Abstract

LED导光板,主要由板材组成,板材表面具有若干导光点,板材的侧面开有用来放置LED灯条的凹槽。本发明的LED导光板通过在导光板侧面开槽使LED灯条更多光束进入导光板,由于进入导光板的光束增多,其导出的光也增多,从而使LED面板灯亮度增加,光效得到提升。

本发明涉及照明灯具技术领域,具体涉及一种LED导光板。 
背景技术
目前LED面板灯的光效为50-601m/W,与其他灯具相比光效较低,LED灯管光效一般在80-1001m/W,LED筒灯光效一般在80-901m/W,由于LED面板灯光效较低,造成整灯亮度较低,从而造成照射面积减小。 
图1为现有LED导光板,将LED灯条放在导光板的两个侧面或四个侧面,使光束进入导光板内,导光板的材质为光学级的亚克力/PC板材,然后用具有极高反射率且不吸光的高科技材料,在光学级的亚克力板材底面用UV网版印刷技术印上导光点,利用光学级亚克力板材吸取从灯发出来的光在光学级亚克力板材表面的停留,当光线射到各个导光点时,反射光会往各个角度扩散,然后破坏反射条件由导光板正面射出,通过各种疏密、大小不一的导光点,可使导光板均匀发光。由于将LED灯条放在导光板的两个侧面或四个侧面,现有技术是LED灯条宽度大于导光板厚度,一部分光不会进入到光板内,造成一些光的损失,从而导致光效较低。 
发明内容
本发明提供了一种LED导光板,以解决现有技术存在的光效低的问题。 
本发明的LED导光板主要由板材组成,板材表面具有若干导光点,解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是板材的侧面开有用来放置LED灯条的凹槽。 
与现有技术相比,本发明的LED导光板通过在导光板侧面开槽使LED灯条更多光束进入导光板,由于进入导光板的光束增多,其导出的光也增多,从而使LED面板灯亮度增加,光效得到提升。

具体实施方式
例1 
如图2所示,一种LED导光板,主要由板材组成,板材表面具有若干导光点,板材左右两个侧面开有用来放置LED灯条的凹槽1,使用时将LED灯条放入凹槽1内,从而使LED灯条光束绝大部分进入导光板,从而使LED面板灯的出光效率得到提升。

如图3所示,一种LED导光板,主要由板材组成,板材表面具有若干导光点,板材的四个侧面都开有用来放置LED灯条的凹槽1,使用时将LED灯条放入凹槽1内,从而使LED灯条光束绝大部分进入导光板,从而使LED面板灯的出光效率得到提升。
