白白流走的，尤其是在洗簌时，水资源浪费严重。如果为了节水对流量进行二次调节，在水龙头阀体内安装二次调节阀芯，不仅结构复杂成本高，而且操作不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种水龙头的节水调节阀，可对水龙头的出水量进行二次调节，使出水量在水柱和喷雾之间转换，具有结构简单，安装方便，节水效果显著的特点。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明所采取的技术方案是：一种水龙头节水调节阀，包括能与水龙头出水口连接的静止套筒和转动套筒；所述静止套筒包括直径依次递减的上筒、中筒和下筒且依次密封连接，在下筒外周壁上设有第一密封圈，在下筒的底部设有内底盘，在第一密封圈和内底盘之间的下筒周壁上设有排水孔；所述转动套筒的底部设有外底盘，在外底盘上端面设有立筒，在转动套筒与立筒之间的外底盘上设有边缘排水孔，在立筒以内的外底盘上设有喷雾孔；所述转动套筒的上部通过螺纹与静止套筒连接并使第一密封圈与立筒内壁配合密封，在中筒和转动套筒之间设有第二密封圈。
对本发明所做的进一步改进是：在所述内底盘的下面连接护圈，所述护圈的壁上设有对称的泄流槽。所述边缘排水孔在外底盘的边缘均布。所述排水孔对称分布。所述喷雾孔位于外底盘的中心。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于：该调节阀与水龙头的出水孔连接，在开启水龙头之后，可使出水量在水柱和喷雾之间转换，尤其方便洗簌，将用水量控制在最少，转动外套筒可以使流量加大用于洗衣、刷牙等。该调节阀结构简单，节水效果显著，方便实用成本低，适合普及推广。

一种水龙头节水调节阀，包括能与水龙头出水口连接的静止套筒2和转动套筒5；所述静止套筒2包括直径依次递减的上筒3、中筒4和下筒6且依次密封连接，在下筒6外周壁上设有第一密封圈14，在下筒6的底部设有内底盘11，在第一密封圈14和内底盘11之间的下筒6周壁上设有排水孔9；所述转动套筒5的底部设有外底盘12，在外底盘12上端面设有立筒7，在转动套筒5与立筒7之间的外底盘12上设有边缘排水孔8，在立筒7以内的外底盘12上设有喷雾孔10；所述转动套筒5的上部通过螺纹与静止套筒2连接并使第一密封圈14与立筒7内壁配合密封，在中筒4和转动套筒5之间设有第二密封圈1。在所述内底盘11的下面连接护圈13，所述护圈13的壁上设有对称的泄流槽15。所述边缘排水孔8在外底盘12的边缘均布。所述排水孔9对称分布。所述喷雾孔10位于外底盘12的中心。
使用方法：一，将该调节阀的静止套筒2上部与水龙头出水口密封连接，开启水龙头，拧动转动套筒5使其朝上运动，内底盘11和外底盘12靠紧，从水龙头出来的水经排水孔9、泄流槽15和喷雾孔10出来形成喷雾，将手喷湿打肥皂。二，反向拧动转动套筒5使其朝下运动，内底盘11与外底盘12拉开距离，第一密封圈14从立筒7上口脱离，水龙头出来的水经排水孔9、喷雾孔10和边缘排水孔8出来，形成较大流量的水柱，将手冲洗干净。

1.一种水龙头节水调节阀，其特征在于：包括能与水龙头出水口连接的静止套筒（2）和转动套筒（5）；所述静止套筒（2）包括直径依次递减的上筒（3）、中筒（4）和下筒（6）且依次密封连接，在下筒（6）外周壁上设有第一密封圈（14），在下筒（6）的底部设有内底盘（11），在第一密封圈（14）和内底盘（11）之间的下筒（6）周壁上设有排水孔（9）；所述转动套筒（5）的底部设有外底盘（12），在外底盘（12）上端面设有立筒（7），在转动套筒（5）与立筒（7）之间的外底盘（12）上设有边缘排水孔（8），在立筒（7）以内的外底盘（12）上设有喷雾孔（10）；所述转动套筒（5）的上部通过螺纹与静止套筒（2）连接并使第一密封圈（14）与立筒（7）内壁配合密封，在中筒（4）和转动套筒（5）之间设有第二密封圈（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水龙头节水调节阀，其特征在于：在所述内底盘（11）的下面连接护圈（13），所述护圈（13）的壁上设有对称的泄流槽(15)。
