本发明提供了一种中空密封隔热板,属保温节能技术领域,主要应于用熔盐电解槽的槽罩板上,亦可应用于冷库、板房,取代泡沫夹心板以减少火灾隐患。其特征在于:根据实际需要,选用经电解抛光的铝板、不锈钢板或钢板为材料,经模压成型工艺制作成四周有翼沿1、中间有凹凸增强肋2的盆状面板3、将面板3与另一相应规格的面板4叠合密封,形成中间有空心5的中空密封隔热板。

技术领域:
本发明属保温节能技术领域,具体涉及熔盐电解槽上的一种中空密封隔热板,亦可用于冷库、板房等领域,取代泡沫夹心板,以减少火灾隐患。
背景技术:
熔盐电解槽温度很高,而目前使用的槽罩板均只有单层金属薄板,由于热导率很高,造成大量热能散失,不仅浪费能源,而且大大提高了车间温度,恶化了工作环境。此外,现在广泛应用于冷库、板房等领域的泡沫夹心板,由于其泡沫塑料属易燃物品,存在重大火灾隐患,本发明就是针对上述情况,在本人原有发明《空心槽罩板》(申请号:201310559399.2)的基础上改进而成。
发明内容:
本发明提供了一种中空密封隔热板,属保温节能技术领域,主要应用于熔盐电解槽的槽罩板,亦可用于冷库、板房等领域,取代泡沫夹心板,以减少火灾隐患。其特征在于:根据实际需要,选用经电解抛光的铝板、不锈钢板或钢板为材料,经模压成型工艺制作成四周有翼沿1、中间有凹凸增强肋2的盆状面板3、将此面板3与另一相应规格的面板4叠合密封,形成中间具有空心5的中空密封隔热板。使用时,将其翼沿1安装于熔盐电解槽的槽罩骨筋上或冷库、板房的框架上。

1.一种中空密封隔热板,其特征在于:根据实际需要,选用经电解抛光的铝板,不锈钢板或钢板为材料,经模压成型工艺制作成四周有翼沿1、中间有凹凸增强肋2的盆状面板3、将此面板3与另一相应规格的面板4叠合密封,形成中间具有空心5的中空密封隔热板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中空密封隔热板,其特征在于:使用时将其翼沿1安装于熔盐电解槽的槽罩骨筋上或冷库、板房的框架上。
