本发明涉及一种输油气管道模拟泄漏阀门,该泄漏阀门包括设置有泄露孔的阀体,所述阀体内的一端设置有连接头,所述阀体内位于所述连接头和所述泄露孔之间的位置设置有阀座板,所述阀座板上设置有多个阀孔,所述阀体内滑动装配有阀塞盘,所述阀塞盘上朝向所述阀座板的一面设置有多个长度不相同的阀塞,且多个长度不相同的阀塞与所述多个阀孔的设置位置一一对应。本发明的有益效果是:可以连续、多范围、高精度调节流经泄漏阀门的流体流量,方便实现精度较高实验的要求,结构简单,便于制造。

技术领域
本发明涉及实验用具的技术领域,尤其涉及一种输油气管道模拟泄漏阀门。
背景技术
目前,在管道模拟泄漏试验中常用的阀门一般为普通针阀、球阀以及截止阀。在模拟泄漏实验中,利用针阀、球阀以及截止阀模拟管道中的泄漏点,并利用调节阀门的开度模拟不同泄漏量以及泄漏速率。但是,这些常用的阀门仅在泄漏流量达到一定量时才会起到较好的调控作用,不能提供较高的控制精度,以至于在做精度较高的试验中造成困难,难以控制,影响实验进程。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种输油气管道模拟泄漏阀门。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
本发明提供了一种输油气管道模拟泄漏阀门,该泄漏阀门包括设置有泄露孔的阀体,所述阀体内的一端设置有连接头,所述阀体内位于所述连接头和所述泄露孔之间的位置设置有阀座板,所述阀座板上设置有多个阀孔,所述阀体内滑动装配有阀塞盘,所述阀塞盘上朝向所述阀座板的一面设置有多个长度不相同的阀塞,且多个长度不相同的阀塞与所述多个阀孔的设置位置一一对应。
优选的,所述阀塞为针型阀塞。
优选的,还包括旋转手柄,所述旋转手柄通过与所述阀体螺旋连接的阀杆与推动转盘连接,所述推动转盘与所述阀塞盘转动连接。
优选的,所述推动转盘通过阀杆连接器与所述阀杆连接。
优选的,所述阀体上设置有阀杆密封连接体,所述阀杆与所述阀杆密封连接体螺旋连接。
本发明的有益效果是:可以连续、多范围、高精度调节流经泄漏阀门的流体流量,方便实现精度较高实验的要求,结构简单,便于制造。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

本发明实施例提供了一种输油气管道模拟泄漏阀门,该泄漏阀门包括设置有泄露孔6的阀体,阀体内的一端设置有连接头1,阀体内位于连接头1和泄露孔6之间的位置设置有阀座板2,阀座板2上设置有多个阀孔,阀体内滑动装配有阀塞盘5,阀塞盘5上朝向阀座板2的一面设置有多个长度不相同的阀塞4,且多个长度不相同的阀塞4与多个阀孔的设置位置一一对应。
在使用时,阀门的连接头1与管线相连,在初始状态时,阀塞盘5上的阀塞4均位于阀座板2阀孔内,此时无泄漏量。在试验时,使不同长度的阀塞4将逐级脱离阀孔,流体也将通过阀孔流入阀体,进入泄漏孔产生泄漏量。较佳的,阀塞4为针型阀塞。多个针型阀塞的长度均不相同,当阀塞4与阀座板2上的阀孔逐渐分离使,产生不同的泄漏量,通过调整阀塞4与阀孔分离的个数,可以连续、多范围、高精度调节流经泄漏阀门的流体流量,且采用上述结构,方便实现精度较高实验的要求,结构简单,便于制造。
在将阀塞4与阀孔分离时,可以采用不同的结构,较佳的,该泄漏阀门还包括旋转手柄11,旋转手柄11通过与阀体螺旋连接的阀杆9与推动转盘8连接,推动转盘8与阀塞盘5转动连接。此时,通过对旋转手柄11进行旋转,逐渐将阀杆9所连接的阀塞盘5拉离阀座板2,同时,通过采用螺旋结构,可以很精确的控制流体的泄流量。在旋转连接时,其具体结构为:阀体上设置有阀杆密封连接体10,阀杆9与阀杆密封连接体10螺旋连接。
此外,阀塞盘5在阀体内滑动时,其具体结构为阀体内设置有滑道3,阀塞盘5滑动装配在滑道3上。在推动转盘8与阀杆9具体连接时,推动转盘8通过阀杆连接器7与阀杆9连接。

1.一种输油气管道模拟泄漏阀门,其特征在于,设置有泄露孔(6)的阀体,所述阀体内的一端设置有连接头(1),所述阀体内位于所述连接头(1)和所述泄露孔(6)之间的位置设置有阀座板(2),所述阀座板(2)上设置有多个阀孔,所述阀体内滑动装配有阀塞盘(5),所述阀塞盘(5)上朝向所述阀座板(2)的一面设置有多个长度不相同的阀塞(4),且多个长度不相同的阀塞(4)与所述多个阀孔的设置位置一一对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输油气管道模拟泄漏阀门,其特征在于,所述阀塞(4)为针型阀塞。
3.根据权利要求1所述的输油气管道模拟泄漏阀门,其特征在于,还包括旋转手柄(11),所述旋转手柄(11)通过与所述阀体螺旋连接的阀杆(9)与推动转盘(8)连接,所述推动转盘(8)与所述阀塞盘(5)转动连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的输油气管道模拟泄漏阀门,其特征在于,所述推动转盘(8)通过阀杆连接器(7)与所述阀杆(9)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的输油气管道模拟泄漏阀门,其特征在于,所述阀体上设置有阀杆密封连接体(10),所述阀杆(9)与所述阀杆密封连接体(10)螺旋连接。
