The drive circuit is connected to a fan motor used for dissipating heat of a condenser pipe. The single chip microcomputer is further connected to a communication interface used for receiving remote control commands, and the communication interface is adaptive to receiving the remote control commands through a network accessing module and a wireless communicating module.
