Abstract

本发明所述的低压锅炉用带泄压功能的法兰,涉及一种压力锅炉设备的辅助配件。其特征在于在法兰的径向加工有贯通的泄压通道,在泄压通道内装有单向泄压阀。泄压通道靠近法兰通孔一侧加工有环形凸台,环形凸台的外侧装有单向泄压阀及挡圈。环形凸台与单向泄压阀之间装有密封圈。本发明具有结构新颖、结构简单、加工便宜、成本低廉使用方便、安全可靠、便于维修更换等特点,故属于一种集经济性与实用性为一体的新型低压锅炉用带泄压功能的法兰。

技术领域
本发明所述的低压锅炉用带泄压功能的法兰,涉及一种压力锅炉设备的辅助配件。
背景技术
目前在锅炉与外部设备或管路连接处都会通过法兰连接,当压力过大时,连接法兰处容易出现松动漏气等危险发生。针对上述现有技术中所存在的问题,研究设计一种新型的低压锅炉用带泄压功能的法兰,从而克服现有技术中所存在的问题是十分必要的。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明的目的是研究设计一种新型的低压锅炉用带泄压功能的法兰。用以解决现有技术中存在的:锅炉与外部设备连接的法兰处在压力过大时会出现松动或漏气等危险事故的发生等问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:
本发明所述的低压锅炉用带泄压功能的法兰;其特征在于在法兰的径向加工有贯通的泄压通道,在泄压通道内装有单向泄压阀。
本发明所述的泄压通道靠近法兰通孔一侧加工有环形凸台,环形凸台的外侧装有单向泄压阀及挡圈。
本发明所述的环形凸台与单向泄压阀之间装有密封圈。
本发明的优点是显而易见的,主要表现在:
1、由于使用了本发明,保证了锅炉内压力的正常,不会因压力过大而发生危险;
2、由于使用了本发明,保证了法兰连接处不会因为压力过大而出现松动漏气等现象,降低了维护成本。
本发明具有结构新颖、结构简单、加工便宜、成本低廉使用方便、安全可靠、便于维修更换等优点,其大批量投入市场必将产生积极的社会效益和显著的经济效益。

具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施例如附图所示,其结构为在法兰1的径向加工有贯通的泄压通道6,在泄压通道6内装有单向泄压阀4。
泄压通道6靠近法兰通孔一侧加工有环形凸台2,环形凸台2的外侧装有单向泄压阀4及挡圈3。
环形凸台2与单向泄压阀4之间装有密封圈5。

1.一种低压锅炉用带泄压功能的法兰;其特征在于在法兰(1)的径向加工有贯通的泄压通道(6),在泄压通道(6)内装有单向泄压阀(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低压锅炉用带泄压功能的法兰,其特征在于所述的泄压通道(6)靠近法兰通孔一侧加工有环形凸台(2),环形凸台(2)的外侧装有单向泄压阀(4)及挡圈(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的低压锅炉用带泄压功能的法兰,其特征在于所述的环形凸台(2)与单向泄压阀(4)之间装有密封圈(5)。
