本发明涉及一种应用于胸外科健康教育的计算机软件，目的在于提供一种标准化健康教育计算机软件，包括健康教育软件程序、健康教育数据库、索引途径。医生或护士登录系统后，利用专业知识，通过病种和手术阶段检索所需健康教育内容，每张健康教育的信息包括呼吸道管理、手术配合要点、饮食管理、术后管道管理、活动管理、疼痛管理等，医生或护士还可根据需要修改和补充各要素，最后通过打印形成纸质的健康教育单。医生或护士在应用该软件时，给患者提供其所需的图文并茂的健康教育内容，并只需做适当解释，患者就能理解并很快掌握，提高了医护人员的工作效率和健康教育效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及计算机在健康教育领域中的应用，尤其是一种应用于胸外科健康教育的计算机软件。
背景技术
近年来，全球性的健康促进和健康教育正迅猛发展,一个以医疗、预防、保健、康复为一体的医疗服务正逐步形成。美国医院早在60年代就开展健康教育工作, 目前已形成一套科学完整的体系，为医院提供了一个以标准化为基础的客观、详细的质量评定监测工具,也为护理活动提供了明确的工作指导方向, 保证为患者提供高效率、高质量的健康教育工作。
对于我国而言，良好的健康教育本身是一种无偿服务，但它在降低医疗费用、提高人群健康水平的同时，对医院知名度和信誉度的提高也是可圈可点的。就中国医疗现状而言，面临以下问题：1、护士的配置相对短缺、护士教育水平的参差不齐，使患者教育工作往往停留在一些必须交代患者的相关事宜上，很少顾及患者及家属所需的进一步教育内容。2、健康教育体系不健全，缺乏人文社会类学科知识，造成知识结构的不健全，难以满足患者的健康需求。因此，对患者做出的健康教育要达到一个理想的效果，需要一个科学的、规范化的、完善的健康教育管理系统，才能保证护理健康教育工作有效、健康、持续的发展，在利于患者理解和执行，促进患者术后早期康复的同时，提高护士健康教育的效果，减轻临床护士健康教育的工作量。
发明内容
本项目围绕胸外科围手术期健康教育的知识点，根据呼吸道管理、手术配合要点等进行分类，将所有健康教育的内容以大量生动的图片和极少量文字形式说明，并以计算机软件的形式进行管理，目的在于提供一种利用计算机技术形成的标准化的胸外科健康教育系统，所述系统包括健康教育软件程序、健康教育数据库、索引途径，其中：
所述胸外科健康教育计算机软件程序包括登录维护模块、客户管理模块、健康教育管理模块、系统设置模块和打印模块。
所述健康教育数据库将涵盖胸外科手术的健康教育，包括以下内容：呼吸道管理、手术配合要点、饮食管理、术后管道管理、活动管理、疼痛管理等。
所述一级索引路径为胸外科常见手术病种，有瓣膜置换术、肺癌、冠状动脉旁路移植术、肋骨骨折、气管肿瘤、气胸、食道癌、食管贲门手术、胃癌和纵隔肿瘤等。所述二级索引路径为术前、术中、术后和院外三个阶段。

具体实施方式
登录维护管理模块、客户管理模块、健康教育管理模块、系统设置模块和打印模块，采用人机对话的模式，医生或护士登录系统后，利用专业知识，检索到患者在现阶段需要的健康教育知识。还可根据需要修改和补充各要素，最后通过打印成纸质稿供患者学习和了解与自身相关的疾病知识。
本发明的有益效果在于建立一种易于医生或护士操作，患者易于理解和接受，并在医院中广泛普及使用的健康教育计算机系统。医生或护士在应用该软件时，能够通过检索方法获取相关信息，给患者提供其所需的图文并茂的健康教育内容。同时，通过该系统可将胸外科健康教育内容标准化，避免医生或护士因主观因素导致的健康教育指导方法不一或错误。另外，在健康教育的过程中，护士只需做适当解释，患者就能通过图片理解并很快掌握，一方面减轻了护士的工作量，另一方面增进了护患沟通，从而达到护患双赢的效果。

1.一种利用计算机技术形成的胸外科健康教育软件，其特征在于，所述软件包括健康教育软件程序、健康教育数据库、索引途径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胸外科健康教育软件，其特征在于，所述软件程序包括登录维护模块、客户管理模块、健康教育管理模块、系统设置模块和打印模块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胸外科健康教育软件，其特征在于，所述健康教育数据库将涵盖胸外科手术的健康教育，包括以下内容：呼吸道管理、手术配合要点、饮食管理、术后管道管理、活动管理、疼痛管理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的胸外科健康教育软件，其特征在于，所述索引路径为二级索引路径，其中一级索引路径为胸外科常见手术病种，有瓣膜置换术、肺癌、冠状动脉旁路移植术、肋骨骨折、气管肿瘤、气胸、食道癌、食管贲门手术、胃癌和纵隔肿瘤等；二级索引路径为术前、术中、术后、院外四个阶段。
