本发明涉及注射位置指示器。
背景技术
眼内注射装置可用于给眼睛施加治疗物质,例如具有眼睛障碍或疾病的哺乳动物的眼睛。
很多威胁视力的眼睛障碍或疾病需要通过眼内输送(更具体地说,玻璃体内输送)将药剂(药物、生物等)和/或可植入设备送到眼睛后节。一种用于眼内注射的这种技术通过眼内注射到玻璃体中而实现。
在治疗方案要求一系列注射时,当施加后续注射时可能没有考虑到先前的注射位置。也就是说,可能多于一次地注射到相同的注射位置,这会抑制康复过程。
因此,需要一种易于实施一系列注射的注射位置指示器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种装置,其防止在同一位置或者在紧挨在一起的位置处多次注射。
在一有代表性的实施方式中,根据本发明所述的注射位置指示器包括指示多个注射位置的多个目标,以及与多个目标的每一个相邻的唯一标签。
在一有代表性的实施方式中,注射位置指示器还包括:对应于解剖特征的对准特征。对准特征包括视孔。多个目标以预定样式相对于对准特征布置。
在一有代表性的实施方式中,标签包括数字、时间、日、月、年、颜色、文本、图形和药剂类型的至少其中之一。
在一有代表性的实施方式中,多个目标的给定目标包括第一状态和第二状态,第一状态指示的是还未对给定目标施予注射,第二状态指示的是已经对给定目标施予注射。
在一有代表性的实施方式中,多个目标是染料包或有孔元件。
在一有代表性的实施方式中,指示器是眼罩或图表。

具体实施方式
图1表示根据本发明所述的注射位置指示器1的有代表性实施方式。在一有代表性实施方式中,指示器1是以样板或面罩的形式,适于指示一系列玻璃体内注射的位置。指示器1具有适合注射位置的形状和大小。例如,对于玻璃体内注射,指示器1可以具有眼罩的大小和形状,与那些放在眼睛上遮光变暗的眼罩相似。对准特征(例如,视孔2、鼻梁部等)可用于在注射位置上对准指示器1。在图1所示的有代表性的实施方式中,指示器1可包括一个或两个用来与眼睛或眼睛的一部分(例如角膜)对准的视孔2。这样,如果患者佩戴指示器1,其中一只眼通过视孔2局部是可视的。
在一有代表性的实施方式中,指示器1设有多个指示施予注射的位置的注射位置目标3。在一有代表性的实施方式中,目标3可以是从视孔2在径向方向上延伸的线。每条线的远端4限定指示器1之下的眼睛上的离散位置。因此,一系列线构成眼睛上的一系列注射位置。在另一有代表性的实施方式中,目标3可以是一群孔或者其它几何形状、用以识别注射位置。目标3可以相对于对准特征(例如,视孔2)布置从而使注射位置不重叠并且互相充分隔开以防止在相同注射位置上重复注射(除非有需要)。与对准特征联合的目标3的间隔与对准也可指导注射,从而达到正确的解剖目标(例如,玻璃体)并且避免其它解剖目标(例如,角膜)。
在一有代表性的实施方式中,每个目标3包括唯一标签5。在一有代表性的实施方式中,标签5可以是数字(例如,1、2、3等)、时间(例如,12:00pm、6:00pm等)、日(例如,星期一、星期二等)、月(一月、二月等)、年(例如,2011、2012等)或者任何它们的组合。在另一有代表性实施方式中,标签5可以是色码和/或包括文本或图形。例如,绿色可与第一药剂相关联而黄色可与第二药剂相关联。
在一有代表性实施方式中,目标3可包括第一状态(使用前)和第二状态(使用后)。例如,目标3可包括有孔部分,该有孔部分在第一状态时是完好的但在第二状态时分开。在另一有代表性实施方式中,从第一状态到第二状态的变化可以通过颜色变化指示。例如,当通过目标3施予注射时,目标3可以是被穿透的染料包。染料流到指示器1的与目标3相邻的一部分,从而指示已经使用目标3了。
图2表示注射位置指示器的另一有代表性实施方式。在此实施方式中,指示器6以图表或表格的形式表示。对于每次注射,例如,指示器6一排具有三栏。第一栏7包括标签5。第二栏8包括目标3。另外,第三栏9包括用于指示已经施予注射的空格。例如,当注射已经施予时,患者或其他人(例如医师)可在相应排的第三栏9中标记。
在实际中,注射位置指示器1或6的用户首先识别用于下次预定注射的目标3。例如,用户可利用标签5或者识别保持在第一状态的目标3从而识别合适的目标3。然后,用户可及时地在指派为当前位置的注射位置穿刺眼睛。在一有代表性的实施方式中,目标3可适于接收针。因此,以增加位置的数量为目的,注射位置指示器1、6适合指示注射位置,可以对这些位置施予一连串重复注射的多次注射,避免重复注射到同一位置。
本领域技术人员将理解的是,除了防止在相同位置重复注射以外,本发明有代表性的实施方式还有助于依从治疗方案。例如,患者和/或医师可以检查指示器1、6从而确定患者是否遵从了治疗方案。
本领域技术人员将理解的是,在此描述的装置、方法和/或系统以及实施方式的各种部件的变体(添加和/或移除)可被创造出,而不脱离包括这些变体和任何以及全部等效物的本发明的全部范围和实质。

Claims (8)

1.一种注射位置指示器(1,6),其包括:
指示多个注射位置的多个目标(3);以及
与多个目标(3)的每一个相邻的唯一标签(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注射位置指示器(1),还包括:
对应于解剖特征的对准特征。
3.根据权利要求2所述的注射位置指示器(1),其中对准特征包括视孔(2)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的注射位置指示器(1),其中多个目标(3)以预定样式相对于对准特征布置。
5.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的注射位置指示器(1,6),其中标签(5)包括数字、时间、日、月、年、颜色、文本、图形和药剂类型的至少其中之一。
6.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的注射位置指示器(1,6),其中多个目标(3)的给定目标(3)包括第一状态和第二状态,第一状态指示的是还未对给定目标(3)施予注射,第二状态指示的是已经对给定目标(3)施予注射。
7.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的注射位置指示器(1),其中多个目标(3)是染料包或有孔元件。
8.根据前述权利要求的任一项所述的注射位置(1,6),其中指示器(1,6)是眼罩或图表。
