Abstract
The invention discloses an information processing method and an electronic device and relates to the field of electronic techniques. The information processing method can solve the problem that an opposite side cannot confirm status of the electronic device when dropped call happens due to the fact that the electronic device is in a region with weak communication signal strength or powers off. The information processing method comprises the steps of monitoring communication capability parameters of a first electronic device when the first electronic device is in real-time communication with a second electric device; confirming whether the first electronic device meets conditions for continuous communication according to the communication capability parameters; if the first electronic device does not meet conditions for continuous communication, transmitting preset first prompt information to the second electronic device.

Technical Field

During the process of using the mobile phone to make a call, the user often encounters a situation of sudden call interruption. the acquiring unit 45 is further configured to acquire a third input operation, the display unit 46 is configured to display an interface for setting the first prompt information according to the second input operation, the acquiring unit 45 is further configured to acquire the first prompt information input by the user on the interface, and the storage unit 47 is further configured to store the first prompt information.
Optionally, the monitoring unit 41 is further configured to monitor whether the electronic device meets a condition for resuming communication after communication between the electronic device and the second electronic device is interrupted;
the output unit 44 is further configured to output third prompt information if the electronic device meets the condition of resuming communication.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4, the electronic device further includes: an execution unit 48;
the obtaining unit 45 is further configured to obtain a fourth input operation for the third prompt information after the output unit 44 outputs the third prompt information;
the execution unit 48 is configured to execute a response operation of the fourth input operation.
Optionally, the monitoring unit 41 is specifically configured to: and monitoring whether a communication capability recovery event of the electronic equipment occurs.
Optionally, the communication capability recovery event includes: at least one of a power-on event, a communication signal recovery event.
Optionally, the determining unit 42 is specifically configured to: and determining whether the electronic equipment meets the condition of continuing communication or not according to the communication capacity parameter and a communication capacity preset threshold.
Optionally, the communication capability parameter includes: an electrical quantity value, a communication signal strength.
The embodiment of the invention provides electronic equipment, wherein in the real-time communication process of the electronic equipment and second electronic equipment, the communication capacity parameter of the electronic equipment is monitored, whether the electronic equipment meets the condition of continuous communication or not is determined according to the communication capacity parameter of the electronic equipment, and if the electronic equipment does not meet the condition of continuous communication, preset first prompt information is sent to the second electronic equipment, so that the problem that the opposite side cannot determine which state the electronic equipment is in due to the fact that the electronic equipment is in a region with weak communication signal strength or the communication is interrupted due to power failure is solved, more comfortable and more intimate experience is provided for a user, and the user experience is improved.
Example four
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, configured to execute the method for processing information shown in fig. 1, where the electronic device includes: memory 51, processor 52, transmitter 53, display 54; wherein,
the memory 51 is used for storing a set of codes for implementing any one of the above-mentioned methods of information processing;
the processor 52 is configured to call the codes stored in the memory 51 to monitor a communication capability parameter of the first electronic device during real-time communication between the first electronic device and the second electronic device; determining whether the first electronic equipment meets the condition of continuing communication according to the communication capability parameter;
the transmitter 53 is configured to send a preset first prompt message to the second electronic device if the processor 52 determines that the first electronic device does not meet the condition for continuing communication.
Optionally, the processor 52 is further configured to, after determining, according to the communication capability parameter, that the first electronic device does not satisfy the condition for continuing to communicate, before the transmitter 53 transmits the preset first prompt message to the second electronic device,
outputting second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is prompt information for informing the second electronic equipment whether or not;
acquiring a first input operation aiming at the second prompt message;
and determining whether to send the first prompt message to the second electronic equipment or not according to the first input operation.
Optionally, the processor 52 is further configured to obtain a second input operation, and determine the first prompt information from a prompt information set according to the second input operation; or,
the processor 52 is further configured to obtain a third input operation, display an interface for setting the first prompt information in the display screen 54 according to the third input operation, obtain the first prompt information input by the user under the interface, and store the first prompt information.
Optionally, the processor 52 is further configured to, after communication between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is interrupted,
monitoring whether the first electronic equipment meets the condition of recovering communication;
and if the first electronic equipment meets the condition of recovering the communication, outputting third prompt information.
Optionally, the processor 52 is further configured to, after the outputting the third prompting message,
acquiring a third input operation aiming at the third prompt message;
and executing response operation of the third input operation.
Optionally, the processor 52 is specifically configured to: monitoring whether a communication capability recovery event of the first electronic device occurs.
Optionally, the communication capability recovery event includes: at least one of a power-on event, a communication signal recovery event.
Optionally, the processor 52 is specifically configured to: and determining whether the first electronic equipment meets the condition of continuing communication or not according to the communication capacity parameter and a communication capacity preset threshold.
Optionally, the communication capability parameter includes: an electrical quantity value, a communication signal strength.
The embodiment of the invention provides electronic equipment, which monitors communication capacity parameters of first electronic equipment in the real-time communication process of the first electronic equipment and second electronic equipment; determining whether the first electronic equipment meets the condition of continuing communication according to the communication capability parameter; if the first electronic device does not meet the condition of continuing communication, sending preset first prompt information to the second electronic device so as to solve the problem that the opposite side cannot determine which state the electronic device is in due to call interruption caused by the fact that the electronic device is in an area with weak communication signal intensity or power failure, so that the user can experience more comfortably and more confidently, and the user experience is improved.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be physically included alone, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
The integrated unit implemented in the form of a software functional unit may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute some steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (18)
1. An information processing method applied to a first electronic device, the method comprising:
monitoring a communication capacity parameter of the first electronic equipment in a real-time communication process of the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment;
determining whether the first electronic equipment meets the condition of continuing communication according to the communication capability parameter;
and if the first electronic equipment does not meet the condition of continuing communication, sending preset first prompt information to the second electronic equipment.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after determining that the first electronic device does not satisfy the condition for continuing communication according to the communication capability parameter, before the sending of the preset first prompt message to the second electronic device, the method further comprises:
outputting second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is prompt information for informing the second electronic equipment whether or not;
acquiring a first input operation aiming at the second prompt message;
and determining whether to send the first prompt message to the second electronic equipment or not according to the first input operation.
3. The method according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the setting process of the first prompt message comprises:
acquiring a second input operation, and determining the first prompt information from a prompt information set according to the second input operation; or,
and acquiring a third input operation, displaying an interface for setting the first prompt information according to the third input operation, acquiring the first prompt information input by a user under the interface, and storing the first prompt information.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the communication between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is interrupted, the method further comprises:
monitoring whether the first electronic equipment meets the condition of recovering communication;
and if the first electronic equipment meets the condition of recovering the communication, outputting third prompt information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after said outputting the third prompt message, the method further comprises:
acquiring a fourth input operation aiming at the third prompt message;
and executing response operation of the fourth input operation.
6. The method of claim 4 or 5, wherein the monitoring whether the first electronic device satisfies a condition for resuming communication comprises:
monitoring whether a communication capability recovery event of the first electronic device occurs.
7. The method of claim 6,
the communication capability restoration event includes: at least one of a power-on event, a communication signal recovery event.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the first electronic device satisfies the condition for continuing communication according to the communication capability parameter comprises:
and determining whether the first electronic equipment meets the condition of continuing communication or not according to the communication capacity parameter and a communication capacity preset threshold.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the communication capability parameter comprises: an electrical quantity value, a communication signal strength.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
the monitoring unit is used for monitoring communication capacity parameters of the electronic equipment in the real-time communication process of the electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment;
a determining unit, configured to determine whether the electronic device satisfies a condition for continuing communication according to the communication capability parameter;
and the sending unit is used for sending preset first prompt information to the second electronic equipment if the electronic equipment does not meet the condition of continuing communication.
11. The electronic device of claim 10, further comprising:
an output unit, configured to output second prompt information before sending the preset first prompt information to the second electronic device after the electronic device does not meet a condition for continuing communication, where the second prompt information is prompt information for notifying whether to notify the second electronic device;
an acquisition unit configured to acquire a first input operation for the second prompt information;
the determining unit is further configured to determine whether to send the first prompt message to the second electronic device according to the first input operation.
12. The electronic device of any of claims 10-11, further comprising: a display unit and a storage unit;
the obtaining unit is further configured to obtain a second input operation, and the determining unit is further configured to determine the first prompt information from the prompt information set stored in the storage unit according to the second input operation; or,
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a display unit, a storage unit and a display unit, wherein the acquisition unit is further used for acquiring a third input operation, the display unit is used for displaying an interface for setting the first prompt information according to the third input operation, the acquisition unit is further used for acquiring the first prompt information input by a user under the interface, and the storage unit is further used for storing the first prompt information.
13. The electronic device of claim 12,
the monitoring unit is further configured to monitor whether the electronic device meets a condition for resuming communication after communication between the electronic device and the second electronic device is interrupted;
the output unit is further configured to output third prompt information if the electronic device meets the condition of recovering communication.
14. The electronic device of claim 13, further comprising: an execution unit;
the obtaining unit is further configured to obtain a fourth input operation for the third prompt information after the output unit outputs the third prompt information;
the execution unit is used for executing response operation of the fourth input operation.
15. The electronic device according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the monitoring unit is specifically configured to: and monitoring whether a communication capability recovery event of the electronic equipment occurs.
16. The electronic device of claim 15, wherein the communication capability restoration event comprises: at least one of a power-on event, a communication signal recovery event.
17. The electronic device according to claim 10, wherein the determining unit is specifically configured to: and determining whether the electronic equipment meets the condition of continuing communication or not according to the communication capacity parameter and a communication capacity preset threshold.
18. The electronic device of claim 10, wherein the communication capability parameter comprises: an electrical quantity value, a communication signal strength.
