本发明提供一种含氟钾的酚醛树脂脱敏剂的制备方法,该方法包括下列步骤:取5.2g的间苯二酚、1.8g的氢氧化钾和5.2ml的水,混合得到II液,将40重量%甲醛水溶液作为I液,按照所述I液和所述II液的体积比为2∶1的比例和所述II液混合,以得到酚醛树脂脱敏剂。本发明所述的含氟钾的酚醛树脂脱敏剂治疗牙本质敏感症具有极佳的近期及远期治疗效果,可推荐应用于临床。

一种含氟钾的酚醛树脂脱敏剂的制备方法
本发明是申请日为2013年1月11日、申请号为201310009094.4、发明名称为“一种含氟钾的酚醛树脂脱敏剂”的专利的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及口腔领域,具体而言,本发明涉及一种含氟钾的酚醛树脂脱敏剂。
背景技术
牙本质敏感(dentinehypersensitivity,DH)是指暴露的牙本质受外界刺激而产生的短而尖锐的疼痛,并且不能归因于其他特定原因引起的牙体缺损或病变,典型的刺激包括温度、吹气、机械性或化学刺激。2008年发布的《中国成人牙本质敏感流行病学调查》显示,我国29.7%的20~60岁成年人受牙本质敏感困扰,高发年龄组为50~59岁,患病率达39.1%,女性高于男性,国外报道,牙本质敏感在成年人群中的发病率为4%~74%,且在女性中的发病率高于男性。临床上用于牙本质过敏治疗的方法较多,如药物治疗、激光治疗等,但目前尚无明确有效的治疗方法。高德等应用酚醛树脂液治疗牙本质敏感症发现酚醛树脂液是有效的治疗方法,本发明旨在改良酚醛树脂液的配方,研制含氟钾酚醛树脂脱敏剂并观察其治疗牙本质敏感症的临床疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含氟钾的酚醛树脂脱敏剂的制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种含氟钾的酚醛树脂脱敏剂的制备方法,该方法包括下列步骤:取5.2g的间苯二酚、1.8g的氢氧化钾和5.2ml的水,混合得到II液,将40重量%甲醛水溶液作为I液,按照所述I液和所述II液的体积比为2∶1的比例和所述II液混合,以得到酚醛树脂脱敏剂。
本发明所述的含氟钾的酚醛树脂脱敏剂治疗牙本质敏感症具有极佳的近期及远期治疗效果,可推荐应用于临床。
具体实施方式
下面的实施例将对本发明予以进一步的说明,但并不因此而限制本发明。
实施例1
取5.2g的间苯二酚、1.8g的氢氧化钾和5.2ml的水,混合得到II液。将40重量%甲醛水溶液作为I液,按照所述I液和所述II液的体积比为2∶1的比例和所述II液混合,以得到酚醛树脂脱敏剂1。混合后立即用于实验例。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备酚醛树脂脱敏剂2,不同之处在于所述II液中还加入1.3g的氟化钾。
实施例3
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备酚醛树脂脱敏剂3,不同之处在于所述II液中还加入1.3g的氟化钾和0.5g的磷酸氢钙。
实施例4
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备酚醛树脂脱敏剂4,不同之处在于所述II液中还加入1.3g的氟化钾和0.1g的磷酸氢钙。
实施例5
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备酚醛树脂脱敏剂5,不同之处在于所述II液中还加入1.3g的氟化钾和1.5g的磷酸氢钙。
实验例
病例选择
选择我院牙体牙髓科就诊的牙本质敏感患者150例,患牙共350颗。男58例,女92例,年龄20-64岁,平均43.2岁,所有受试者治疗前均签署知情同意书。
纳入标准
全身健康状况良好,在治疗期间可随时复诊检查;女性未处于妊娠期和哺乳期内;参加研究前1个月未使用抗惊厥药、抗组织胺药、抗忧郁药物、镇静剂、安定剂;3个月内未使用抗牙本质敏感牙膏,未同时参加其他类似试验研究。患牙全部为咬合面磨耗导致牙本质暴露的牙本质敏感症,均为后牙,对冷空气刺激敏感疼痛值≥4。每位患者有2~4颗患牙。
排除标准
试者有严重的口腔疾病、慢性病;牙周病进展期或过去1年内接受过牙周治疗;敏感牙松动度大于1度;牙齿有大面积充填体;疑有牙髓炎、龋病、釉质隐裂;可摘局部义齿的基牙;对口腔保健用品或其成分有过敏史者。
检查及评定标准
临床检查:用棉卷将患牙与邻牙隔开,冷气距牙合面1mm垂直吹1s,记录敏感度。重复2次,若2次刺激反应程度不一致,取程度重者。敏感疼痛值评定标准选用数字疼痛评判法(VisualAnalogueScale/Score,VAS),痛分10级,0为无不适或疼痛,10为严重不适或剧烈疼痛。
分组及治疗方法
将患牙分为五组,每组70颗患牙,分别使用实施例中的酚醛树脂脱敏剂1-5进行处理。各组均清洁牙合面。处理时,棉球隔湿,吹干牙合面后分别用小棉球蘸取酚醛树脂脱敏剂1-5涂抹治疗区3min,每个治疗区涂抹2毫升。所有患者2h内禁止刷牙和进食。检查和治疗均由同5位牙体牙髓专科医生完成。检查分别在治疗前、治疗后即刻、7天、3个月、6个月进行并记录VAS值的平均值。

1.一种含氟钾的酚醛树脂脱敏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括下列步骤:取5.2g的间苯二酚、1.8g的氢氧化钾和5.2ml的水,混合得到II液,将40重量%甲醛水溶液作为I液,按照所述I液和所述II液的体积比为2∶1的比例和所述II液混合,以得到酚醛树脂脱敏剂,患牙全部为咬合面磨耗导致牙本质暴露的牙本质敏感症,均为后牙,所述II液还含有1.3g的氟化钾;所述II液还含有0.5g的磷酸氢钙。
