Abstract
本发明是有关于一种非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,包括实验箱以及安装在实验箱内的单轴压力系统、围压增压系统和压裂模拟器,其中:所述的压裂模拟器包括横向放置的双向液压缸,双向液压缸的两侧活塞端头均安装有井壁压头和横向压力传感器。本发明操作简便,移动方便,既能够高精度测量泥页岩弹性模量、泊松比等基本岩石力学特征参数,又能进行三轴应力环境实验分析和野外浅层岩石压裂模拟实验。

[0002]随着我国对油气资源需求的不断增长,油气需求缺口也越来越大。在常规油气勘探越来越难以取得重大突破的情况下,非常规油气资源将会成为我国重要的接替能源。目前能够进行大规模开发的非常规油气资源主要是页岩油气、煤层气以及致密砂岩气,对应的储集层分别是泥页岩、煤层和致密砂岩。
[0003]页岩油气是一种存在于暗色泥页岩或炭质泥页岩中以吸附或游离态为主的石油和天然气,煤层气是指赋存在煤层中以吸附态为主的天然气,致密砂岩气通常是指低渗一特低渗砂岩储层中无自然产能的天然气。泥页岩、煤层和致密砂岩通常储层致密,基质孔隙度和渗透率低,在通常情况下难以形成产能,必须通过大规模压裂进行储层改造才能形成工业生产价值。岩石力学特征是进行压裂设计的重要参数,包括弹性模量、泊松比、地应力特征、岩石强度等,其中最重要的两个参数是弹性模量和泊松比。岩石力学特征影响储层改造,例如压裂裂缝的方向、长度、形态等特征,因此岩石力学特征的准确表征是压裂成功的关键。目前,岩石力学特征参数通常采用压力试验机进行测量。
[0004]非常规油气储集层一一泥页岩、煤层和致密砂岩均为沉积岩类,其中泥页岩和煤层的抗压强度较低,致密砂岩的抗压强度稍高,但均远远低于岩浆岩、变质岩类岩石如花岗岩、大理岩。现有的岩石压力试验机针对岩土力学研究领域,应用于所有岩石类型以及混凝土等,如国产TYX—500型岩石三轴压力机,轴压5MN(5 X 16N);美国MTS公司的岩石伺服试验机,轴压4.5MN(4.5 X 16N)。这些常规压力试验机载荷很大,从而导致在小压力载荷情况下对压力载荷变化的控制精度相对降低。
[0005]由计算机控制的压力试验机通常采用分体式设计,由相互分离的计算机系统、液压控制系统和压力测试平台系统三部分组成,如TAW-2000微机控制电液伺服岩石三轴试验机等。该类仪器体积和重量庞大,实验室及实验条件适应性能差,具有移动和安装不便的缺点。
[0006]此外,岩石样品的体积通常较小,很难直接反映理论无限大岩石体的力学特征。如果需要在岩石钻孔中直接进行压裂模拟实验,则现有的压力试验机还难以承担该类压裂模拟实验任务。非常规油气储集层通常具有岩性致密、基质孔隙度和渗透率低等特点,泥页岩和煤层还具有储层稳定性差、遇水易膨胀和坍塌等特点,对其中的油气开发造成了较大困难。因此,压裂施工之前通常需要进行压裂物理模拟,从而辅助压裂设计。要想反映理论大体积岩石体的力学特征,需要压裂模拟实验可在野外浅钻孔或巨型岩石样品中进行,换句话说,需要把通常的“岩芯放在机器里”理念修改为“把机器放在岩石里”。
[0007]由此可见,岩土力学研究领域使用的现有压力试验机不适宜在页岩油气勘探领域广泛推广,必须进行重大改进。如何能创设一种既能高精度测量非常规油气储集层岩力学基本参数,又能进行储集层压裂模拟实验的新的非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,实属当前本领域的重要研发课题之一。
发明内容
[0008]本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,使其操作简便,移动方便,既能够高精度测量泥页岩弹性模量、泊松比等基本岩石力学特征参数,又能进行三轴应力环境实验分析和野外浅层岩石压裂模拟实验。
[0009]为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,包括实验箱以及安装在实验箱内的单轴压力系统、围压增压系统和压裂模拟器,其中:所述的压裂模拟器包括横向放置的双向液压缸,双向液压缸的两侧活塞端头均安装有井壁压头和横向压力传感器。
[0010]作为本发明的一种改进,所述的实验箱内还安装有计算机控制系统,所述的计算机控制系统控制双向液压缸、单轴压力系统和围压增压系统的动作,并与压裂模拟器的横向压力传感器以及单轴压力系统的纵向压力传感器通信连接。
[0011]所述的单轴压力系统包括上压头、下压头、纵向液压缸、液压控制模块以及油箱,纵向液压缸的活塞上装有位移传感器,上压头安装在纵向液压缸的活塞连杆上,并在上压头或下压头上装有纵向压力传感器;所述的围压增压系统包括三轴压力室、三轴压力室底座和围压控制模块,纵向液压缸的活塞连杆穿过三轴压力室的顶面,上压头位于三轴压力室内,三轴压力室底部设有开口,三轴压力室底座与三轴压力室的开口对应,围压控制模块控制三轴压力室或三轴压力室底座移动使其密封连接或分离,并在密封时控制三轴压力室内的注油和围压;所述的压裂模拟器的双向液压缸通过所述液压控制模块与所述油箱连接。
[0012]所述的双向液压缸的缸体连接有位于其轴线中垂线上的中空圆柱体高强度金属壁,再通过软质长油管与液压控制模块、油箱连接。
[0013]所述的实验箱内部底面设有基座,三轴压力室底座和下压头设置在基座上,纵向液压缸通过支撑架安装在基座上方。
[0014]所述的支撑架上安装有环向引伸仪和轴向引伸仪。
[0015]所述的基座、上压头、下压头、支撑架以及安装在支撑架上的纵向液压缸均与实验箱中轴线重合。
[0016]所述的双向液压缸两侧的活塞与缸体之间安装有压缩弹簧。
[0017]所述的实验箱下方设有脚轮和伸缩支撑脚。
[0018] 所述的纵向液压缸采用3至4个小型液压缸组成的液压缸组,其中某一个液压缸的活塞上装有高精度位移传感器。
[0019]采用这样的设计后,本发明至少具有以下优点:
[0020] 1、除了能够实现常规压力试验机的单轴和三轴应力测试外,还能够在野外对理论无限大岩体进行压裂模拟实验,避免了室内实验扰动性及尺寸效应等不足,主要针对非常规油气储集层压裂施工的储层进行可压裂性评价;
[0021] 2、采用小型液压缸组的设计,对于具有脆性高、易碎特点的非常规油气储集层岩石基本力学参数的测量具有更高的精度;
[0022] 3、将单轴压力系统、压力测试平台以及计算机系统高效集成,大大减小了仪器的体积和重量,能够在各种实验环境下进行实验和测试,增强了仪器的适应性和利用效率,方便设备的搬运和携带;
[0023] 4、采用数字化集成设计,只需要简单的操作即可完成实验,实验过程中自动记录并实时显示实验数据,实验完成后自动计算实验结果,具有可操作性强,自动化程度高等特点。
[0024]如上所述,本发明非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪采用分体式的单轴压力系统作为压力源,将计算机控制系统、单轴压力系统、压力测试平台以及压裂模拟设备整合为一体,集成度高,与普通岩石力学试验仪器相比大大减小了仪器的体积和重量,且操作简便,移动方便,既能够更高精度地测量非常规油气储集层的基本岩石力学特征参数和进行三轴应力实验,又能进行浅钻孔压裂模拟实验,适合于页岩油气勘探开发领域的岩石力学特征的分析实验。

具体实施方式
[0032]请参阅图1-5所示,本发明非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,主要包括实验箱9以及集成于实验箱9内的单轴压力系统、围压增压系统和压裂模拟器20,其中压裂模拟器20采用横向放置的双向液压缸26,双向液压缸26的两侧活塞端头均安装有井壁压头25和横向压力传感器,可用于“无限大”岩样或野外浅层岩石的钻孔压裂模拟实验。
[0033]此外,本发明还可在实验箱9内安装有计算机控制系统,集中控制双向液压缸、单轴压力系统和围压增压系统的动作,并与压裂模拟器20的横向压力传感器以及单轴压力系统的纵向压力传感器通信连接。
[0034] 进一步具体来说,单轴压力系统包括上压头6、下压头11、纵向液压缸14、液压控制模块2以及油箱7 ο纵向液压缸14的活塞上装有位移传感器,上压头6安装在纵向液压缸14的活塞连杆上,并在上压头6或下压头11上装有纵向压力传感器,用于测量岩样受到的纵向载荷。在该液压系统中,油箱7、液压控制模块2和纵向液压缸14组成分体式结构,三者用油管相互连接。
[0035] 更进一步的,纵向液压缸14可采用多个小型液压缸组成的液压缸组,通常可采用3至4个小型液压缸组成液压缸组,便于减小仪器体积和质量,增大仪器的最大载荷,同时可以增加轴向载荷控制精度,提高实验测量精度。其中某一个液压缸的活塞上安装高精度位移传感器即可,纵向压力传感器最好安装在上压头6的底部,位移传感器与纵向压力传感器配合可以直接测定岩石的弹性模量。
[0036]油箱7和液压控制模块2最好分别置于实验箱底部两侧,以保证整个仪器中心稳定,同时便于减小仪器体积。油箱7还包括液压栗和过滤阀,通过下油管10和液压控制模块2连接。液压控制模块2采用高性能电液伺服比例阀组,通过上油管12和纵向液压缸14连接,并通过数据线与计算机控制系统连接。
[0037]围压增压系统包括三轴压力室15、三轴压力室底座16和围压控制模块18。纵向液压缸14的活塞连杆穿过三轴压力室15的顶面,上压头6位于三轴压力室15内,三轴压力室15底部设有开口,三轴压力室底座16与三轴压力室15的开口对应。
[0038]围压控制模块18可设置在油箱7上方,通过油管连接三轴压力室15,控制三轴压力室15或三轴压力室底座16移动使其密封连接或分离,并在密封时控制三轴压力室15内的注油和围压。
[0039]在单轴压力测试时,将三轴压力室15提起;在进行三轴地应力模拟实验时,将其放下,通过三轴压力室15和其底座16将岩心密闭,再向三轴室内注油增加岩心围压,围压的控制通过围压控制模块18实现。
[0040]压裂模拟器20主要包括横向放置的双向液压缸26,双向液压缸26同样连接并受控于液压控制模块2,且其两侧活塞端头均安装有能够紧贴井壁的井壁压头25和横向压力传感器,横向压力传感器与计算机控制系统通信连接。
[0041]进一步的,压裂模拟器20还包括长油管21和高强度金属壁22。高强度金属壁22采用优质钢材制作的中空圆柱体,双向液压缸26的中部空间与高强度金属壁22的中空部分形成的金属油管23连通,高强度金属壁22具有横向固定和保护双向液压缸26的作用,保证双向液压缸26的活塞垂直于井壁。长油管21采用软管,其一端固定在高强度金属壁22上并与高强度金属壁22的中空部分连通,另一端通过液压控制模块2与油箱7连通。
[0042]双向液压缸26采用最优质的金属材料,能承受压裂井壁岩石的液压强度,提供井下压裂井壁的动力,并可在双向液压缸26两侧的活塞与缸体之间安装压缩弹簧24。双向液压缸26从中部进油推动两侧活塞向外运动并压缩弹簧24,卸载时通过压缩弹簧24的弹力归位。
[0043]进行压裂模拟实验时:先在需要进行压裂模拟实验的野外露头岩石或巨型岩样上进行浅钻孔;将压裂模拟器20通过长油管21放入钻孔指定部位并将其在井口固定;打开液压开关,双向液压缸26的活塞向两侧伸出,井壁压头25向两侧拉张井壁直至岩石破裂,在此过程中井壁压头25上的横向压力传感器计量压力变化并通过导线传输至计算机控制系统,计算机可绘制压力随时间变化曲线,同时在实验过程中可配合声发射等技术手段检测裂缝发育情况;实验完成提升并收回压裂模拟器,最后处理实验结果。
[0044]实验箱9可设计为可移动实验箱,例如在实验箱9的下方设置四个脚轮3和四个伸缩支撑脚4,伸缩支撑脚4采用电动液压控制,实验时四个伸缩支撑脚4完全放下时将脚轮3完全抬离底面,以保证实验仪器的平衡和稳定,实验结束后将伸缩支撑脚4收起,便于移动实验设备。
[0045]此外,还可在实验箱9正前方设置高强度透明树脂材质的前窗19,实验开始前打开前窗19安放岩样和传感器,实验时关闭前窗,通过前窗19观察实验过程,以保证实验人员的安全。
[0046]实验箱9底部采用高强度金属材质,以保证仪器具有足够大的承载力。实验箱9内部底面设有基座8,基座8采用高强度不锈钢金属材质,用于增加仪器的稳定性,并可在基座8内安装有收集实验数据、转换数据格式的数据处理芯片,芯片通过数据线连接计算机控制系统。
[0047] 三轴压力室底座16和下压头11设置在基座8上,纵向液压缸14通过支撑架13安装在基座8上方,下油管10穿过压力测试平台的基座8的内部。支撑架13包括顶板和位于中部的四根不锈钢支撑管,支撑管上可根据需要安装环向引伸仪、轴向引伸仪等传感器,单轴应力测试时两个传感器可以精确测量岩样的横向和纵向位移,并通过钢管内的数据线连接到基座内的数据芯片,再通过数据线传输到计算机控制系统。
[0048]更进一步的,基座8、上压头6、下压头11、支撑架13以及安装在支撑架13上的纵向液压缸14均与实验箱9中轴线重合,以保证实验时仪器的稳定以及伸缩支撑脚4受力均匀。并在实验箱上方设置顶盖17,在内部设置分隔板,将纵向液压缸14、上压头6、下压头11、三轴压力室15、三轴压力室底座16与油箱7、液压控制模块2、围压控制模块18、计算机控制系统隔呙。
[0049]计算机控制系统主要由计算机I和显示控制模块5组成,计算机I通过数据线连接并控制液压控制模块2、显示控制模块5以及围压控制模块18,并与纵向压力传感器通信连接。显示控制模块5位于实验箱9的面板上,包括显示器、参数输入面板及控制按钮。
[0050]本发明非常规油气储集层岩石力学参数分析仪整台设备采用计算机数字集成控制,所有实验数据均可实时显示,实验完毕后,使用数据线拷贝实验数据至电脑,其至少包括以下三个主要功能:
[0051] 1、井(钻孔)下非常规油气储集层岩石压裂模拟实验,测量和计算理论无限大岩石体的破裂压力,抗拉强度等参数;
[0052] 2、三轴应力条件下,非常规油气储集层岩石样品的力学特征分析,分析不同围压条件下,岩石力学特征及参数的变化情况。
[0053] 3、单轴应力条件下,非常规油气储集层岩石基本力学特征参数弹性模量、泊松比等的测量。

Claims (9)
1.一种非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,其特征在于包括实验箱以及安装在实验箱内的单轴压力系统、围压增压系统和压裂模拟器,其中:所述的压裂模拟器包括横向放置的双向液压缸,双向液压缸的两侧活塞端头均安装有井壁压头和横向压力传感器; 所述的单轴压力系统包括上压头、下压头、纵向液压缸、液压控制模块以及油箱,纵向液压缸的活塞上装有位移传感器,上压头安装在纵向液压缸的活塞连杆上,并在上压头或下压头上装有纵向压力传感器; 所述的围压增压系统包括三轴压力室、三轴压力室底座和围压控制模块,纵向液压缸的活塞连杆穿过三轴压力室的顶面,上压头位于三轴压力室内,三轴压力室底部设有开口,三轴压力室底座与三轴压力室的开口对应,围压控制模块控制三轴压力室或三轴压力室底座移动使其密封连接或分离,并在密封时控制三轴压力室内的注油和围压; 所述的压裂模拟器的双向液压缸通过所述液压控制模块与所述油箱连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,其特征在于所述的实验箱内还安装有计算机控制系统,所述的计算机控制系统控制双向液压缸、单轴压力系统和围压增压系统的动作,并与压裂模拟器的横向压力传感器以及单轴压力系统的纵向压力传感器通信连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,其特征在于所述的双向液压缸的缸体连接有位于其轴线中垂线上的中空圆柱体高强度金属壁,再通过软质长油管与液压控制模块、油箱连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,其特征在于所述的实验箱内部底面设有基座,三轴压力室底座和下压头设置在基座上,纵向液压缸通过支撑架安装在基座上方。
5.根据权利要求4所述的非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,其特征在于所述的支撑架上安装有环向引伸仪和轴向引伸仪。
6.根据权利要求4所述的非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,其特征在于所述的基座、上压头、下压头、支撑架以及安装在支撑架上的纵向液压缸均与实验箱中轴线重合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,其特征在于所述的双向液压缸两侧的活塞与缸体之间安装有压缩弹簧。
8.根据权利要求1所述的非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,其特征在于所述的实验箱下方设有脚轮和伸缩支撑脚。
9.根据权利要求1所述的非常规油气储集层岩石力学特征分析仪,其特征在于所述的纵向液压缸采用3至4个小型液压缸组成的液压缸组,其中某一个液压缸的活塞上装有高精度位移传感器。
