Description

Processing method and device for switching access data sources of playing terminal
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the multimedia technology field, and in particular, to a processing method for switching access data sources of a broadcast terminal and a processing device for switching access data sources of a broadcast terminal.
Background
In recent years, with the rapid development of multimedia technology, various playing terminals are rapidly developed, and the functions thereof are increasingly increased. The playing terminal can provide higher-quality sound and pictures for users, meets various requirements of the users, and becomes an essential device in life of people.
Taking a television set-top box as an example, at present, for a multifunctional set-top box, there may be multiple access data sources, for example, the access data sources may be Cable (Cable television Cable), network, USB (Universal Serial Bus), hard disk, and other media, and the types of playing data of different access data sources are also different, for example, the data types may be Transport Stream (TS), Elementary Stream (ES), and Packed Elementary Stream (PES). When a user needs to switch the access data source of the set-top box, after receiving the switching request of the access data source, the set-top box allocates corresponding playing resources for the switched access data source so as to play data transmitted by the access data source.
At present, when a broadcast terminal receives an access data source switching request, no matter what the switched access data source is, and what the type of the corresponding broadcast data is, broadcast resources are directly allocated to the switched access data source in the same way. However, the playback resources required for different types of playback data may be different for different sources of access data, e.g. DEMUX (splitter) resources may not be required for ES, but are still allocated when the playback resources are allocated.
Therefore, the method of allocating the playing resources to different access data sources in the same manner at present will cause a waste of the playing resources, and if the types of the access data sources of the playing terminal are more, switching among a plurality of access data sources will occupy a large amount of playing resources, even cause a failure in allocating the playing resources to some access data sources, and cause a failure in normally playing the data transmitted by the corresponding access data sources.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
When the access data source is switched by the playing terminal, playing resources are allocated to the access data source to be switched, and the playing terminals adopt the same method to allocate the playing resources at present, but the playing resources required by different access data sources may be different, so that the current allocation method causes unreasonable allocation of the playing resources, and resource waste is caused; with the development of science and technology, the types of the access data sources of the playing terminal are more and more, and if the distribution mode is still adopted, the limited playing resources in the playing terminal cannot meet the more and more requirements of accessing the data sources.
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a method and an apparatus for performing targeted allocation of broadcast resources according to broadcast requirements of different access data sources. Hereinafter, the detailed description is given by the following respective examples. It should be noted that the playing terminal in the present invention may be a set top box of a television, a smart phone, a personal computer, or other devices capable of implementing the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a processing method for switching access data sources of a broadcast terminal according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 101, receiving an access data source switching request, where the access data source switching request includes an access data source identifier, an applied broadcast resource identifier, and broadcast demand information.
Taking a television set-top box as an example, the access data source may include various types, such as Cable, network, USB, DVD (Digital Versatile Disc), and the like. A plurality of input ports can be arranged in the television set-top box, and each access data source can be connected to the input port corresponding to the access data source in the television set-top box.
When the access data source on the playing terminal is to be switched, the playing terminal may receive an access data source switching request, where the access data source switching request may include an access data source identifier, an applied playing resource identifier, playing requirement information, and the like. The access data source identifier may indicate what the access data source to be switched to is currently, the applied broadcast resource identifier may indicate which path of broadcast resource the access data source to be switched to needs to apply for, and the broadcast requirement information may indicate what the broadcast requirement of the access data source to be switched to is.
In the embodiment of the invention, the access data source switching request can be triggered by user selection. For example, when Cable is required to be switched to USB, selection can be performed by operating a corresponding function button on a remote controller of the television set-top box, and after selection, an access data source switching request can be triggered to be sent to the television set-top box. Of course, the selection can be performed not by a remote controller of the television set-top box but directly by a function button on the television set-top box, and the like. The access data source switching request may also be automatically triggered when the television set-top box is initially turned on, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
And step 102, judging whether the playing resource corresponding to the applied playing resource identifier is a resource allowed to be allocated or not according to the applied playing resource identifier and the playing requirement information.
After receiving the access data source switching request, judging whether the playing resource corresponding to the applied playing resource identifier is a resource allowed to be allocated according to the applied playing resource identifier and the playing requirement information included in the request.
If the playing resource is judged to be the resource allowed to be allocated, the playing resource can be allocated to the access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier included in the access data source switching request; if the broadcast resource is determined to be the allocation-prohibited resource, it is determined that the allocation of the broadcast resource is prohibited, and at this time, a prompt box may be popped up from the television display, and an error prompt message may be displayed in the prompt box, where the error prompt message may be, for example, information that the current broadcast resource is illegal, the broadcast resource cannot be allocated, the current broadcast resource is occupied, the broadcast resource cannot be allocated, and the like, and the user may select to reapply or abandon the application and the like according to the error prompt message.
Step 103, if the playing resources are allowed to be allocated, allocating, according to the playing requirement information, the playing resources matched with the playing requirement information from the playing resources to the access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier.
If it is determined in step 102 that the playback resource is a resource allowed to be allocated, a playback resource matching the playback requirement information may be allocated from the playback resource to the access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier according to the playback requirement information. Since the playing requirement information may indicate what the playing requirement of the access data source to be switched to is, in the embodiment of the present invention, a playing resource matching the playing requirement information may be allocated, and the allocated playing resource may also satisfy the playing requirement of the access data source to be switched to. The specific process of allocating the playing resources will be described in detail in the following embodiment two.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the playing resources are allocated for the access data source, the playing resources are allocated according to the playing requirement information corresponding to the access data source, and only the playing resources matched with the playing requirement information are allocated.
Example two:
referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a processing method for switching access data sources of a broadcast terminal according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
in step 201, the management module initializes.
The playing terminal may include a management module, and processes of resource allocation, audio/video data playing and the like may be managed by the management module. When the play terminal works, the management module can be initialized first.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the process of initializing the management module may include: initialization of management information inside the module, for example, setting of some flag bits (such as an occupied flag bit and an application status flag bit described later); initialization of audio/Video related configuration in the play terminal, for example, setting of an output port, such as setting of a CVBS (Composite Video Broadcast Signal) Interface, a component Interface, an HDMI (high definition Multimedia Interface), and the like; initializing the display of the video layer; initializing an output window and setting the size of the output window; registering an audio dynamic decoding library and setting an audio output terminal; settings for a Display related to an OSD (On Screen Display) layer, and the like. The initialization is basic work for subsequent audio and video data output and display and the like, so that correct audio and video output is guaranteed. For a specific initialization process, those skilled in the art may perform relevant settings according to practical experience, and the embodiments of the present invention are not discussed in detail herein.
Step 202, apply for playing resources.
In the following, how to apply for playing resources in the embodiment of the present invention is specifically described. Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of a method for applying for playing resources according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 301, receiving an access data source switching request.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the access data source switching request may include an access data source identifier, an applied broadcast resource identifier, and broadcast requirement information.
The access data source identifier may be a name of the access data source or a name of an input port to which the access data source is connected. The requested broadcast resource identifier may be an index value of the broadcast resource, for example, 0 way, 1 way, etc., and may have different situations according to different configurations of the television set-top box, for example, if 15 ways are supported, the broadcast resource identifier may be any one of values from 0 to 14. The playing requirement information can comprise a playing data type, a playing data source and a playing mode; wherein the playback data types may include: TS, ES and PES; the source of the playing data may include: a Memory (RAM) and a TUNER (TUNER), for example, when receiving a video signal that is not within the spectral range of the broadcast signal received by the TUNER, such as a video signal transmitted by a DVD player, the data source is the memory; when receiving a normal DVB (Digital video broadcasting) signal, a data source thereof is a tuner; the playing mode may include: AUDIO (AUDIO) and audiovisual (AUDIO and VIDEO); when the playing data type is TS, the playing requirement information may further include a DEMUX number. Of course, the playing requirement information may also include other contents, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The content included in the playing requirement information may be listed in an enumerated manner in a header file of the playing requirement information.
Step 302, judging whether the playing resource corresponding to the applied playing resource identifier is a resource allowed to be allocated according to the applied playing resource identifier and the playing requirement information.
If the playing resources are allowed to be allocated, go to step 304; if the playing resources are prohibited from being allocated, step 303 is executed.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the step 302 may specifically include the following sub-steps:
sub-step a1, determining whether the playing resource corresponding to the applied playing resource identifier is legal according to the applied playing resource identifier and the playing requirement information, and determining whether the playing resource is occupied;
if the playing resource is legal and not occupied, executing a substep a 2; if the playback resources are illegal or occupied, sub-step a3 is performed.
Sub-step a2, determining the playing resource as a resource allowed to be allocated;
sub-step a3, determining the playback resource as a prohibited resource.
The sub-step a1 is not limited to the order in which the judgment is legal and the judgment is occupied. Therefore, the specific process of sub-step a1 may include the following two cases:
in the first case:
substep a11, judging whether the playing resource is legal;
if not, performing sub-step a 3; if it is legal, then sub-step a12 is performed.
Sub-step a12, determining whether the playing resource is occupied.
If it is occupied, performing sub-step a 3; if not occupied, then sub-step a2 is performed.
In the second case:
sub-step a 11', judging whether the playing resource is occupied;
if it is occupied, performing sub-step a 3; if not, then sub-step a 12' is performed.
And a sub-step a 12' for determining whether the playing resources are legal.
If not, performing sub-step a 3; if it is legal, then sub-step a2 is performed.
Wherein, the step of judging whether the playing resources are legal may include: if the playing mode is audio and the applied playing resource identifier is judged to be in a preset audio resource identifier range, determining that the playing resource is legal; and if the playing mode is audio and video and the applied playing resource identifier is judged to be in a preset audio and video resource identifier range, determining that the playing resource is legal.
Specific values of the audio resource identification range and the audio and video resource identification range may be set by a person skilled in the art according to the model of the actual situation, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the setting may be performed according to the situation of the audio and video actually supported by the television set top box, if 2 channels of video and 15 channels of audio can be supported, the audio resource identifier range may be set to 0 to 14, the audio and video resource identifier range may be set to 0 to 1, and so on.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an occupation flag bit may be further set for each playing resource to identify whether the playing resource is occupied, and whether the playing resource is occupied may be determined by a value of the occupation flag bit corresponding to the playing resource. Therefore, the step of determining whether the playing resources are occupied may include: obtaining the value of the occupied zone bit corresponding to the playing resource; if the value of the occupation flag bit indicates that the playing resource is unoccupied, determining that the playing resource is unoccupied; and if the taking value of the occupation flag bit indicates that the playing resource is occupied, determining that the playing resource is occupied. For example, it may be set that when the value of the occupation flag bit is 1, it may indicate that the playing resource is occupied, and when the value of the occupation flag bit is 0, it may indicate that the playing resource is unoccupied.
Step 303, popping up a prompt box with error prompt information.
If it is determined in step 302 that the broadcast resource is a prohibited resource, it indicates that the broadcast resource is prohibited from being allocated, and at this time, a prompt box may pop up in the display of the television, and an error prompt message may be displayed in the prompt box. For example, when the playback resource is determined to be illegal, the error prompt message may be "the current playback resource is illegal, the playback resource cannot be allocated", when the playback resource is determined to be occupied, the error prompt message may be "the current playback resource is occupied, the playback resource cannot be allocated", and so on. The user can choose to reapply or give up the application according to the error prompt message.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an application status flag bit may be further set for each playback resource to identify whether the playback resource has been successfully applied, for example, when the application status flag bit is 1, the playback resource may be successfully applied, and when the application status flag bit is 0, the playback resource may be unsupplemented. Therefore, when it is determined in step 302 that the broadcast resource is a resource prohibited from being allocated, the application status flag bit corresponding to the broadcast resource may be set as an un-application success.
In addition, when the playing resources are judged to be occupied, the playing resources can be released. In the embodiment of the present invention, the play resource may be released in the following two ways: (1) directly releasing the playing resources; (2) and popping up a selection frame whether to release the playing resources, and releasing the playing resources after receiving a release command submitted through the selection frame.
And 304, distributing the playing resources matched with the playing requirement information for the access data source corresponding to the access data source identification from the playing resources according to the playing requirement information.
If it is determined in step 302 that the broadcast resource is a resource allowed to be allocated, the broadcast resource may be allocated from the broadcast resource to the access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier. In the embodiment of the present invention, different play resources may be allocated to corresponding access data sources according to different play requirement information. This step 304 may specifically include the following sub-steps:
and a sub-step b1, if the playing data type is TS, allocating, from the playing resources, the playing resources matched with the playing requirement information for the access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier according to the playing data source.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the type of the playing data corresponding to the access data source is TS, it can be stated that the access data source needs both audio resources and video resources, and different processing is performed according to different playing data sources. Therefore, the sub-step b1 may specifically include the following sub-steps:
sub-step b11, if the play data source is a memory, establishing a connection between the splitter corresponding to the splitter number and the memory, so as to transmit the play data received by the memory to the splitter, and allocating audio play resources and video play resources for the access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier from the play resources;
it should be noted that, if the source of the playing data is a memory, the transmission speed of the playing data may not be guaranteed, so that the playing is not smooth, and the user perception is affected.
And a sub-step b12, if the source of the playing data is a tuner, establishing a connection between the splitter corresponding to the splitter number and the tuner, so as to transmit the playing data received by the tuner to the splitter, and allocating an audio playing resource and a video playing resource from the playing resources to the access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier.
Sub-step b2, if the playing data type is ES or PES, allocating a playing resource matching with the playing requirement information from the playing resources for the access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier according to the playing mode.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if the type of the playing data corresponding to the access data source is ES or PES, different processing is performed according to different playing modes. Therefore, the sub-step b2 may specifically include the following sub-steps:
sub-step b21, if the playing mode is audio, allocating audio playing resources for the access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier from the playing resources;
and a substep b22, if the playing mode is audio and video, allocating audio playing resources and video playing resources to the access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier from the playing resources.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the step of allocating the playing resources capable of meeting the playing requirement information from the playing resources according to the playing requirement information, the occupied flag bit of the playing resources may be set to be occupied, and the application status flag bit of the playing resources may be set to be successfully applied.
In the process of allocating the playing resources, the related attributes can also be set. For example, setting the attribute of AUDIO/video output, including the synchronization mode, such as PCR (Program Clock Reference) synchronization or AUDIO synchronization; and setting a channel switching mode as a black screen or a static frame, controlling whether the synchronous output is frame skipping or slow motion, and determining the output state and mode when the audio and video is played finally according to the attributes. The setting of the attribute is primarily set according to the type of the access data source, and then the attribute can be dynamically adjusted, which are all completed by calling a hardware setting function and configuring the parameters of the structure, and for the specific process, the embodiment of the invention is not discussed in detail herein.
And step 203, starting audio and video playing.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the playing resources are allocated to the access data source to be switched, the audio and video playing function can be started to be switched to the access data source, and the audio and video data transmitted by the access data source is played.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of a method for playing by a playing terminal according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method may include the following steps:
step 401, receiving a play request for an access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier;
wherein the play request can be triggered by user selection. For example, the corresponding function button on the television set-top box remote controller can be operated to select the access data source for playing, and after selection, a playing request can be triggered to be sent to the television set-top box. Of course, the selection can be performed not by a remote controller of the television set-top box but directly by a function button on the television set-top box, and the like.
Step 402, judging whether playing resources are successfully allocated to the access data source corresponding to the access data source identification;
if not, go to step 403; if yes, go to step 404.
In the embodiment of the present invention, whether the playing resource has been successfully allocated to the access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier may be determined according to the application state of the playing resource corresponding to the access data source (i.e., the playing resource corresponding to the playing resource identifier). If the application state of the broadcast resource is successful, it may be determined that the broadcast resource has been successfully allocated to the access data, and if the application state of the broadcast resource is not successful, it may be determined that the broadcast resource has not been successfully allocated to the access data.
Step 403, popping up a prompt box with playing failure information;
the user can know that the playing resources of the access data source of the channel are not successfully applied by seeing the prompt box, and can select to reapply other channels of playing resources at the moment, and the specific application process can refer to the related description.
And step 404, playing by using the playing resource allocated to the access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier.
And step 204, stopping audio and video playing.
After receiving the stop playing command, the playing can be stopped. The stop play command may be triggered by user selection. For example, the playing can be stopped by operating a corresponding function button on a remote controller of the television set top box, and after the selection, a playing stopping command can be triggered and sent to the television set top box. Of course, the selection can be performed not by a remote controller of the television set-top box but directly by a function button on the television set-top box, and the like.
Step 205, release the playing resources.
After the playing is stopped, in order to save the playing resources, the playing resources allocated to the access data source corresponding to the access data source identifier may also be released. After the release, the occupation flag bit of the playing resource can be set to be unoccupied, so that the playing resource can be allocated to other access data sources.
In the embodiment of the invention, the allocated playing resources can meet the requirements of accessing the data source, and can avoid the waste of resources caused by the allocation of redundant playing resources, thereby ensuring that the requirements of various accessing data sources can be still met when the types of the accessing data sources of the playing terminal are more; in addition, the allocated playing resources can be released when not needed, thereby further saving the playing resources.
