本发明涉及一种门框结构，特别涉及木门框的结构。
背景技术
在现有的普通木门框工艺下，木门框变形比较严重，其主要原因是结构不
稳定，并且容易受潮造成寿命减少，造成了一定程度材料浪费，不能满足用户以
及生产厂家的需求。
发明内容
本发明有效地解决的形变问题，结构也相当稳定，并且节约了木材，以竹
子代替内部结构，减少了木材的浪费。技术方案如下：（1）位置为普通密度板与
（3）位置木方指接板用胶水粘和；（2）位置为加工好的和（3）同样宽度的竹子
，与门框同样高度，并且拱形面正反交错排列，与（1）位置粘和有效得防止形变
冰洁结构也非常稳定；（4）位置为空隙部分，能适应木材的热胀冷缩。
本发明利用了竹子的拱形原理，有效的保证了木门框结构的稳定和使用寿
命，并且由于竹子的特殊结构，使得木门框不可能变形，从一定程度上减少了因
木门框变形造成的材料和人工浪费，并且以竹子做填充能够做到环保和节约木材
的特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，（3）位置的木方指接板先先打好框架，用枪钉上架固定，（
2）位置的竹子是整个结构的关键，竹子必须实现按照（3）位置的高度一样进行
加工，由中间破开加工成拱形，依次正反排列并用枪钉稍加固定，在两个竹子之
间留点空隙用来竹子收缩的缝隙在放在（3）位置所打好的框架中，并与（3）位
置留一定空隙；最后（1）位置的密度板涂满胶水覆盖在（3）和（2）号位置上压
合而成。

1. 一种门框结构，特征是（1）位置和（3）位置粘和的同时，以（2）位置的竹子进行填充，起到稳固的作用。
2. （2）位置的竹子排列一正反交错排列。
3. （3）位置的与（2）位置之间以及（3）位置与（1）位置之间留有空隙。
