Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于电力变压器油箱的防漏油阀门,主要由依次连接的上阀杆、蝶板、下阀杆构成,蝶板上下两端面内侧分别固定有柔性调节圈,上阀杆外侧套装有上调节轴承,下阀杆外侧套装有下调节轴承,上调节轴承外套装有上调节圈,下调节轴承外侧由内向外依次套装有下调节圈、内紧固圈,所述内紧固圈下部通过螺栓与阀体连接,上调节圈套装在阀体内。本发明采用了上下调节轴承,能够减小对阀杆的摩擦阻力,可以轻松调节蝶板上下端面的密封状况,改善阀门的密封性能;在内紧固圈采用槽的形式安装O形圈,能够减小阀门的开关力矩;在蝶板上下均安装了柔性调节圈和刚性调节圈,能够减小开关力矩、避免变形,具有良好的防漏油作用。

一种用于电力变压器油箱的防漏油阀门
技术领域
本发明涉及电力变压器设备领域,具体是指一种用于电力变压器油箱的防漏油阀门。
背景技术
变压器的渗漏大致可分为密封渗漏和焊接渗漏。当变压器漏油后,油能出来,水分就能进去,会使变压器内油面降低,而当油面过低时,变压器的线圈会露出油面,最主要的问题是会出现绝缘油受潮,变压器线圈受潮,影响变压器整体绝缘;同时也会由于散热不良影响变压器出力,过热时会影响变压器的寿命;同样会使变压器噪声增大,在大短路电流冲击时可能因电动力过大而使变压器线圈变形。传统变压器蝶阀的蝶板上下接触面宽,导致开关时摩擦力和开关力矩都比较大,使得阀门在使用状态中蝶板上下密封面与阀座一直处于密封挤压的状态,长期使用过程中,由于受到作用力挤压,阀体容易产生永久变形,随着密封圈和阀座长期老化,蝶阀蝶板上下密封面容易产生漏油现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于电力变压器油箱的防漏油阀门,能够减少阀杆的摩擦阻力,提高阀门的密封性能力,减小对阀门的开关力矩,防止漏油现象。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种用于电力变压器油箱的防漏油阀门,主要由依次连接的上阀杆、蝶板、下阀杆构成,所述蝶板上下两端面内侧分别固定有柔性调节圈,所述上阀杆外侧套装有上调节轴承,所述下阀杆外侧套装有下调节轴承,所述上调节轴承外套装有上调节圈,所述下调节轴承外侧由内向外依次套装有下调节圈、内紧固圈,所述内紧固圈下部通过螺栓与阀体连接,所述上调节圈套装在阀体内。
进一步地,为更好地实现本发明,在位于蝶板上端的柔性调节圈与上调节轴承中部套装有刚性调节圈。
进一步地,为更好地实现本发明,在所述上阀杆与阀体中部填装有填充料。
进一步地,为更好地实现本发明,在位于蝶板下端的柔性调节圈外侧套装有垫。
进一步地,为更好地实现本发明,在所述内紧固圈上圆柱面外侧套装有外紧固圈。
进一步地,为更好地实现本发明,在所述内紧固圈与阀体相连接的面设置有上凹槽,在所述上凹槽内部固定有O形圈。
进一步地,为更好地实现本发明,在所述阀体与内紧固圈相连接的面设置有与上凹槽相对应的下凹槽。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明采用了上下调节轴承,能够减小对阀杆的摩擦阻力,同时可以轻松调节蝶板上下端面的密封状况,从而改善阀门的密封性能;
(2)本发明在内紧固圈上采用凹槽的形式安装O形圈,从而能够减小阀门的开关力矩;
(3)本发明在蝶板上下均安装了柔性调节圈,柔性调节圈通过刚性调节圈进行进一步固定,从而能够减小开关力矩,同时避免变形,并具有良好的防止漏油的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步详细介绍,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1:
一种用于电力变压器油箱的防漏油阀门,主要由依次连接的上阀杆8、蝶板7、下阀杆16构成,所述蝶板7上下两端面内侧分别固定有柔性调节圈6,所述上阀杆8外侧套装有上调节轴承11,所述下阀杆16外侧套装有下调节轴承3,所述上调节轴承11外套装有上调节圈10,所述下调节轴承3外侧由内向外依次套装有下调节圈1、内紧固圈2,所述内紧固圈2下部通过螺栓15与阀体12连接,所述上调节圈10套装在阀体12内。为更好地实现本发明,在位于蝶板7上端的柔性调节圈6与上调节轴承11中部套装有刚性调节圈9。为更好地实现本发明,在所述上阀杆8与阀体12中部填装有填充料13。所述上调节轴承11和下调节轴承3均采用无油润滑轴承,通过采用无油润滑轴承,能够减小对阀杆的摩擦阻力,减小阀门的开关力矩,在位于蝶板7上端的柔性调节圈6与上调节轴承11中部套装刚性调节圈9,可以进一步进行密封固定,设置上调节圈10和下调节圈1,在柔性调节圈6发生老化时,工作人员可以按照需求进行更换,从而避免由于部分损坏老化影响整体阀门的使用寿命,降低设备的维护成本。
实施例2:
为更好地实现本发明,本实施例在实施例1的基础上在位于蝶板7下端的柔性调节圈6外侧套装有垫5。为更好地实现本发明,在所述内紧固圈2上圆柱面外侧套装有外紧固圈4。为更好地实现本发明,在所述内紧固圈2与阀体12相连接的面设置有上凹槽17,在所述上凹槽17内部固定有O形圈14。所述阀体12与内紧固圈2相连接的面设置有与上凹槽17相对应的下凹槽18。在蝶板7下端面设置柔性调节圈6进行密封之后,再在柔性调节圈外侧套装垫5,从而进一步对蝶板7下端进行进一步密封,有效防止漏油。在内紧固圈2与阀体12相连接的面设置上凹槽17,在阀体12与内紧固圈2相连接的面设置与上凹槽17相对应的下凹槽18,并将O形圈14固定在上凹槽17与下凹槽18中,能够实现密封的同时减少摩擦面积,减小阀门开关力矩。在出现O形圈14老化的情况下,工作人员可以进行更换,从而可以进一步延长阀门的使用寿命。本实施例其他部分与实施例1相同,不再赘述。

1.一种用于电力变压器油箱的防漏油阀门,其特征在于:主要由依次连接的上阀杆(8)、蝶板(7)、下阀杆(16)构成,所述蝶板(7)上下两端面内侧分别固定有柔性调节圈(6),所述上阀杆(8)外侧套装有上调节轴承(11),所述下阀杆(16)外侧套装有下调节轴承(3),所述上调节轴承(11)外套装有上调节圈(10),所述下调节轴承(3)外侧由内向外依次套装有下调节圈(1)、内紧固圈(2),所述内紧固圈(2)下部通过螺栓(15)与阀体(12)连接,所述上调节圈(10)套装在阀体(12)内;所述内紧固圈(2)与阀体(12)相连接的面设置有上凹槽(17),在所述上凹槽(17)内部固定有O形圈(14);所述阀体(12)与内紧固圈(2)相连接的面设置有与上凹槽(17)相对应的下凹槽(18);O形圈(14)固定在上凹槽(17)与下凹槽(18)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电力变压器油箱的防漏油阀门,其特征在于:位于蝶板(7)上端的柔性调节圈(6)与上调节轴承(11)中部套装有刚性调节圈(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电力变压器油箱的防漏油阀门,其特征在于:所述上阀杆(8)与阀体(12)中部填装有填充料(13)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电力变压器油箱的防漏油阀门,其特征在于:位于蝶板(7)下端的柔性调节圈(6)外侧套装有垫(5)。
