鱼腥草，味辛，性寒凉，能清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、健胃消食。
杨梅干，味平，生津止渴，润肺清心。
丝瓜络，能通人脉络脏腑，而去风解毒，消肿化痰，祛痛杀虫，治诸血病。
黄花蒿，解热健胃，驱风止痒。
炮甲珠，消肿溃痈，搜风活络，通经下乳。
杜仲，性温，味甘，具有补肝肾、壮腰膝、强筋骨的功效。
枸杞，养肝，滋肾，润肺。枸杞叶：补虚益精，清热明目。
当归，补血；活血；调经止痛；润燥滑肠。
党参，性平，味甘，具有补中益气、健脾益肺、抗癌、降压、抗缺氧、抗衰老之功效。
红枣，性温，味甘，具有益气补血、健脾和胃、祛风的功效。
五味子，敛肺，滋肾，生津，收汗，涩精。治肺虚喘咳，口干作渴，自汗，盗汗，劳伤羸瘦，梦遗滑精，久泻久痢。

一种养生保健酒，由以下原料制成：鱼腥草3份、杨梅干2份、丝瓜络4份、黄花蒿4份、炮甲珠2份、杜仲5份、枸杞3份、当归1份、党参2份、红枣3份、五味子5份，将上述原料洗净后，将20g上述原料加入1000ml白酒，密封浸泡20天。白酒为35°-45°的白酒。

受试亚健康人群，共300人，其中男性200人，女性100人，20-30周岁120人，30-40周岁150人，40-50周岁30人，均匀分成3组，每组100人，每组早晚各服用实施例一、实施例二、实施例三的本养生保健酒20ml，饮用1个月，亚健康症状消失为显效，亚健康症状减轻为有效，亚健康症状无明显变化为无效。
第一组：显效6人，显效率6％，有效57人，有效率为57％，无效37人，无效率37％。
第二组：显效8人，显效率8％，有效53人，有效率为53％，无效39人，无效率39％。
第二组：显效7人，显效率7％，有效63人，有效率为63％，无效30人，无效率30％。

1.一种养生保健酒，由以下原料制成：鱼腥草1-3份、杨梅干1-4份、丝瓜络3-5份、黄花蒿2-4份、炮甲珠2-4份、杜仲2-5份、枸杞1-5份、当归1-4份、党参1-3份、红枣1-3份、五味子3-5份，将上述原料洗净后，将20g上述原料加入1000ml白酒，密封浸泡20天，所述白酒为35°-45°的白酒。
