技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于分接开关的马达驱动系统。这样的马达驱动系统已经由申请人的公司出版物“Motorantriebtechnische Daten TD292/01”公开。
背景技术
这样的马达驱动系统用于将分接开关调节到各个希望的工作位置;在所述马达驱动系统中结合了对于该驱动系统需要的所有机械的和电气的组件。这样的马达驱动系统的重要机械组件是负载传输机构和控制传输机构。所述负载传输机构直接操纵分接开关,其为此具有相应确定尺寸的电动马达作为驱动马达。控制传输机构包含凸轮控制装置,该凸轮控制装置本身具有用于操纵最不同的凸轮开关的切换凸轮,这些切换凸轮又是电气组件的组成部分。
所述马达驱动系统的电动马达在通常情况中是三相异步电动马达;对于不同的使用情况也已知直流(DC)马达,所述DC马达可以在不同的功率级中使用。这样的已知的DC马达具有电枢绕组,此外具有串联绕组和分路绕组。在具有这样的DC马达的分接开关中,通常在马达电路中存在制动装置,所述制动装置确保目标精确地制动马达并且阻止所述马达运行超过目标位置。一种已知的这样的制动装置包括具有电动晶闸管的晶闸管制动器,所述晶闸管被这样电连接,使得在制动阶段中在DC马达的分路绕组中还保存的场相反于存在的场接通。此外,一种已知的晶闸管制动器装备有附加的继电器,该继电器在制动阶段期间被激励。为了开始制动阶段,通过特别的触点对所述晶闸管进行点弧。所述晶闸管制动器原则上只对DC马达的分路绕组作用。

发明内容
因而本发明的任务是,提供一种包括DC马达和进一步开发的制动装置的马达驱动系统,该马达驱动系统允许在大温度范围中的高可靠性。
该任务通过具有权利要求的特征的马达驱动系统解决。
本发明的特别优点在于,通过新型的二极管布置结构代替制动装置的按照现有技术已知的晶闸管。在此所述二极管这样连接到马达电路中,使得制动阶段随着马达保护触点的打开而开始,并且按照本发明的制动装置不仅对串联绕组而且同样对分路绕组作用。在此特别有利地,通过特别的制动保护触点改变对串联绕组作用的相应二极管的方向。

具体实施方式
首先应该解释在运行方向MR-的情况中的电路状态,如图1所示。电压路径在此加粗地从+号向-号示出。沿该运行方向通过闭合制动保护器K3的触点进行用于第一二极管V1的方向选择的脉冲发送;K3被激励。此外马达保护器K1被激励,电枢绕组AW和串联绕组RW被串联连接。分路绕组NW被接通。
图2示出沿该运行方向的制动阶段。第一二极管V1的方向选择通过(激励的)制动保护器K3的闭合触点而保持,马达保护器K1去激励。电枢绕组AW、串联绕组RW和分路绕组NW的布置结构保持不变。电压路径再次加粗示出。
图3示出在运行方向相反的情况下的电路。在脉冲发送时,通过断开制动保护器K3的触点进行二极管V1的方向选择;K3去激励。马达保护器K2被激励,电枢绕组AW与串联绕组RW相反连接,分路绕组NW不变地接通。形成该加粗的电压路径。
图4最后示出在图3中解释的运行方向MR+的制动阶段的电路。二极管V1的方向选择通过(去激励的)制动保护器K3的断开触点而保持。马达保护器K2去激励,电枢绕组AW、串联绕组RW和分路绕组NW的布置结构保持不变。在此产生所示出的电压路径,再次从+向-示出。
总之,按照本发明的制动装置实现如下功能性:在制动阶段中,即在断开马达保护触点K1/K2之后,串联绕组RW的还保存的场通过二极管D1与触点K3按照旋转方向与电枢绕组AW串联地或与电枢绕组AW相反地连接。另一个二极管A2与分路绕组NW并联连接,以便在制动阶段中限定地减小分路绕组NW的还存在的场。本发明能够借此通过不仅对串联绕组RW的场的而且对分路绕组NW的场的有效影响来实现AC马达的有效制动。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于分接开关的马达驱动系统,该马达驱动系统包括负载传输机构和控制传输机构,
所述负载传输机构具有作为驱动马达的电动马达,
所述驱动马达是一方面包括电枢绕组以及另一方面包括串联绕组和分路绕组的直流马达(DC马达),并且
设有用于所述驱动马达的电气制动装置,该制动装置在制动阶段中在达到限定的新的工作位置之前电气地对所述驱动马达作用,
其特征在于,
所述制动装置构成为二极管制动器并且具有两个二极管(D1、D2),
在制动阶段中,通过第一二极管(D1),串联绕组(RW)的还保存的场按照旋转方向与电枢绕组(AW)串联地或与电枢绕组(AW)相反地连接,并且
第二二极管(D2)永久地与分路绕组(NW)连接。
