本发明公开了一种维修方便的平行滑动闸阀,包括:阀体和设置在阀体和阀盖,在所述阀体的上端设置有下弧形结构,在所述阀体内设置有通道,在所述通道的中部阀体内设置有阀座,在所述阀体内设置有与阀座相互配合的两块闸板,在两块闸板之间设置有若干弹簧槽,在所述弹簧槽内设置有与其相互配合的弹簧,所述阀杆的上端通过螺母设置在螺母固定座内,在所述阀杆上设置有阀杆限位机构,所述阀杆限位机构包括:在所述阀杆的两侧设置有阀杆固定架,所述阀杆固定架的上端与螺母固定座相连接,所述阀杆固定架的下端与限位块相连接,在所述限位块的下端阀杆的两侧设置有伸缩管,在所述伸缩管上设置有伸缩套,所述伸缩套的下端连接有支架,所述支架固定在阀杆上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,尤其涉及一种平行滑动闸阀。
背景技术
为了有效地切断管道内的流体,在管道上都会设置有阀门。现有的阀门在打开关闭过程中密封效果差,也没有很好的限位系统,容易导致阀体内发生故障的概率增大,使用寿命短,阀体与阀盖之间空间较小,内部维修不方便,不能很好地满足使用要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种维修方便的平行滑动闸阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:平行滑动闸阀,包括:阀体和设置在阀体和阀盖,在所述阀体的上端设置有下弧形结构,在所述阀盖的下端设置有上弧形结构所述下弧形结构和上弧形结构之间通过固定螺栓和固定螺母相连接,在所述阀体内设置有通道,在所述通道的中部阀体内设置有阀座,在所述阀体内设置有与阀座相互配合的两块闸板,在两块闸板之间设置有若干弹簧槽,在所述弹簧槽内设置有与其相互配合的弹簧,所述两块闸板与阀杆的一端相连接,阀杆的另一端伸出阀盖与手柄相连接,所述阀杆的上端通过螺母设置在螺母固定座内,在所述阀杆上设置有阀杆限位机构,所述阀杆限位机构包括:在所述阀杆的两侧设置有阀杆固定架,所述阀杆固定架的上端与螺母固定座相连接,所述阀杆固定架的下端与限位块相连接,所述限位块通过螺钉固定设置在阀盖上,在所述限位块的下端阀杆的两侧设置有伸缩管,在所述伸缩管上设置有伸缩套,所述伸缩套的下端连接有支架,所述支架固定在阀杆上。
本发明的优点是:上述平行滑动闸阀安装在管道上,操作过程中密封性能好,通过限位系统降低了故障率,使用寿命长,阀体与阀盖之间都设置有弧形结构,内部空间大,维修方便,可以很好地满足使用要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示,平行滑动闸阀,包括:阀体1和设置在阀体1和阀盖2,一在所述阀体1的上端设置有下弧形结构3,在所述阀盖2的下端设置有上弧形结构4所述下弧形结构3和上弧形结构4之间通过固定螺栓5和固定螺母6相连接,在所述阀体1内设置有通道7,在所述通道7的中部阀体1内设置有阀座8,在所述阀体1内设置有与阀座8相互配合的两块闸板9,在两块闸板9之间设置有若干弹簧槽10,在所述弹簧槽10内设置有与其相互配合的弹簧11,所述两块闸板9与阀杆12的一端相连接,阀杆12的另一端伸出阀盖2与手柄13相连接,所述阀杆12的上端通过螺母14设置在螺母固定座15内,在所述阀杆12上设置有阀杆限位机构,所述阀杆限位机构包括:在所述阀杆12的两侧设置有阀杆固定架16,所述阀杆固定架16的上端与螺母固定座15相连接,所述阀杆固定架16的下端与限位块17相连接,所述限位块17通过螺钉18固定设置在阀盖2上,在所述限位块17的下端阀杆12的两侧设置有伸缩管19,在所述伸缩管19上设置有伸缩套20,所述伸缩套20的下端连接有支架21,所述支架21固定在阀杆12上。
上述平行滑动闸阀安装在管道上,通过手柄13向上提升阀杆12,从而带动两块闸板9向上运动,阀杆12带动支架21向上运动,支架21推动伸缩套20在伸缩管19上滑动,当伸缩套20的上端与限位块17相抵,此时,通道7被完全打开,阀座8与闸板9不会发生脱离;当需要关闭阀门时,通过手柄13向下挤压阀杆12,从而带动两块闸板9向下运动直至通道7被阻断,两闸板9之间设置有弹簧槽10和弹簧11,此时,两闸板9在阀座8内受到来自弹簧的张力,两闸板9与阀座8之间的配合更加紧密,密封效果好,阀体1和阀盖2之间通过下弧形结构3和上弧形结构4连接,由于弧形结构内的空间较大,方便阀门的维修。

1.平行滑动闸阀,其特征在于:包括:阀体(1)和设置在阀体(1)和阀盖(2),在所述阀体(1)的上端设置有下弧形结构(3),在所述阀盖(2)的下端设置有上弧形结构(4)所述下弧形结构(3)和上弧形结构(4)之间通过固定螺栓(5)和固定螺母(6)相连接,在所述阀体(1)内设置有通道(7),在所述通道(7)的中部阀体(1)内设置有阀座(8),在所述阀体(1)内设置有与阀座(8)相互配合的两块闸板(9),在两块闸板(9)之间设置有若干弹簧槽(10),在所述弹簧槽(10)内设置有与其相互配合的弹簧(11),所述两块闸板(9)与阀杆(12)的一端相连接,阀杆(12)的另一端伸出阀盖(2)与手柄(13)相连接,所述阀杆(12)的上端通过螺母(14)设置在螺母固定座(15)内,在所述阀杆(12)上设置有阀杆限位机构,所述阀杆限位机构包括:在所述阀杆(12)的两侧设置有阀杆固定架(16),所述阀杆固定架(16)的上端与螺母固定座(15)相连接,所述阀杆固定架(16)的下端与限位块(17)相连接,所述限位块(17)通过螺钉(18)固定设置在阀盖(2)上,在所述限位块(17)的下端阀杆(12)的两侧设置有伸缩管(19),在所述伸缩管(19)上设置有伸缩套(20),所述伸缩套(20)的下端连接有支架(21),所述支架(21)固定在阀杆(12)上。
