The invention aims to provide a magnetic water purifier which can accelerate the sedimentation process of the flocculated magnetic-seeded sludge by utilizing the action of a magnetic field so as to separate the flocculated magnetic-seeded sludge more quickly and better, thereby solving the problem of low self-weight sedimentation speed of the existing sedimentation tank.

the driving device is arranged on the supporting frame, and a power shaft of the driving device extends into the magnetic cylinder from top to bottom;
the magnetic system is arranged on a power shaft of the driving device in the magnetic cylinder and can be driven by the power shaft of the driving device to rotate freely in the magnetic cylinder;
the outer side of the upper part of the outer barrel is provided with the clean water tank communicated with the inner part of the outer barrel.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: because the magnetic system consisting of a plurality of magnetic poles made of permanent magnetic materials and arranged in a single-line spiral manner is adopted, the magnetic system can be matched with the magnetic cylinder to form a high-field-intensity area, thereby accelerating the sedimentation process of the sludge after flocculating the magnetic seeds by utilizing the action of a magnetic field, leading the sludge to be separated more quickly and better and having good sedimentation effect on the magnetic seeds with different particle sizes. And the magnetic pole of the permanent magnetic material generates a magnetic field, so that the energy consumption is saved, and the cost is effectively reduced.

as shown in fig. 1, the magnetic water purifier of the present invention mainly comprises a driving device 1 (which may be composed of a motor and a reducer as a transmission mechanism), a support frame 2 for connecting parts between the driving device 1 and an outer cylinder 3, a steady flow cylinder 4 placed in a settling zone, a magnetic system 5 for generating a descending magnetic force, and a clean water tank 6 installed on the upper part of the outer cylinder 3.
The sludge after completing the magnetic inoculation enters a magnetic settling area between the flow stabilizing cylinder 4 and the magnetic cylinder 7 through an external pipeline, under the action of gravity and magnetic force, the sludge with magnetism rapidly moves downwards along the edge of the settling area and enters a lower conical area (namely a conical bottom) of the outer cylinder 3, clear water rises along the inner sides of the flow stabilizing cylinder 4 and the outer cylinder 3, and when the sludge rises to the clear water tank 6, the sludge is discharged in an overflowing manner, so that the purification operation of the sewage is realized.

the magnetic system is arranged on a power shaft of the driving device in the magnetic cylinder and can be driven by the power shaft of the driving device to rotate freely in the magnetic cylinder;
the outer side of the upper part of the outer barrel is provided with the clean water tank communicated with the inner part of the outer barrel.
2. The magnetic water purifier of claim 1, wherein the magnetic cylinder is a cylindrical structure made of permanent magnetic material.
3. The magnetic water purifier according to claim 1, wherein a partition plate is arranged outside a cylinder body of the magnetic cylinder, and a settling area is formed between the magnetic cylinder and the flow stabilizing cylinder.
