Description

Audio player carrying mechanism
Technical Field
The invention relates to an audio player carrying mechanism for playing portable audio
The device is mounted on an AV amplifier or the like.
Background
Conventionally, there is known a docking station for inputting music (audio signal) played by a portable audio player to another device such as an AV amplifier (see, for example, patent document 1).
For example, the docking station of patent document 1 is configured such that an opening conforming to the shape of a portable audio player is provided and a connector is provided at the bottom of the opening, whereby an audio signal can be supplied to another device such as an AV amplifier only by inserting the portable audio player into the opening.
Patent document 1: japanese laid-open patent publication No. 2009-110645
Disclosure of Invention
However, the opening of patent document 1 has a dedicated shape matching the shape of the portable audio player, and cannot be connected to portable audio players having different shapes. On the other hand, if the opening is made large and the portable audio player can be mounted in any shape, the portable audio player may be inclined with respect to the connector (not inserted straight) when the user inserts and removes the portable audio player from the connector, and therefore the connector may be damaged.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an audio player mounting mechanism that can prevent damage to a connector when a user inserts and removes an audio player from the connector.
An audio player mounting mechanism according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a frame body; a connector provided on an upper surface of the frame; and a handle provided on an upper surface side of the housing and provided at a position closer to a rear surface side of the housing than a position of the connector, wherein the connector is provided at a predetermined angle on the upper surface of the housing, the handle has a shape having a straight portion extending at an angle equal to an installation angle of the connector and a grip portion extending in parallel to the upper surface of the housing with the connector interposed therebetween, and the handle is provided at: the handle contacts the back of the audio player when the audio player is connected to the connector.
According to this configuration, the user can carry the speaker device or the receiver device on which the audio player mounting mechanism is mounted by gripping the parallel portion of the handle. In addition, the handle can be used for hanging by hooking the handle to a hook or the like. Further, by making the back of the audio player lean on the handle, the audio player can be set at the same inclination angle as the connector, and the audio player can be prevented from inclining in the back direction. As described above, since the portable audio player is not inclined further toward the rear side by the handle, when the user inserts and removes the audio player from the connector, the audio player can be prevented from being inclined further toward the rear side, and the connector can be prevented from being damaged.
In addition, the handle can be firmly fixed to the frame by being inserted into a recess provided on the upper surface side of the frame and fixed to the frame.
In addition, a fixing portion for fixing the handle to the recess may be provided inside the housing. For example, the handle is firmly fixed from the inside of the frame body by a screw. In this case, screw holes are formed in the recess of the frame body to form screw insertion portions, and the screw holes are filled by inserting screws. Therefore, even when the enclosure is used as a sound box of a speaker box, the sealing performance of the sound box is not affected.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
According to the invention, when a user inserts and pulls the audio player from the connector, the connector can be prevented from being damaged.

Detailed Description
A speaker device having a speaker cabinet according to the present invention will be described with reference to the external structural views of fig. 1 to 6. In the present embodiment, the front direction of the speaker device is referred to as "z", and the rear direction is referred to as "z". In addition, the upper side is denoted by y, the lower side by-y, the right side by x, and the left side by-x.
The speaker device 1 includes: a frame 11 having an octagonal frustum shape as a speaker cabinet; and a speaker unit 12 provided on a bottom surface of the front side of the housing 11. An octagonal tube-shaped front cover 13 is connected to the front surface of the frame 11. In addition, although the frame body 11 of the present embodiment has an octagonal frustum shape, for example, a polygonal frustum shape having a plurality of side surfaces such as a triangular frustum shape, a pentagonal frustum shape, and a hexagonal frustum shape may be used, and any shape of the frame body falls within the technical scope of the present invention.
An opening 19 and terminals 20 are provided on the bottom surface of the rear surface side of the housing 11. The area of the bottom surface on the front side of the frame 11 is larger than the area of the bottom surface on the rear side.
The housing 11 shown in this embodiment is composed of 3 members, i.e., a side member 101, a front bottom member 102, and a rear bottom member 103. However, for example, the number of components can be reduced by integrating the bottom member 102 on the back side and the side member 101, and the number of components can be increased by further thinning the side member 101 into 8 parts.
The side surface member 101 of the housing 11 is made of a metal material, the front surface side bottom surface member 102 is made of wood, and the rear surface side bottom surface member 103 is made of a resin material. The material of each member is not limited to this, and can be appropriately changed in accordance with the required sound quality and the required strength of the housing.
The bottom member 102 on the front side of the housing 11 is provided with circular holes at 2 locations in order to provide 2 speaker units 12. The 2-site holes serve as the cell-disposing parts of the present invention. The bottom surface member 102 functions as a spacer that fixes the speaker unit 12 and spatially separates the front surface side and the back surface side of the speaker unit 12. A front cover 13 having a square tubular shape with an octagonal bottom surface is connected to the side surface member 101 of the housing 11 on the front side. The bottom surface of the front cover 13 on the back side is completely open, is connected to the front side of the side member 101, and is formed so as to be able to sandwich the periphery of the bottom member 102 on the front side. A part of the bottom surface of the front cover 13 on the front side is circular and opens in a truncated cone shape toward the inside of the square tube. In the middle of the recessed portion, 8 columnar recessed portions are provided at equal intervals. The front cover 13 is fastened to the side members by screws at the recessed portions.
As described above, the front cover 13 has a function of pressing and fixing the bottom member 102 of the speaker unit 12 against the side member 101. Further, a metal punching mesh 14 is sandwiched between the front cover 13 and the bottom surface member 102 of the frame 11. The metal punched mesh 14 covers the entire front face of the speaker unit 12, and functions as a member for protecting the speaker unit 12.
Further, since the bottom surface of the back surface side of the front cover 13 is completely open as described above, the front cover 13 can be pulled out from the mold toward the front surface side when the front cover 13 is manufactured by integral molding of resin. At this time, the front side bottom area of the front cover 13 is made slightly smaller than the rear side bottom area, so that the front cover can be easily pulled out from the mold in the front direction during the above-described manufacturing.
However, the front cover 13 is not a necessary structure in the present invention. For example, as shown in fig. 7, the bottom member 102 may be fixed to the side member 101 by screw fastening or the like.
Further, although the speaker unit 12 of the present embodiment is provided with 2 speaker units for low tone having a relatively large diaphragm area and 2 speaker units for medium-high tone having a relatively small diaphragm area, 2 speaker units having the same size, or 1 speaker unit, or a plurality of speaker units may be provided.
The bottom surface member 103 of the housing 11 is a thin plate-like resin member having an octagonal bottom surface, and is screwed to the side surface member inside the housing 11. The bottom surface member 103 seals the back surface of the housing 11 in the above-described manner, so that the housing 11 functions as a sound box.
Further, a part of the bottom member 103 has an opening 19 that is open in a rectangular shape with rounded corners. The opening 19 functions as a bass reflex port for conducting air between the cabinet of the housing 11 and the outside.
Further, the bottom member 103 is provided with a plurality of holes for disposing the terminal members 20. The hole corresponds to the terminal installation part of the present invention. However, the peripheries of the terminals 20 are sealed by an elastic body having no air permeability such as silicone rubber. That is, silicone rubber having holes corresponding to various shapes of the terminals 20 is pressed around the terminals 20, and the terminals 20 are fixed by screws or the like inside the housing of the bottom member 103 in a state of being pressed by the silicone rubber.
The terminal class 20 includes a power terminal and an audio input terminal. The analog audio signal input from the line input terminal is amplified by a power amplifier (not shown) built in the speaker device 1, supplied to the speaker unit 12, and output as sound from the front direction of the housing 11. Further, a bass component is played from the opening 19. Further, the speaker device 1 may be a system in which a D/a converter is incorporated and a digital audio signal is input and converted into an analog audio signal.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, leg portions 21 are provided below (in the y direction) the side surface members 101 of the housing 11. By bringing the leg portions 21 into contact with a horizontal surface such as a floor surface, the lower surface side of the side member 101 is used as a mounting surface, and the speaker device 1 can be stably mounted on the floor surface or the like. However, the leg portion 21 is not a necessary structure of the present invention.
The speaker cabinet having the frustum-shaped housing 11 has a larger volume as a sound box than a pyramid-shaped speaker cabinet having the same length in the depth direction, and has a volume close to a general rectangular parallelepiped housing structure. As shown in fig. 6, when one surface of the side member 101 is placed on a horizontal surface such as the floor surface, the speaker unit is slightly inclined upward from the horizontal direction.
As shown in fig. 8, the rear surface of the housing 11 may be a mounting surface, and may be in contact with a horizontal surface such as a floor surface. The terminals 20 are provided on the rear surface, but since all of these terminals are female terminals having no projections, the rear surface is not prevented from contacting the horizontal surface. Since the speaker device 1 incorporates a battery (not shown), it can be driven even when a power cable is not connected. In the case of the example shown in fig. 8, since the direction of the sound played by the speaker unit 12 is vertically upward, the sound can be output without directivity in all directions of the speaker device 1. The above-described system for outputting sound in all directions is particularly suitable for a case where the listener is not located at a fixed position, such as a case where the speaker device 1 is installed outdoors.
Next, referring to fig. 1 to 6, the base 31 provided on the upper surface portion of the side surface member 101 of the housing 11 will be described. The base 31 is formed in a quadrangular pyramid shape protruding upward from one surface of the upper surface side of the side member 101. The side surface of the base 31 and the side surface member 101 of the housing 11 are integrally molded, and the upper surface of the base 31 is made of a plate-like resin member. The upper surface of the base 31 extends forward of the side member 101 and is parallel to the upper surface of the front cover 13.
The base 31 has, on its upper surface: a user interface 15 configured by a power switch, a volume switch, and the like; an audio player mounting unit 17 on which a portable audio player is mounted; and a connector 18 connected with the portable audio player.
The speaker device 1 inputs a digital audio signal from a portable audio player connected via the connector 18. The input digital audio signal is converted into an analog audio signal by a built-in D/a converter (not shown), amplified by a power amplifier (not shown), supplied to the speaker unit 12, and output as sound from the front direction of the housing 11. Further, a bass component is played from the opening 19. Further, the speaker device 1 may be a system in which a decoder is incorporated, and encoded data such as MP3 is input from a portable audio player and decoded by the decoder. Of course, it is also possible to input an analog audio signal from a portable audio player. As described above, the speaker device 1 also has a function as an audio receiver (however, the function as a receiver is not essential in the present invention).
Fig. 9 (a) is a left side view of a speaker device mounted with an audio player, and fig. 9 (B) is a partial perspective side view.
The audio player mounting portion 17 has a structure in which the upper surface of the base 31 is recessed in a truncated pyramid shape, and the connector 18 is provided on the bottom surface of the recessed portion. The connector 18 is disposed obliquely toward the rear direction so that the portable audio player is disposed obliquely. Thus, the front portion of the portable audio player can be easily seen from above in a state where the portable audio player is mounted.
However, if the portable audio player is tilted, the portable audio player is placed on the housing 11 in an unstable state. Therefore, the speaker device 1 according to the present embodiment is configured to be able to support the portable audio player by using the handle 16 for carrying the speaker device by a hand of the user.
The handle 16 is formed of a rod-shaped metal member, and has a shape having a straight portion 161 and a grip portion 162, the straight portion 161 extending upward from the side member 101 of the housing 11 so as to be positioned on the left and right sides with respect to the base 31, and the grip portion 162 being bent vertically at a position separated from the base 31 by a predetermined distance (for example, about 10 cm) and disposed parallel to the upper surface of the base 31.
The handle 16 is screwed to the side member 101 of the housing 11. That is, as shown by the broken line in fig. 6, the side surface member 101 of the housing 11 has a recess 51 recessed in a columnar shape so as to fit into the end of the handle 16. The end of the handle 16 is inserted into the recess 51 and firmly fixed from the inside of the housing 11 by a screw (fixing portion) 52. The recessed portion 51 has a screw hole formed at a portion into which the screw 52 is inserted, but the screw hole is filled by inserting the screw 52, so that the sealing property of the sound box is not affected. The user can carry the speaker device 1 by holding the portion of the handle 16 parallel to the base 31. The handle 16 can be hooked to a hook or the like, thereby being used to hang the speaker device 1.
The handle 16 has straight portions 161 and a grip portion 162 sandwiched between the straight portions 161, and the straight portions 161 extend upward at the same inclination angle as the connector 18 on the rear surface side of the position where the connector 18 is provided. Therefore, as shown in fig. 9 (a) and 9 (B), by placing the portable audio player on the handle 16, the portable audio player can be set at the same inclination angle as the connector 18, and the portable audio player can be prevented from being excessively inclined in the back direction. As described above, since the portable audio player is not inclined further toward the rear side by the handle 16, when the user inserts and removes the portable audio player from the connector 18, the portable audio player can be prevented from being inclined further toward the rear side, and damage to the connector 18 can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 10, when the rear surface side of the housing 11 is brought into contact with a horizontal surface such as a floor surface, the handle 16 supports the portable audio player, and the portable audio player can be stably placed.
On the other hand, when the portable audio player is not mounted, the upper surface side of the speaker device 1 can be placed vertically downward by bringing the handle 16 into contact with the horizontal surface as shown in fig. 11. Alternatively, when the height of the portable audio player is lower than the height of the handle 16, the speaker device 1 can be placed with the upper surface side directed vertically downward even if the portable audio player is mounted.
In this case, the speaker unit 12 is directed obliquely upward (about 45 degrees) at a larger angle than when the lower surface side of the speaker device 1 is brought into contact with the horizontal surface. Therefore, the direction of sound reproduction can be changed according to the usage situation. That is, the speaker device 1 of the present embodiment is formed so that the following states can be selected: a state in which the speaker unit is slightly directed obliquely upward from the horizontal direction; a state in which the speaker unit is oriented upward at 45 degrees to the left and right; and a state in which the speaker unit is directed directly upward.
The handle 16 and the connector 18 are not limited to being attached to the frustum-shaped housing, and may be attached to a housing of a speaker device having a general rectangular parallelepiped shape as shown in fig. 12 (a).
Further, the present invention is not limited to the speaker device having the receiver function, and may be applied to an application example in which the handle 16 and the connector 18 are provided on the upper surface of the housing of the receiver device, as shown in fig. 12 (B).
In any of the above cases, the user can carry the device by holding the handle 16, and can prevent the portable audio player from tilting in the back direction.
