Abstract
The invention discloses a magnetic ring fixing device and an air conditioner outdoor unit with the same, wherein the magnetic ring fixing device comprises: the supporting device is provided with a first supporting arm and a second supporting arm, and a limiting part for limiting the magnetic ring and an accommodating part for accommodating the magnetic ring are formed between the first supporting arm and the second supporting arm; the mounting seat is fixedly connected with the supporting device, and the accommodating part is positioned between the limiting part and the mounting seat; the limiting part has elasticity so as to provide elastic deformation for clamping the magnetic ring into the accommodating part and fixing the magnetic ring. The magnetic ring fixing device and the air conditioner outdoor unit with the magnetic ring fixing device are simple and reasonable in structural design, the limiting part and the accommodating part are formed by the two supporting arms, a magnetic ring can be reliably fixed, and the limiting part is elastic, so that the magnetic ring fixing device can be compatible with magnetic rings with different sizes and different volumes, and is rapid and convenient to assemble.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to parts of electrical equipment, in particular to a magnetic ring fixing device and an air conditioner outdoor unit with the same.
Background
In the controller component of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, due to the change of a power supply signal, a circuit has a lot of harmonic waves and interference signals, so that the power grid is harmed externally, the normal operation of the circuit is influenced, the air conditioner is difficult to work normally, and at present, more and more controllers are difficult to effectively pass EMC tests. To this problem, adopt the power cord to walk around the magnetic ring more, can filter interfering signal like this, improve signal reliability on the one hand, on the other hand reduces the EMI in the circuit, satisfies EMC test.
The magnetic ring in the existing circuit is large in size, and a plurality of lines need to be wound in order to reduce the EMC in the circuit, so that the overall size of the magnetic ring is further increased. In addition, in order to be compatible with different devices and different circuits, magnetic rings with different sizes need to be used, which puts higher requirements on the reliable fixation of the magnetic rings. At present, in order to be compatible with magnetic rings with different sizes and different volumes, the magnetic rings are mainly fixed through wire ties, namely the magnetic rings are directly fixed on other stable structural members through the wire ties. The magnetic ring fixing mode has the following defects: one end of the magnetic ring is fixed and is easy to shake; the magnetic ring is tied up and cut when the assembly line is fixed, and the two actions are relatively complex.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the current situation of the prior art, the invention provides a magnetic ring fixing device which is compatible with magnetic rings with different sizes and different volumes, can reliably fix the magnetic rings, and is quick and convenient to assemble.
The invention provides a magnetic ring fixing device, comprising:
the supporting device is provided with a first supporting arm and a second supporting arm, and a limiting part for limiting the magnetic ring and an accommodating part for accommodating the magnetic ring are formed between the first supporting arm and the second supporting arm;
the mounting seat is fixedly connected with the supporting device, and the accommodating part is positioned between the limiting part and the mounting seat;
the limiting part has elasticity so as to provide elastic deformation for clamping the magnetic ring into the accommodating part and fixing the magnetic ring.
In one embodiment, the magnetic ring fixing device further comprises a guiding portion located at the front end of the limiting portion and used for guiding the magnetic ring to be inserted into the accommodating portion.
In one embodiment, the first support arm is composed of an arc-shaped section and a straight line section, one end of the straight line section is connected with one end of the arc-shaped section, and the other end of the straight line section is connected with the mounting seat;
the upper part of the arc-shaped section of the first support arm and the part of the second support arm opposite to the first support arm form the guide part; the middle part of the arc-shaped section of the first support arm and the part of the second support arm opposite to the middle part form the limiting part; the lower part and the straight line section of the arc-shaped section of the first support arm, the part of the second support arm opposite to the second support arm and the space between the installation seats form the accommodating part.
In one embodiment, the second support arm and the first support arm have the same structure, and the second support arm and the first support arm are mounted on the mounting seat in mirror symmetry.
In one embodiment, the width of the guide part is larger than the thickness of the magnetic ring.
In one embodiment, the vertical distance H between the limiting part and the mounting seat meets the condition that H is more than or equal to D-D, wherein D is the outer diameter of the magnetic ring, and D is the inner diameter of the magnetic ring.
In one embodiment, the mounting seat further comprises a positioning portion, and the positioning portion can be inserted into the positioning groove of the other component along the insertion direction and is used for positioning the magnetic ring fixing device.
In one embodiment, a buckle for connecting with other components is arranged on the end face of the positioning part, and the buckle comprises an elastic arm along the insertion direction of the positioning part and an upward protruding hook part arranged on the elastic arm.

The magnetic ring fixing device and the air conditioner outdoor unit with the same have simple and reasonable structural design, the limiting part and the accommodating part are formed by the two supporting arms, so that a magnetic ring can be reliably fixed, and the limiting part has elasticity, so that the magnetic ring fixing device can be compatible with magnetic rings with different sizes and volumes, and is quick and convenient to assemble.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical scheme of the invention more clear, the invention is further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be noted that the features in the following embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a magnetic ring fixing device is provided, as shown in fig. 1, a magnetic ring fixing device 1 includes a supporting device 10 and a mounting base 20, and the mounting base 20 is fixedly connected to the supporting device 10. The support device 10 is provided with a first support arm 11 and a second support arm 12, and a limit part 13 for limiting the magnetic ring 2 and an accommodating part 14 for accommodating the magnetic ring 2 are formed between the first support arm 11 and the second support arm 12. The accommodating portion 14 is located between the limiting portion 13 and the mounting seat 20. The position-limiting portion 13 has elasticity, so as to provide elastic deformation for the magnetic ring 2 to be inserted into the accommodating portion 14 and fix the magnetic ring 2.
As shown in fig. 2-3, the initial width of the stopper 13 is B1, and the thickness of the magnet ring 2 is B. The magnetic ring fixing device 1 can well limit and fix the magnetic ring 2 with the thickness B less than or equal to B1. Under the action of external force, the magnet of the magnetic ring 2 is clamped into the accommodating part 14 through the limiting part 13, so that the limiting part 13 limits the magnetic ring 2 and plays a role in fixing the magnetic ring. Specifically, in the process of clamping the magnetic ring 2, because the limiting part 13 has elasticity, the limiting part 13 is extruded by the magnetic ring 2 under the action of external force, and the limiting part 13 is elastically deformed under the action of stress to increase the width of the limiting part so that the magnetic ring 2 can pass through and be clamped into the accommodating part 14. When the magnet of the magnetic ring 2 is clamped into the accommodating part 14 through the limiting part 13, the pin withdrawing external force is removed, the force acting on the limiting part 13 disappears, at the moment, the elastic deformation of the limiting part 13 is recovered, the width of the limiting part is recovered to the initial width B1, and the B1 is smaller than or equal to the thickness B of the magnetic ring, so that the limiting part 13 can limit the magnetic ring 2, on one hand, the limiting part 13 can prevent the magnetic ring 2 from further moving towards the accommodating part 14, and on the other hand, the magnet of the magnetic ring 2 can be clamped into the limiting part 13 under the self gravity of the magnetic ring 2 to fix the magnetic ring. Therefore, the magnetic ring fixing device 1 of the present invention can fix the magnetic ring with the thickness greater than or equal to B1, that is, the magnetic ring with the thickness B greater than or equal to the initial width B1 of the limiting portion 13 can be fixed by the magnetic ring fixing device 1, and there is no need to design different fixing devices for the magnetic rings with different thicknesses, so that the versatility of the magnetic ring fixing device 1 is improved.
In order to facilitate the insertion of the magnet ring 2 into the receptacle 14, the magnet ring holder 1 further comprises a guide 15. The guide portion 15 is located at a front end of the stopper portion 13, and guides the insertion of the magnetic ring 2 into the accommodating portion 14.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first support arm 11 is composed of an arc segment 101 and a straight segment 102, wherein one end of the straight segment 102 is connected to the arc segment 101, and the other end thereof is connected to the mounting seat 20. The upper part of the arc-shaped section 101 of the first support arm 11 and the part of the second support arm 12 opposite thereto form a guide part 15, and the middle part of the arc-shaped section 101 of the first support arm 11 and the part of the second support arm 12 opposite thereto form a limit part. The space between the lower portion of the arc-shaped section 101 of the first support arm 11 and the straight section 102 thereof, the portion of the second support arm 12 opposite thereto, and the mount 20 forms the accommodating portion 14.
Further, the second support arm 12 and the first support arm 11 have the same structure, and the second support arm 12 and the first support arm 11 are installed on the installation base 20 in mirror symmetry, and the arc-shaped sections of the two support arms form a "hyperbolic" structure. The narrowest part of the hyperbolic structure is set as the limiting part 13, so that the magnetic ring with the thickness less than or equal to the initial width B1 of the limiting part 13 can be well limited and fixed, and the fixing reliability of the magnetic ring is ensured.
The portions of the first support arm 11 and the second support arm 12 forming the position-limiting portion 13 are made of an elastic material, so that the position-limiting portion 13 has elasticity to provide elastic deformation from which the magnetic ring 2 is snapped into the accommodating portion 14 and fixed to the magnetic ring 2. Preferably, the first support arm 11 and the second support arm 12 are made of elastic materials by integral molding respectively, so that the whole support arm has elasticity, and the support arm has the advantages of simple structure and easiness in implementation.
Preferably, the width B2 of the guide portion 15 satisfies B2 > B, which facilitates guiding the magnetic ring 2 to align with the stopper portion 13, so as to facilitate insertion of the magnetic ring 2 into the accommodating portion 14.
In order to make the magnetic ring fixing device 1 compatible with magnetic rings with different outer diameters, a vertical distance H between the limiting part 13 and the mounting seat 14 is set to satisfy H is larger than or equal to D-D, wherein D is the outer diameter of the magnetic ring, and D is the inner diameter of the magnetic ring, so that the accommodating part 14 can accommodate magnetic rings with different outer diameters.
In order to fix the magnetic ring fixing device 1 to other components, the mounting base 20 further includes a positioning portion 22, and the positioning portion 22 can be inserted into the positioning groove 41 of other components for positioning and fixing the magnetic ring fixing device 1.
Preferably, a buckle 21 for connecting with other components is disposed on an end surface of the positioning portion 22, and as shown in fig. 4, the buckle 21 includes an elastic arm 21a disposed on the positioning portion 22 and extending along an insertion direction of the positioning portion 22, and an upwardly protruding hook 21b disposed on the elastic arm 21 a. Thus, when the positioning portion 22 is inserted into the positioning slot 41, the hook portion 21b is engaged with the slot in the positioning slot 41, so that the positioning portion 22 is fixed in the positioning slot 41. The magnetic ring fixing device adopts a buckle fixing mode, and compared with a screw fixing mode, the magnetic ring fixing device achieves the purposes of convenience and quickness in operation on the premise of meeting the reliability.
In order to smoothly insert the positioning portion 22 into the positioning groove 41, a guide groove 23 extending along the insertion direction of the positioning portion 22 is provided on the end surface of the positioning portion 22, and the buckle 21 is provided at the bottom of the guide groove 23.
Preferably, an upward protruding rib 24 extending along the insertion direction of the positioning portion 22 is disposed on the end surface of the positioning portion 22, and the rib 24 can avoid the shaking caused by the excessively large gap between the positioning portion 22 and the positioning groove 41. Further, the front end of the rib 24 in the insertion direction of the positioning portion 22 is wedge-shaped, so that the positioning portion 22 can be inserted conveniently.
In another embodiment of the invention, the mounting is part of the other component, i.e. the support device 10 is mounted directly on the other component. As shown in fig. 5, the support device 10 is directly fixed to the component 30, and the magnetic ring 2 is fixed by the support device 10. The support device 10 and the member 30 may be fixed by welding, or the support device 10 and the member 30 may be integrally formed. The arrangement has the advantages of simple structure and easy realization.
Therefore, the magnetic ring fixing device can be compatible with magnetic rings with different sizes, different magnetic ring fixing devices do not need to be designed for the magnetic rings with different sizes, the problem that the magnetic rings fixed by wire binding are easy to shake can be avoided, the magnetic rings with different thicknesses and different outer diameters can be reliably fixed by the same magnetic ring fixing device, and the magnetic ring fixing device is quick and convenient to assemble.
In another embodiment of the present invention, an outdoor unit for an air conditioner includes a casing and an electrical box 40 disposed in the casing. As shown in fig. 6 to 7, the electrical box 40 is provided with a positioning groove 41, a guide protrusion 42 and a slot (not shown).
During assembly, firstly, the magnetic ring 2 is arranged in the magnetic ring fixing device 1 to form a magnetic ring assembly, and then the magnetic ring assembly is assembled in the electrical box 40, and the specific process is as follows: the positioning part 22 of the magnetic ring fixing device 1 is inserted into the positioning groove 41 of the electrical appliance box 40 in alignment, in the inserting process, the guide protrusion 42 is matched with the guide groove 23 to play a guiding role, and after the positioning part 22 is inserted into the positioning groove 41, the hook part 21b of the buckle 21 is clamped into the clamping groove, so that the positioning part 22 is firmly fixed in the positioning groove 41; at this time, the rib 24 contacts with the groove wall of the positioning groove 41, and the positioning portion 22 is prevented from wobbling in the positioning groove 41. If the magnetic ring assembly needs to be disassembled, a certain acting force is applied to the buckle 21 of the magnetic ring fixing device 1, and then the whole magnetic ring assembly can be disassembled.

the supporting device is provided with a first supporting arm and a second supporting arm, and a limiting part for axially limiting the magnetic ring and fixing the magnetic ring and an accommodating part for accommodating the magnetic ring are formed between the first supporting arm and the second supporting arm;
the mounting seat is fixedly connected with the supporting device, and the accommodating part is positioned between the limiting part and the mounting seat;
the limiting part has elasticity so as to provide elastic deformation for clamping the magnetic ring into the accommodating part and fixing the magnetic ring;
the magnetic ring fixing device also comprises a guiding part which is positioned at the front end of the limiting part and used for guiding the magnetic ring to be inserted into the accommodating part;
the first support arm consists of an arc-shaped section and a straight line section, one end of the straight line section is connected with one end of the arc-shaped section, and the other end of the straight line section is connected with the mounting seat;
the upper part of the arc-shaped section of the first support arm and the part of the second support arm opposite to the first support arm form the guide part; the middle part of the arc-shaped section of the first support arm and the part of the second support arm opposite to the middle part form the limiting part; the lower part of the arc-shaped section of the first support arm, the straight section, the part opposite to the second support arm and the space between the installation seats form the accommodating part;
the second support arm and the first support arm are identical in structure, and the second support arm and the first support arm are arranged on the mounting seat in a mirror symmetry mode.
2. The magnetic ring fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the width of the guiding portion is greater than the thickness of the magnetic ring.
3. The magnetic ring fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a vertical distance H between the position-limiting portion and the mounting seat satisfies H ≧ D-D, where D is an outer diameter of the magnetic ring and D is an inner diameter of the magnetic ring.
4. A magnetic ring fixture device as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, wherein said mounting base further comprises a positioning portion insertable into a positioning slot of another component in an insertion direction for positioning the magnetic ring fixture device.
5. The magnetic ring fixing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a snap is provided on an end surface of the positioning portion for connection with other components, the snap including an elastic arm along an insertion direction of the positioning portion and an upwardly protruding hook provided on the elastic arm.
6. The magnetic ring fixing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a guide groove extending along an insertion direction of the positioning portion is formed on an end surface of the positioning portion, and the clip is disposed at a bottom of the guide groove.
7. The magnetic ring fixing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the end surface of the positioning portion is provided with a rib extending in the insertion direction of the positioning portion and protruding upward.
8. The magnetic ring fixing device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the front end of the rib in the insertion direction of the positioning portion is wedge-shaped.
9. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising a casing and an electrical box arranged in the casing, wherein the magnetic ring fixing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 is arranged in the electrical box.
